A Delightful addition to Westfield! We stopped by on a Friday night, and it was busy but you could tell the service staff works together helping everyone out. The decor was beautiful. They had gold forks and spoons which were extra fun/fancy. Fun fact, in Thai restaurants they will rarely give you chopsticks. When they were modernizing they went toward the western culture from the European and adapted to forks. The food was delicious. The sweet and sour chicken was flavorful and full of veggies. The pad sie iew noodles had a good mix of protein to noodles and veg. The little bites of broccoli in between was a good mix of crunch to the soft noodles. We will def be back! read more

Enjoyed dinner at Thai Delight. We had the crab rangoon for our app and it was spot on! We always order crab Rangoon anytime we have Asian food and this one was creamy and delicious! My husband had the shrimp fried rice and he thought the shrimp were fresh and a good size - he had it with a medium spice level. I had the Pad See Ew which is flat rice noodles with vegetables and I added chicken with a medium spice level (it was spicy, but that's the way I like it). Both dishes were really good and the service was quick and friendly. Very nice atmosphere - quiet and well decorated. Recommend! read more

Let me start out by saying that maybe I'm a snob for authentic Asian food as I grew up in it and know what real authentic Asian cuisine is. I ordered shrimp soft spring rolls. The peanut sauce was super thick. The rolls you could barely see the small shrimp in it and all I really tasted was the ice burg lettuce it was overly stuffed with. The shrimp in a blanket was ok but not the best I have had before. The outside was much harder to bite into instead of feeling the flakiness of the outer shell of the fried wonton. As the entree I ordered the papaya salad and asked if I could add shrimp, in which they did. It looked good but was way too salty I couldn't eat it and they told me they could make another one with less salt. It was better but the flavors just didn't excite me. I also think that it would be nice to offer chopsticks as none was offered. I don't even know if they had any as the tables were already set up with fancy brass looking fork and spoons. Coming to s place like this .. its all about the feel and tastes of the good that when you eat here you can embrace the culture. The place is beautifully decorated and I was more impressed with the decor of the place than the food unfortunately. Maybe I'll try it again another time... They must pool their tips as we had several different people waiting on us. read more

Thai Delight - But - Thai Near Me - Westfield, Indiana

Me & a friend visited for late lunch/early dinner (4-5pm). At first we were the only people there, but after 5pm some people showed up, definitely not "busy" on Tuesday evening. We ordered chicken dumplings app, lemongrass soup, jasmine tea, a beef & veggie stir fry entree, crab cakes, and fried banana w/ vanilla ice cream for dessert. Very delicious! Lemongrass soup was still very good as leftovers taken home. I wasn't a fan of the decor, it felt kind of cold to me, or not very inviting, but that could also have been due to no customers being there, other than ourselves, for 90% of our visit. Server was wonderful though, very knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered moderately spicy. although the soup was the spiciest of our food, it wasn't overpowering though. The crab cakes didn't really taste like crab, I wasn't a fan of them, but the soup and entree were amazing! If you're looking to feel like you're at a "popular" restaurant, this isn't it. It was pretty much dead. When we left at 5:30ish 70% of seating was empty. But if you like Thai food, it was really good, with a lot of different dishes offered (extensive menu). read more

I was so hungry I sitting in the parking lot of Westfield Kroger telling my cousin I need Thai food! I had just cooked Thai food a couple weeks ago however I had just cooked Thai food a couple weeks ago however I didn't want to make a mess in my kitchen and it can take a long time when you're making everything from scratch. We get there at 3:02 and they tell us they're closing at 3:30 that we have 20 minutes or so to eat the gentleman was very polite it's not like he was kicking us out he just let us know that hey you guys are going to get served and taken care of but please be aware that we're gonna try and close. Me and her order the lunch special which was ONLY $$$10.99!!!! YELLOW CURRY! -Great lunch portion size you're not gonna be hungry afterwards you might even take some home. The yellow curry thickness was amazing they put enough curry sauce in it it was also filled with lots of chicken they did not skip out on chicken or vegetables. Now that taste test. Curry was very Authentic I can say that because I am from Thailand and I've cooked curry for the last 30 years. This particular curry was a little on the sweeter side but nothing a little fish sauce and fresh Thai chilies couldn't enhance!!! PAD THAI SHRIMP!-The lunch special for that I believe was $13.99 a little bit more which I didn't realize till after but that's OK I didn't read the menu. The pot Thai had a beautiful color the shrimp was not over cooked the cook on this pot Thai was out of this world. You can taste how fluffy the egg was in the pot Thai and the egg was not overcooked which a lot of people tend to do. Incredible an excellent thank you! Also you did not have to request extra lime to add lime to the party because they add a good amount of lime to the pad Thai so basically it comes all season ready to eat HOORAY! SPICE NOTE: If you eat spicy to the point where you sweat to death than the medium spice level here you won't even taste. ASK FOR SIDE OF PRIK NAM PLA! Usually I get pictures of the food but I was so hungry and I was trying to eat everything right away we actually didn't get out of there till 345 but we were blessed that they allowed us to stay. Thank you so much for the service and next time I promise to get yelpers a photo other than of my face... LOL read more

