And we stayed the night AFTER the show instead of driving back to Beaverton. SO the next day we had brunch at Fix & Repeat. She was wearing her AJR shirt and hat, and she was HAPPY and still bubbling over the show. We were talking about the show and received our food - we both ordered the Spiced Burrito. Let me tell you - this place is PLANT Based. So it's not FAKE meat. It's walnut meat which takes a lot of effort and knowing how to flavor and season. Because it's just mashed walnuts otherwise. We got the burrito and used the Campfire Hot sauce (which is SO delicious and flavorful - and local to Bend!) And my daughter said she felt like Angels had made and delivered her burrito as it was THE BEST THING SHE'D EVER EATEN. It had such great flavor. It was phenomenal. I love a hearty breakfast burrito and man it was delicious. Then after we were drooling over the food we had JUST eaten, we went back to talking about the concert. There were two openers - one that we shall not mention and Izzy Escobar. The manager or owner, who was there working started talking to the staff about the concert and we said OMG you were there too?!?! And mentioned WOW was Izzy Escobar amazing or what?! And she said yes and we were bubbling over talking about HOW incredible she is and one of the staff members said "UM - that's her isn't it?!" And we looked behind us and Izzy and her band were SITTING ON THE PATIO!!! She is vegan so they popped in for breakfast too!! And also kept saying how AMAZING the food was. So we got GREAT food and got to meet Izzy!!! This was an absolute dream. We can't wait to go back - maybe for an Izzy concert!
