I have eaten here before and at the original location also. I was wanting some really good fresh oriental food and remembered this was here. The strip mall is looking deserted but it's still got several shops and restaurants there. The decor is nice and the owner is very friendly and on top of service. The menu is full of options. I decided to get the special which was made fresh and prepared very well. The owner did a great job of explaining exactly what was in it and the spice level I would get. It lived up to the description. If there was a negative the price for the portion seemed high. One entree with white rice was $23 dollars. There are no lunch specials. I will go back even with sticker shock as the food and service are very good. read more

Located in a strip mall with some empty stores and very quiet on a weekday, we stopped in here just to grab a quick bite. For the lunch special, it's pretty basic-one protein and a side of rice. Basic but good, everything served piping hot and simple. No frills. The server was a young man, polite and service was fast. Inside the place has some funky decor and simple furniture. First time trying Tiger Lily 2 Restaurant. I'm sad it's taken me so long. What a wonderfully delicious experience. My friend wanted something-anything with tofu. A black pepper tofu (not on menu) arrived and it was on point. Loved the crunchiness and accroutements. Garlic trio special of shrimp, beef and chicken was fresh, garlic forward, perfect amount of sauce, not the over-sauced, glumpy stuff. Didn't get a pic of the "soft noodle" but it was incredibly flavorful, again without a sticky sauce. And don't forget a side of their house made kimchi. I cannot wait to return. And the service!! Tried this place out for lunch and I would definitely go back. The waiter was super friendly and a great help. There were a couple of other tables there and you could tell they were regulars the workers treated them like family, it was great to see. I got the hot and spicy chicken and it was delicious, my husband was jealous he didn't get it. He got the chicken fried rice because he's not a huge fan of Korean and he's very picky. I also got the crab rangoons, I'll pass on those next time there wasn't any crab that I saw or tasted. read more

I asked the server what his favorite dish was so I ordered an extra Spicy Chicken Bao Bun for my appetizer portion of Spicy Chicken Bao Buns plate. I also ordered a side portion of fried rice. I really loved the server's recommendation and found out the Bao Buns are made with rice flour. They have fresh flowers throughout and decor. This family owned & operated restaurant features a broad range of traditional Korean fare served up fresh and flavorful. We started with terrific fried dumplings (gyoza). I chose today's special: 'Spicy Trio' and found it to be an amazing melange of pork, shrimp and chicken with carrots, onions and pea pods. Though I didn't need it, a side order of KimChi was begging for my attention. Also very good. Tami's Noodle dish with an ample supply of perfectly cooked shrimp was most satisfying. Where do I start? Upon entering, I was greeted with the kindest sincere smile. We were seated immediately, and given drinks. We ordered the bao buns, which were spectacular! Everything I had hoped for. I've only ever seen them online and I was excited for something new. Entrees were new to me and my partner. I got the bibimbap, which again, I've only ever seen online. He got the firecracker chicken. The bibimbap was so so good! Full of flavor, and so much fun to eat. Every bite was different. The firecracker chicken was just that... a firecracker! We were surprised that it has habanero peppers in it, so be wary! It was still very very good, and we just ate around the peppers. Server was accommodating, sweet, and eager to help us with any questions we had. Ambiance was warm, inviting, and everyone knew everyone. There were 4 other parties that walked in while we were eating, and the server knew them all by name and what their orders were. I was very very impressed, and I think I found my new Asian food spot. I have seen so many raving reviews about Tiger Lilly 2 so I have been wanting to come here for awhile. I am so glad we finally came! We will be back!! I love the ambience! It is a small restaurant and they were very friendly! The food was delicious!! My husband often wants Chinese for dinner but typically I say no because I do not want that lingering flavor in my mouth for the rest of the day. I do not have to worry about that after eating here! All of the sauces were light and perfect! We started with the cream cheese puffs. They came out hot and crispy! We loved the flavor! It was just the right amount of filling. The chicken fried rice was wonderful! It did not have an overwhelming amount of sauce. It was just the right amount. There was so much chicken in the fried rice! The Korean Criapy Beef is a dishes they are know for and we understand why. The beef is double fried with just a little bit of heat and delicious sauce. The Ella's Glazed Fried Chicken is their version of orange chicken. The chicken was lightly breaded and the sauce was absolutely delicious. We do not have anything bad to say about the food! Updated because I intended to give this restaurant more stars than initially posted. The food was hot but it did not taste good. The restaurant is not authentic and considers itself a fusion restaurant, which I would not have chosen to visit had I known. All of the dishes we ordered seemed to be done in the same style with different sauces. This may have been an issue with our choices, but having ordered dishes we were familiar with, we did not expect them to all be the same. The service was friendly and the prices are fair. I've been on a hunt for really good Chinese food for so long! I stop myself from trying anything because either the restaurant is dirty, food quality isn't good, and service isn't there. BUTTTT Tiger Lily was SO good I went twice in the same week! The restaurant is super clean, and the owner who was also our server is super friendly! He gave us what his favorites were and we ordered accordingly. The chicken bao buns were really good to start off with, the bao bun was soft, and chicken was crispy, and the aoili inside was flavorful. If you like spicy food, I encourage you try their chili oil - it added SO much more flavor to the chicken we had this with our entree as well. For the entree we had the spicy chicken, and garlic fried rice. We asked for the spicy chicken to be extra saucy, and spicy and boy did they deliver! We were tearing up, but gosh each bite was SO worth it. The garlic fried rice was super flavorful and garlicky and complimented well with the chicken! I already can't wait to go back! The dishes taste good, but they are American not authentic Asian foods. And I wish they did a better job washing the plates.

