Thai 2 Go is not a full-service Thai restaurant ala Noi, Wild Rose or Toomies. Rather, it's a Thai take-out joint. There is limited seating - just two outside tables and a bench along the window inside. Moreover, the menu is much more limited than your typical Thai restaurant. Thai 2 Go specializes in curries. If you want drunken noodles, look elsewhere. But the curries are pretty darn good. Service is quick, helpful. Prices are reasonable. Recommended. read more

Drive by all the time and never really see anyone there but while at Subway I Figured I'd give it a shot since it's next door. They have a very limited menu so I thought well maybe what they do have is really good. Wrong !!! All I had was the spring rolls and gyoza both were burnt and nasty. The food was just OK. The gyoza was overcooked , and Khao Soi was overly salty. For the quality and portion size, and absolutely no service to even tell us which container is what curry, it felt overpriced. Not the best value for what we experienced. read more

Portion : tiny. 8- 1/4" pieces of bland, cold tofu and a cup or so of raw spinach. husbands portion better. Kho something. They forgot the rice. I asked for extra vegetables which I of course would pay for. They forgot those too. Sadly, I did not check the contents of my to go bag until I got home. Phone goes to VM as normally they don't answer any calls but after many calls, I was told, "I can give you a credit next time." There will be no next time. I grabbed a snack here for the first time this past week. I ordered the spring rolls. The service was quick and responsive. And, I was pleasantly surprised when it looked like the spring rolls were being made in the spot!! However, I was disappointed when I started eating them. The only veggies inside seemed to be carrots and cabbage, kind of boring and mediocre flavor. I also ordered a Thai iced tea. This is a great spot for quick Thai. There's another famous Thai place in town that has my favorite dish (Khao Soi). After eating there recently, it left me wishing I had the Thai 2Go version. They have their flavors nailed down. If you haven't been there you'll be glad you found it!! read more

We drive all the way from the other side of town to eat here. It's a great option if you don't want to sit in a fancy, overpriced restaurant. The food is 100% legit Thai. The owner is super nice and accommodating. My 4 year old loves eating here and getting their mango lemonade. We get their yellow curry with chicken and cost $13. My only request would be to put less carrots and a little more chicken. :) read more

I wanted to give these guys a 5 star! They were fast to take order and fast to get me the bag of food. I like that they don't ask a ton of questions. The food was the right amount of spice. Not to bland (a little more kick) than some of the other to go Thais in town. More flavor! I wish they did sticky mango rice or a coconut rice. That would be awesome. Chose this one out of the selection because my wife and I love Thai food. The service was quick and friendly from the couple running the place. The curry and soup came out in a reasonable time. The Panang curry came out pretty spicy with good flavor. The fresh cabbage on top was something I'd never had before and I enjoyed it, it provided a nice crunch between the spicy, creamy, savory curry. The Tom Kha soup was bright and flavorful. Unfortunately, my wife doesn't like the creamy version of it but I thought it tasted pretty great. I'd come back again. read more

We were very impressed with the counter person (owner?), who gave us a sample and described the dishes for us. We will go back, want to try more of the dishes, but, man, the Khao Soi! I went to this restaurant for the first time ever yesterday. A man asked if I wanted a sample? I said yes and he gave me a delicious sample Khao Soi with chicken. Their new brick and mortar location is in the shopping center next to South Side Cibelli's! I ordered the yellow curry and very pleased! It is easily one of the top 3 curries that I've had. The people are great here and the place is super clean which I appreciate. It was delicious with just the right amount of heat/spice for me. Apparently you can get a spicy sauce to add but for me it was great as-is. I was in and out in a short amount of time and the price was reasonable, with the serving size being fairly generous (I split it in half for two meals for me).
