The food is good, but don't order through their app. They also nickel and dime you on some ridiculous things items all of a sudden. I used their app to order my food. My ticket was submitted at 7:35 and I received an email receipt then too. The app told me to choose a pick up time, I chose 8pm. I get there at 8pm wait until 8:05 and ask for an update on my food. Hasn't been made yet and I was told it would be another 15 minutes. Get my food at 8:20ish and on the ticket, it wasn't even printed for the assembly line until 7:45...a full 10 minutes after I submitted my order. So I'll try calling next time. This isn't on the employees, but whatever system the store owners have set up. My more whiny complain is that all of a sudden they now charge you to make a dish "hot". This started about two weeks ago. I paid the extra to make my dish hot and it definitely was not hot. Usually when you order it hot, there are jalapeños in it, there were not any tonight...

Ordered Doordash from here the other night because I was craving Thai or Chinese food - just something different. I ordered the chicken pad Thai and it was ok - the flavor was good but I've had better and there definitely could have been more chicken. I also ordered the crab salad and it was delicious hence the 4 stars. They had several other items on the menu that looked good and I'll probably try one of those in the future.

Felt like I should update this since it's been four years. Asian Grill used to be one of my favorite restaurants, and it's definitely still good, but just not the same. They've completely redone the entire concept. No longer a sit-down, waiter-comes-to-the-table situation. Now you order at a counter, or even at a kiosk, and you go up to get it when your number is called. This has all sorts of ramifications...smaller menu (many of the best items slashed, like avocado soup, samosas, etc.), no ability to subsitute things or ask for things to be left out (they will tell you no). Theoretically this is supposed to make it all go faster, since one of the common complaints with the restaurant before was the slow wait time. My parents said they've been there a few times since the remodel and it was quick, but last night we went and it was not very fast, so makes me wonder whether the conceptual change accomplished what it was going for. Food is still good, I just don't feel strongly about it like I did back in the day. Partially because a lot of new, great restaurants have come into the area since the years when I frequented Asian Grill (~2013-2015ish).

I went with a group of coworkers for dinner and didn't have a problem finding a table as it was almost completely empty. That made me a little nervous, but I think part of it was because we had a later dinner so most of the crowd was already gone and maybe it wasn't as popular. I ordered the Sweet and Spicy Chicken which came with vegetables and three little scoops of different rice. I think for dinner I would have liked an appetizer of a soup or salad, or an egg roll in addition to the meal to make the price more worth it. I didn't care too much for the dish overall. I would have liked more chicken, but I did like some of the rice options, but nothing wowed me overall. Service was good, but not exceptional. I really like the old town square it was in. Limited street parking, but great little area to walk around.

A fun experience in a cool old building on the downtown square. The food was prepared well with a really exceptional presentation. We had lunch and enjoyed our meal. We will be back!

bad. the dining room looked like a murder scene. water all over the floor no one seemed to care. looked dirty. not sure why we didn't leave agyer that. the food was gross soggy frozen chicken. bland no flavor. the cream puffs why? why are they so big if you're not gonna fill them. i'd rather have a small fully filled one and not be eating useless dough. this is bad i'm not sure how they're still in business.

We miss the actual sit-down , full-service Chinese restaurant! Online this place looked like it had some seating, so we were hopeful...nope, no luck. Not only was this a "self serve," you have to order from a machine on the wall. Prices are really high for what you get. 2 people 1 entree each, 4 sides (because NO rice is included, not even plain white) 1 fountain drink (which they wouldn't touch the cup to give it to you, just pointed to the side of the register) and it was $45. And they ask for a tip! We were ready to rate it just based on that, but thought we should wait as the food could be awesome... then the food was ready. You have to pick that up yourself, too. We ordered for "here" and everything was in styrofoam with plastic utensils. Small portions (or the fact it wasn't on rice might be the difference). Food was nice and hot for sure. Pretty greasy for the honey shrimp and the fried rice had standing oil in the bottom (photo). The Kung Pao, extra spicy, was the hottest I've ever had which isn't a bad thing, but no flavor, just heat. I usually use hot mustard on everything, but they said they don't have any. I know that they quite possibly have high prices to try and stay in business after Covid, but I wouldn't recommend it or return again so the high prices won't make a difference if they don't find balance. Bummed!

If you are in the downtown Noblesville area and have a hankering for Asian cuisine, Asian grill fits the bill. The staff is usually very attentive and the portions are more than enough for two people. Their egg rolls and dumplings are wonderful, and I highly recommend the Pad Thai or the Shanghai Noodles.

I love Asian cuisine because of the fresh vegetables and great flavors. I ordered Sautéed Mixed Vegetable with Shrimp and a little spice from the lunch menu. This comes with 2 crab Rangoons. The plate is beautifully presented and the food is steamy hot (perfect). The vegetables are gently cooked in a garlicky sauce. The shrimp is plump and succulent. The Crab Rangoons are crispy with a creamy filling. The dish is exquisite, well beyond a normal lunch special. They offer carry out, but most people were dining in during my visit. Plenty of parking is available in their shared lot. I'll definitely return and highly recommend.

I don't have a benchmark, since this is my single Indonesian food experience. I ordered the bala-bala and beef rendang. The bala-bala were packed with recognizable veggies and had a light crispy texture. Not greasy or oily at all. My main course came with rice, a jackfruit curry and kale. A green chili sauce, more like a relish is served on the side. It is very spicy. The beef was well spiced, fork tender and just dreamy. I was also surprised by the jackfruit curry-something I've never had but liked with the spiciness of the beef-I did use a lot of the green chili sauce. The place is small and very casual and serves coffee drinks but doesn't have a liquor license. You can carry in from the pub next door, though. The parking lot is very small but I think you can park in the adjoining lot by the pub. I went at an odd time and was the only customer other than a couple of drunk women trying to get coffee. There's also a small shop where you can buy Indonesian spices, mixes and coffee. I regret not buying the rendang mix! I'm definitely going back to try some of the other dishes, ideally with friends to share appetizers-I want that lumpia-and I'll be sure to grab a package of rendang spice on my way out.