Decided to try something new and was really disappointed in the quality and the quantity of the food. It just seemed hot not like even tasty hot, just burn your lips hot. Also, the beef just came with nothing but broccoli. It's kind of disappointing and what it was and how it was served up. WOW, we were blown away. The atmosphere and music is great but the standout is the impeccable customer service experience. This is what one would expect at a fine dining destination, not something you would ever encounter in a strip mall. The service is old school and you really just have to witness it first hand to have any idea what I'm trying to convey. On to the food; LOTS to choose from whether you are in the mood for Korean, Thai, Cambodian, Chinese, Malaysian or Vietnamese. We had the crab pasty puffs (aka crab rangoons) to start. They were good and accompanied by serval sauce choices. Secret menu item is EGG ROLLS, we chose the chicken egg rolls and they had more meat in them than we had seen in a very long time, in fact maybe of all time. They were excellent. We had one medium and one hot Korean Crunchy Beef (A+) a Princess Beef (A+) and a BibBimBop Bowl also an A+. This was our first trial visit, we will be back. read more

Everything we have ordered has been super tasty and I would order it again. On top of that this is a family owned restaurant that actually cares about their costumers. He recommended I order the Champong, a seafood dish that comes in a red spicy broth with vegetables. This dish has a lot of heat so I was able to tone it down. The dish reminds you of a Ramen bowl. Wow...just an amazing small place with everything I was hoping for. Great Asian cuisine great service and a nice comfy space to eat. I have searched on the Northeast side and in Fishers for a traditional Chinese food restaurant where you can eat it at a table and not take out. And boom - this is the best I could have hoped for. I had the pan fried dumplings..pot stickers? and also 2 egg rolls and their own home made sauce - crazy good. My wife had Ella's crispy chicken in a light brown sauce and I had the triple meat entre(I know this is not exactly the right name) had chicken, beef and huge shrimp and a mix of veggies on the plate with a light brown sauce. The food was plenty hot with heat and spiced appropriately but not bland. And for those that might have read other reviews? the size of our dishes was generous. I also ordered some shrimp fried rice to share with my wife and wow was it delish. Overall - I was shocked seeing them next store to an old school Chinese buffet - but their confidence in their meals is well deserved. Their food is a delight. And the people there might be my long lost family - incredibly friendly. The drive from our Geist home was maybe 15 minutes but one of only a few Chinese places with a comfy space to sit down and enjoy the meal right as it is ready. I was craving tasty Korean food and because it's COVID times, I've been really looking at restaurants' health scores on their Yelp pages before purchasing. When I read about the cleanliness of this spot in other reviews, I felt like it'd be a great, safe choice. The photos of the interior also look super clean, orderly and beautiful, and major bonus points for having their health/safety updates posted on their Yelp page! The staff are wearing masks, limiting capacity, offering contactless payments, providing hand sanitizer, sanitizing between customers, and enforcing social distancing. I can't wait to dine in person, hopefully soon! I ordered the beef bulgogi entree and a side of brown rice. The flavor of the beef was amazing. It was well-seasoned and had green onions mixed in. It came with white rice, so I ended up eating it atop both the brown and white rice. It was enough for two meals, and was just as delicious the next day. This place can indeed be described as a "hidden gem." There's probably something for everyone here, but if you're wavering and need to make an adjustment, just ask. They're a "fusion" restaurant, so the plentiful choices are interesting and enticing--not overwhelming as in some Asian restaurants. And if you want something that's NOT on the menu, odds are they can make it for you as long as you're not wanting, say, a hamburger or tenderloin sandwich. I had the Korean Spicy Shrimp with vegetables.....and, following perhaps the best eggroll I've ever had, it was superb. I need to mention the delectable house-made sweet and sour sauce; it's in another, better, realm. And the service.. my wife and I don't think it could have been better.
