Tom yum fried rice was their special and we gave it a try. It comes with some seafood with shrimps, and squid. The flavor and spices in this fried rice is out of this world. Massaman Kai: the chicken was fall off the bone tender. And the curry was very well seasoned. Even if I just have the curry sauce with plain rice it would be heaven. Mango sticky rice. Can't go wrong with this. But they added something crispy on top and elevated this dish even more. Will definitely come back. In fact my mouth is watering now so I need to come back here asap.

Big chunks of chicken and shrimp. T yum flavor really shone through. It's one of their specials so it might be limited time, I'm not sure. Massaman Kai 4.5/5. Chicken was tender, fall off the bone. Sauce was delicious and creamy. However, there were a few pieces of potato that wasn't completely cooked through, but some were perfectly fine so that was only a small miss for us. We only had a little bit leftover but still had to pack it home so none of it would go to waste. Mango sticky rice 5/5 not on their menu but so happy they had it this day. Delicious and the perfect way to end such a wonderful meal. Lots of mango, rice was wonderfully cooked and still warm. 100% coming back again!

The restaurant is located on a busy street and is unassuming/easy to miss so I'm glad my boyfriend pointed it out for us to try with some friends. We ordered a bunch of dishes to share. They all arrived relatively quickly and my favourites were the pad thai and the khao soi. The pad thai was fragrant and on the sweeter side which I like. I also liked the fresh raw bean sprouts on the side. The khao soi was curry noodles with tender beef and crispy egg noodles. The curry was very flavourful with a hint of heat and sweetness. This was also my first time trying curry noodles at a Thai restaurant. The green curry was filled with bamboo shoots, peppers, and a good amount of chicken. The flavour from the bamboo shoots really comes through as well. For the crab fried rice, it came with a spicy sauce and pickled vegetables. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough to go around so I didn't get a chance to get a good taste of it with the rice. However, I scooped some curry sauce from the khao soi onto the crab friend rice and it was delicious! Finally, we tried the mango sticky rice and my goodness, it was so pretty! The rice was warm and sweet which paired beautifully with the slightly tart mango. I'll definitely have to come back to have more of the khao soi noodles!

After that, we ordered from them again many, many times through the Fantuan app. The menu is simple. Basically rice and noodles, just as the name of the shop implies. They cook their food soooo well though! There's a deep "wok hei" flavor to their rice and noodles. They do also have a few other side dishes like gyoza and spring rolls which you can order, but basically we go to this place for the rice and noodles. This was the first time we actually dined in the restaurant instead of getting takeout. Highly recommend dining in! So good to eat the food fresh and hot. It's a great place to stop for a quicky, filling and tasty meal. You choose your base, then your protein, and then your level of spice. Pay at the counter, then sit down and they will bring the food out to you when it's ready. In our group we ordered some gyoza, chow mein, pad thai noodles and pad see ew noodles. I must have been hungrier than I realized, or else the food just tasted soooo good that I ended up eating my entire plate of noodles, when I really only needed about half the plate. This place is a "must try"!.

You get a 10% discount for dinner orders (pick-up) plus saves a bit of money. They have a small dining area -- bar seating by the window. Their pad thai is delicious! We've tried tofu (with egg), shrimp (plus $3) and chicken. They don't scrimp on the shrimp so the additional price isn't bad plus the serving size is quite big. We've also tried #40 Black pepper (Chicken) - it was flavorful, lots of bamboo shoots and other veggies. #57 Pineapple fried rice with chicken -- it was okay, it was a bit moist for us as we prefer drier fried rice and the pineapple chunks were a wee bit too big. Their Thai tea was great. Loved their Basil Chicken fried rice (no peas and beans for us) -- so flavourful and lots of chicken pieces that it's enough to be eaten on its own without another viand. Reheated leftovers the next day and it was still yummy and flavourful. Their Chicken Satay is good too loved the satay sauce, portion size is bigger than your typical Malay/Thai restaurant and it comes with a side of potato chips. Really enjoyed my bowl of Tom Kha Chicken (coconut milk soup), big serving size and thicker soup -- so comforting and warming to the stomach and soul. Overall, Twinkle Thai is our go-to neighborhood Thai place. Pricing and serving sizes are really good value for money plus the food is made really well. Lastly, I'm glad that they are willing to modify our orders (by removing beans/legumes bec of hubby's dietary restrictions). I look forward to trying more things in their menu.

What a wonderful surprise! Took advantage of a BOGO special of Lemongrass fish stir fry (with Thai seafood spicy dip) - love the basa! It wasn't overly cooked and the lightly stir fried mixture covering it was super lemongrass flavourful. I appreciate the dip on the side, so that I can gauge how much I can handle, as its on the (delayed) spicy side for me. In addition, also ordered a fried chicken cashew set. The accompanying soup was extraordinarily salty, so I just ate the tofu & wakame. The main dish I received was a substitute mix of fried chicken, chicken, fish, beef, tofu & cashew - loved it all, especially with its flavourful fry of cashew mix! Loved that their unique stir fry mixes are so wonderfully different from typical Thai restaurant recipes. Looking forward to trying different dishes in the future!
