BURMESE CHICKEN NOODLE NOODLE (OHN NO KHAO SWE) with free house salad

Stopped by for lunch on a week day. The food was ready pretty fast. The chicken coconut noodle soup is quite different from their Thai cousin, Ka Soy, but equally delicious. The broth is much lighter with less coconut milk and a hint of fish sauce and lemongrass. The noodle is on the thicker end of rice noodles that's are smooth and chewy. Overall, a nicely balanced noodle soup in terms of flavor and texture.

I'm so happy this place moved closer to me. I love their food and they have great service too. Try some of the Burmese food. It is very good.

We stopped in Noblesville for the night and decided to eat dinner here. What a GREAT decision!!!!!…read moreIt's located in a small strip mall with plenty of free parking in front. Upon walking in, you truly get the sense that you are in a garden! The walls and ceilings are fully decorated with both artificial greenery and flowers, giving off a very serene feel. I loved it! There is ample seating, and our hostess was also our very kind and attentive server. The khao pad sapparot was the tastiest pineapple fried rice I can ever remember eating. Truly! The portion was huge so I upon half home. What a deal for $18.99! I am so glad we came here and now I'm going to go finish my leftovers.....

Delicious Thai Food!…read more My wife and I visited for dinner and Thai Garden greatly exceeded our expectations. The restaurant is thoughtfully decorated, warm, and inviting. The staff are super friendly and the menu has a great selection of both classic Thai dishes and their own Chef's Specialties. I started with the Papaya Salad and it was delicious. It was large with fresh ingredients and big spices. I ordered medium spice and it had the perfect amount of heat. Hot would have been too spicy. The Papaya Salad itself would have been an entree for most people. But, I had to try the Mango Curry (#65 on the Chef's Specials Menu) because I don't believe I've ever previously seen it on a Thai restaurant menu. The dish was excellent! It had large Shrimp, lots of Chicken, and delicious chunks of Mango! I thought they were potatoes at first, but then you bite into them and the mango flavor and texture hits you. It's really a delicious dish. I highly recommend Thai Garden!

The restaurant is smaller but we never have any issues with getting seated. They do a big take out business but the kitchen is extremely efficient and food comes out very quickly. My favorite is the Pad See Ewe but I get it with pad Thai noodles instead of the wide noodles. Medium spice is perfect. Don't ask for mild unless you just don't like flavor or spice. It's just not tasty; very very bland. One tip for the restaurant is to invest in a water filter. The water tastes very metallic. You are gonna wanna ask for some lemon. Parking in the underground parking is super convenient. Or grab street parking if you can find it. Super delish. Great service. Nice portion. Good price.

I go medium for spice as I got hot one time and well IT WAS HOT! Still delicious and. I Love spicy food but it was almost too much for me. I still ate eveything but learned medium is the best for spicy and enjoyable. Spring rolls are great. They do get a bit busy but they're very quick to check on your table and make sure everything is good.

As flavors go, it was very good. The only downside for me where I'm not going to give it five stars, was the price. My husband got the chicken noodle soup, dinner portion, at lunchtime. I got the Thai fried rice and we split an order of the dumplings. There were five dumplings, for 8.99 IMO, those are some expensive dumplings! The soup had good flavor, but the bowl wasn't very big and it was 15.99. The fried rice was a very large portion and enough for two meals for me so that was a decent price but wow, the other two items were very expensive. The place is adorable and my friend got the Thai iced tea which she loves and the spring rolls were nice and crispy. It was just the portion sizes that threw me off. We just wanted a quick bite for lunch and I wasn't really prepared for an almost $70 meal including tip. It's located in a strip mall at the end cap, so there's lots of parking.

The restaurant itself was pretty clean and looked very nice and well-kept. The service was decent. There were no issues or problems. Food: We had a basic ginger salad that came with our lunch meal. For our appetizer, we got the Thai Dumplings. To be honest, I was very underwhelmed by them. They tasted as if they may had been frozen before or something...I'm not sure. I ordered the Shrimp Pad Thai for my entree. It was good. A solid 4 out of 5 star pad thai. Would I return? Yes, if I were in the area and wanted Thai food. However, I can't honestly say that I would go out of my way to get more.

The interior has a very calm, zen-like vibe, simple, cute, and relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the meal. They kept refilling my water so often that I probably drank my entire daily water intake during dinner... not complaining though! Honestly, one of the best service experiences I've had in a while. We started with the shrimp tom yum soup and papaya salad. Both were fresh, flavorful, and a great way to kick off the meal. With a recommendation from the owner, we ordered the shrimp pad thai and pork basil for our main dishes. Great choice, both dishes were delicious and full of flavor. One small detail I really appreciated was the dinnerware. The plates and dishes were beautiful and clearly not the cheap kind you sometimes see. It added a nice touch to the whole dining experience. Great food, excellent service, and as a bonus, the bathroom was clean (which always scores extra points in my book). Free parking is also available. Definitely a spot I'll come back to the next time a Thai food craving hits.

The spring roll is crispy with a cabbage filling and a dipping sauce. The salad was just ok (maybe bagged). I had the Pad Kee Mao with shrimp. There is a small up charge for shrimp, but the shrimp were plump and flavorful. Their handmade sauce is light and delightful, not too sweet. I had the medium heat, which was the perfect amount of spice for me. All the vegetables were super fresh (not frozen) and there were a lot of veggies. I loved my entree and would highly recommend. My husband had the Chicken Pad Thai, which is his go-to entree. He devoured his Pad Thai and said it was good. Our server, Matt was friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly, water filled and plates cleared. Different people handle the food and money, which is how it should be. The dining room is upscale with a subtle Thai ambiance. The small bar is inviting and the booth seating is comfortable. Soft rock plays overhead. This is a perfect spot for date night. The dining room is immaculate (just as I like). The restrooms are spotless. There is free parking in front, but it can get tight during peak hours.
