Love their food. It's consistently delicious and prepared quickly. We've been coming here for eight years and we've never been disappointed. I usually get the curry chicken combo with fried rice and my wife gets the chicken and vegetable combo with white rice. They are extremely generous with their dinners and I swear our last take out order must have weighed 10 pounds. We have tried other selections and it's all wonderful. They have the best egg rolls too. They have a small six table seating area in the restaurant, but their main business is take-out. However, we have order from here before and we are usually happy with our order. However, we been disappointed with the quality of the food lately. We usually order the General Tso Chicken & Sesame Chicken (sometimes Tofu). You can tell that the food was not fresh at all. The "chicken" was extremely hard and it seemed like there was more breading/batter than chicken, if there was any chicken at all. All the pieces were stuck together and hard. Same problem with the Tofu Sesame the tofu was also overly fried and chewy. Definitely not fresh this time. Not happy with the quality of the food this time. We had such a taste for Chinese food and knew China Wok would be fast and hot. The hubby got his favorite - General Tao's Chicken. In general the us isn't my favorite dish at any Chinese restaurant but he liked the flavor, wishing there was more meat in it. The mu shu pork was hot and plentiful - the highlight of the meal. The thin pancake was ok but I like it over rice better. We also got a serving of the dumplings. I forgot that Chinese dumplings have a much thicker wrap, expecting a Japanese gyoza . The flavor and texture were disappointing and the only things that brought this rating down to a 3. We'll be back again soon as there aren't many Chinese restaurants around this area. read more

We love China Wok. It typically takes about 15 minutes from the time we order it until it is done. My daughters love the sweet and sour chicken with fried rice combo. It also comes with an egg roll. My husband is a die hard General Tso Chicken fan. He also gets the combo with fried rice and an egg roll. Another must is the Crab Rangoon. One would be better served getting frozen dumplings and stir fried rice at Costco freezer section. What isnt swimming in grease is floating in oyster sauce. Another case in point... If you find a need to eat at this place... You should note that 'their' mongolian beef is not strips of beef with chives and onions over a bed of Rice noodles. Nay, "this" location prides itself in the disatisfaction of serving the closest province I can tell as a type of Hu Bei style stew concoction with american tiny corn bonus. The staff here were friendly. Lots of options on the menu to choose from and very reasonably priced. No charge for substituting pork for shrimp or spring rolls. I personally thought there was too much sauce with the chicken dishes and a little too salty but not too overwhelming. Very quick service. Restaurant is fair for cleanliness. This is your typical carry-out Chinese place. They used to have a dine-in option but to their credit that has been eliminated as part of their COVID safety protocol. We called in a fairly large order to China Wok and when we arrived to pick it up about thirty minutes later, everything was ready and flawlessly prepared. The food was excellent (including the "Hawaii Five Oh" dish, which I thoroughly enjoyed) and we all enjoyed our entrees, not to mention the Crab Rangoon and Beef Teriyaki strip appetizers. The food is average - very typical of every one of their competitors. What makes China Wok stand out (in a negative way) is the service. Remember the Food Nazi episode of Seinfeld? The Crab Rangoon was really good (although I wasn't a huge fan of the dipping sauce as it had too much orange flavor to it). My entree however was disappointing. There was too much breading on the General Tso's chicken and that breading was soggy. It gave the entree an unpleasant texture and the overall flavor wasn't great. read more

We're apparently the only ones that don't like this take out place. The portions were large but everything was extremely greasy even for Chinese food. There was also an abnormal large amount of breading on all of our chicken dishes making them seem soggy and underdone. The flavor of the fried rice was pretty good as was the veggie lo mein. All I had was my credit card.
