I'm being so serious when I say that I have eaten the same bowl from Bibibop at least 30 times since moving to the area. I'm absolutely embarrassed that I've never left a review here- I'm just too busy eating! Let me tell you about my usual order - it's basically my death row meal (that's how much I love it). I go for the Japanese sweet potato noodles, a mix of greens, extra potatoes (because you can never have too many), broccoli, corn, cucumbers, kimchi, pickled red cabbage, eggs, tofu, yum yum sauce, and teriyaki sauce. Speaking of tofu, even if you're not a fan, you HAVE to try theirs. It's so flavorful and hands down the best I've had anywhere. My friends who don't like tofu love it. Anddd about their free miso soup - it's a hidden gem and an absolute favorite of mine. It's the perfect side to any bowl.
