Came back twice in one day, before and after a long hot hike . The smoothie bowls are basically ice cream for breakfast with lots of fruit topping plus granola. Delightful on a hot summery day. The CrossFix smoothie (with added peanut butter) hit the spot when I was craving a milkshake. I got the Harvest Bowl ($14.50) and my wife got the BS Bagel Sando ($11.50). My bowl came with a wonderful mix of roasted butternut squash and chickpeas, roasted broccoli, and kale on a bed quinoa, and drizzled with a generous portion of tahini dressing. Everything was brilliant, despite that sounding quite simple in description. My wife was likewise super impressed with her bagel sandwich. This was a great little place that my daughter found as we made our way to the Redmond, OR airport. I thought this was just a smoothie place but it is so much more, you can get some light fare, bowls and smoothies. My husband got the POT Sandwich both times we came here - it's a hearty veg option with a latke inside that's perfect if you have an empty stomach. I ordered the "BS" (Bagel Sando) both times, which was fresh, delicious, and filling. I liked how the carrots were thinly sliced to resemble cheese. That was cute. But it didn't add anything special to the overall flavor. And the bread was so toasted it cut the crap out of the roof of my mouth. I was super stoked to see gluten-free Kick-Step IPA in the cooler! Major points on this one. Beautiful open air space with very aesthetically pleasing and simple decor. The savory and smoothie bowls are beautifully presented, filling, and fresh. The avocado toasts are also pretty and well seasoned. I got the millenial toast (avocados and seasoning) on gluten free bread which was delicious but a lot smaller than expected. The chili and flaked salt perfectly balanced the creamy avocado, but unfortunately the experience ended after 4 bites. The coffee was acidic and on par with a breakroom beverage. I think the smoothies and juices are definitely better options.