We were out in Westfield dropping off my daughter at ICE and decided to stay out. Stopped in Starbucks and had a coffee, around 8pm we started to get hungry. Thai Delight was open until 9pm and the reviews on Yelp were positive. We arrived around 8:11pm on a Wednesday, only two other tables seated. They had some takeout business as well. Guy at the front was not super welcoming, but he showed us to a booth and brought some glasses of ice water. I ordered the Massaman Curry with beef, medium spice. Holly ordered the Pad See Ew with chicken, mild. Food came out quick and hot! Massaman was good, nice chunks of pineapple and potato. Very creamy coconut curry - not very spicy for medium. The amount of beef felt a little light, but overall a nice dish. Holly enjoyed her food as well, on par with other restaurants, but probably not as good as our favorite - Eat Thai. If you are in the area, worth a stop in to try. read more

Sunday, October 30, 2022. Came here with some family that live here. We are in town from California visiting for a few days. They suggested this place. We have some damn good Thai restaurants in Southern California but this Thai Delight here was fantastic. We would recommend it. Food was excellent. Better than most other Thai restaurants. The chefs in the kitchen really know what they are doing and it tastes like it. The food flavors are advanced, and don't taste like typical Thai restaurant food with simple ingredients/recipes. Food presentation also excellent. Nicely displayed. When we come back to Indiana, we will make time to eat here again. Little disappointed I forgot to take a photo of our food to post, but at least I took a photo of the inside. read more

Great Thai food! The ambiance is very modern with black walls and gold accents. Service is very friendly. The food is excellent. My only complaint is that they don't give enough rice and they charge you if you ask more. I am a big fan of their massaman curry. We also liked their wontons and spring rolls. The tom kha gai is delicious! read more

It was time for a Friday night dinner and my wife and I decided to visit Thai Delight. We've been wanting to eat here for quite a while and we're glad we made this choice. We decided to start with a bottle of the house Cabernet, which was $27. We chose to share an appetizer, which were the shrimp blankets. Think of the shrimp blankets as a spring roll but instead of veggies, it has one shrimp. The sauce that came with the shrimp blankets was good, and it was a nice start to the evening. After finishing the appetizer, she ordered the Panang Curry, extra hot, (not Thai hot) with chicken. I ordered the Mussaman Curry, medium hot, with chicken. She loved the Panang Curry and the heat of the extra hot was perfect for her. I tasted hers and it was a bit too hot for me to enjoy. My Mussaman Curry was very tasty, and spice wise I could've gone from medium to hot without a problem. If I were to change anything in this dish is I would slightly decrease the amount of vegetables versus the meat. The atmosphere of Thai Delight is very nice, much nicer than most Asian themed restaurants. There are tables and booths in this restaurant, and the booths, where we sat, are big enough for six. It's nice to have plenty of room at the table! In addition to the restaurant seating, there is a nice looking bar. Probably 100 bottles of wine on the wall behind the bar but no hard liquor in sight, even though they do have a few cocktails on their drink menu. As far as service, the one complaint I have is that they came back to our table far too often to ask if we're ready to order. Felt like we were being rushed. There are actually two people coming to our table to ask if we were ready to order, as if neither one knew what the other was doing. I finally had to tell them that we weren't ready to order until we finished our appetizer. In conclusion, we will definitely put this restaurant in our rotation for a nice weekend dinner. read more

Great food and service !! We would definitely go back again. So many choices anymore but this is a win !

We ordered take out for lunch from here yesterday! When I called I knew right away it would be a great experience. The staff person who answered the phone was so kind and friendly. We ordered nearly everything on the menu and I was told it would be ready in about 15mn. When I walked into the restaurant I am fairly certain my jaw dropped. WOW. I was so bummed we got take out because I just wanted the full experience. The restaurant is fully open with black and gold decor, a large and inviting bar, lots of windows. Seriously gorg. Now that I have read some reviews about gold utensils I will be returning asap. We ordered chicken pad thai, chicken green curry, chicken fried rice, beef drunken noodle, crab rangoon, dumplings, and spring rolls. Clearly we had to try all the things. My colleagues and I were beyond impressed. Everything was fresh and well balanced. The crab rangoon was especially delicious and even competes with Bodhi which says a lot. Heat options are: mild, medium, hot, extra hot, and thai hot. The menu notes that no refunds are given for thai hot! We ordered the green curry hot and it was perfect. It wasn't mouth on fire spicy but had a nice back of the throat heat and got our noses running. I think next time we'll try extra hot and see how we do. Portions were generous too! If you're looking for top tier thai look no further. read more

Saw this place open up close to Grindstone and then hearing some good feedback, we decided to order take out from there a Friday night. Very excited to see they have Fish cakes on menu, since the other thai places we frequent had taken fish cake out of their menu. Our food was ready at the expected time. We had an order of Fish cake, Kids fried rice, Thai basil fried rice, Pad Kee Mao and Duck Stir Fry. The fish cake was delish - meaty and springy. Kids fried rice was a lot and had everything you want from a fried rice. Pad Kee Mao and Spicy basil fried rice were tasty, however they were missing the wok hei/char flavor to it. My husband said his Duck stir Fry was less spicy than he wanted (he has high levels of spice tolerance) but he liked his dish a lot. Definitely a place we will re-order and visit when we can. read more

This place is such a gem in Indy!! I loved the venue. I also loved the electric fireplace in the wall. They placed everyone on the same side in a row of booths! I loved the establishment had key details on hotness levels! Although I love HOT HOT! My husband doesn't . I also absolutely loved both our meals! His orange chicken was extremely fresh and my volcano chicken was sizzling HOT!!! I can't wait to go back and try something else on the menu. read more

I was feeling Thai food and had passed this place many times without enough time to stop (or so I thought). I am on a continuing quest to find the best green curry with tofu in the indy area and this restaurant did not disappoint. The green curry was excellent and the food was ready to go super quickly. I asked for medium spice and it definitely had a kick but it wasn't as spicy as I hoped (something you just have to learn place by place) and the rice to curry ratio was a bit off. I would definitely order again if I'm in the neighborhood but I'm still searching for the best green curry around. read more

We were their first customers on opening day (lunch). Since then I've been back for lunch once and dinner once. The interior of the restaurant is very nice, with lots of little details. The wallpaper has little golden Buddhas in it, the lights above the bar look like the top of a chedi or stupa, and the golden flatware has their logo engraved. Their food has great flavor, and is on par with any Thai restaurant in the area. Prices are reasonable, too. I've tried Kra Prao, chicken satay, rad nar, etc. and all have been good. I did notice that they use more mushrooms than many other Thai restaurants do, but they will leave them out if you ask. (I have to because of an allergy.) The staff is friendly and talkative when there aren't many customers. When they are busy, they are quick and efficient. read more

Incredible food and incredible service! Every dish I have tried has been delicious. Thai Delight is our go-to Thai restaurant.

One of the best Thai restaurant in the Midwest hands down. The food, ambience, service etc.

Probably the best overall Thai restaurant I've been! We arrived in Westfield on a Saturday night at 8pm and stayed across the street. We were starving and about to go to a fast food place but I saw the restaurant across the street and decided to call. The food was done in 10min! I ordered a papaya salad (really well balanced and probably the best I had) and the traditional items; paid Thai, fried rice snd spring rolls. The food was well made and tasty. The staff was super friendly and did I say the place was gorgeous? The decor inside was so modern and chic! Golden silverware and pretty porcelain dishes. I wish they had similar place close to my hone. I will definitely come back when in town again. Highly recommend. read more

We've gone here a few times. Neither time was bad, but just okay. I've had both chicken and shrimp pad Thai (pictured). My mate has had both chicken and shrimp spicy Thai basil which had good flavor both times, although the first time, the spicy Thai basil was missing a key ingredient: BASIL. The pork dumplings were great with a traditional, yummy dipping sauce. read more

I've been here a few times and it's always been good but I had a FANTASTIC carry out order that I want to rave about. I ordered pad Thai, dumplings, fried rice and spicy duck.
