I don't drink much boba anymore but my kids can't get enough of the stuff. They've had enough boba in their lives that I trust their opinion and they absolutely loved their drinks. Stopped in craving a bubble tea. A little unorthodox menu, which left me a little confused. Fortunately, the staff was great explaining my options. I ordered a vanilla tea with mango jellies and a honeydew with lychee jellies. I guess I've never had the jellies before, only the typical tapioca pearls. The teas definitely looked different and the reason became clear when the 1st rectangular jelly shot through the straw haha! Both had a good flavor (my son had the vanilla), fairly assertive sweetness, and a generous amount of jellies. Booth teas came out pretty quickly also. So, I went here with my family and got the Berry Palmer. It was great but just a tad too sweet. The wait was about twenty minutes because they were understaffed, but it was very worth it. The vibes were ok but not my favorite. Pretty fun experience if you ask me!! read more

If you cannot have dairy or have food allergies be careful of what you order. I asked if the Taro was dairy free and they assured me it was so I drank it & paid the price. Later I did some research & found it very difficult to find a non dairy Taro powder. I went back to the store and asked the employee to read the ingredients on the bag and sure enough it was NOT dairy free. I visited once more and asked the employee to read the ingredient on the bag of Coconut powder to see if it had dairy and she ASSURED me that it was dairy free. I wanted to make sure so I asked for the brand and looked it up myself, sure enough NOT diary free. The employee read the ingredients again and said yes there was diary after she had read it and assured me there wasn't. I then asked if I could change the flavor because she hadn't made my tea yet and both employees hesitated so I offered to pay for another flavor and then they agreed. I had also paid for extra tapioca and didn't get what I paid for, I tipped them, and quality was not great. Long story short everyone was annoyed by this point so I just left. My advice is don't assure people of food allergies if you are not sure & if you aren't sure say so because if someone told me "I'm sorry I am not sure" I would kindly choose something or somewhere else not because of them but because I understand it's my issue and responsibility not anyone else's. I'm not a fan of sweet drinks, but having the option of sweetness level is spot on. I order all my drinks as a level 1 (my understanding is that you can have sweetness levels 1-5 with the "regular" being 3). A 1 works perfectly for me. If you are unsure of what to try, I would suggest a taro milk tea, level 1, with boba. For the kids, they love a mango butterfly tea with mango bubbles; also level 1. Staff is also super friendly. Got daughter 1 and daughter 2 the exact same drink - a 24 oz passion fruit green tea w boba and lychee jelly. ,50% sugar and less ice . Came out still a little too sweet for my taste but the amount of ice was accurate. The amount of the boba and the jelly was very satisfactory and above average .the boba balls themselves were a bit flavorless but super chewy . All in all recommended ! read more

We were visiting Bend, and had several orders for a large group. They were very friendly and efficient.

Cute cafe, nice seating area and nice staff, love their drinks, try a different one every time I come in.

We just went here for the first time a week ago and went back a few days later. The milk tea with vanilla flavoring and sweetness 2 was perfect for me, and I liked the tapioca pearls/jellies. My kids also really liked the milk tea and butterfly tea (caffeine-free option) with vanilla or coconut flavors and they loved the passionfruit boba. Just one note, though: I let my youngest try a "mermaid tea" the second time we went, and it was WAY too sweet and I would NOT recommend this. It also had a somewhat soapy sweet flavor and she loves sweet flavors but didn't want any of the tea at all, so we ended up draining it out before going home. So, that felt like a total waste of money. But the straightforward milk or butterfly tea with boba or jellies were good and I imagine we will return for those during the upcoming summer months when we want a refreshing treat. Boba here is AMAZING! I'd argue the best in Bend but the standards aren't very high for Bend as we lack serious diversity among other things. Either way I've never had a better cup of Boba or even experience for that matter! The staff are always very quick, understanding, and kind. They did run out of boba once which at that point made me wonder why not just close for the day if you can't serve the item your known for. They do also have some pretty outrageous drinks and I mean that in a good way! They can serve you a giant cup of colorful sugar juice with a giant cloud of cotton candy and Pocky sticks. The modern look of the place is relaxing or at least USED to be. Ever since graduation happened recently people found out about the place and now it's always packed with rude and annoying teenagers. Seriously they lack common decency for example I was on my way in and they saw me walking, jumped out of their car, and sprinted in front of me to be the first in line...either way beverages are great here and I somewhat recommend. read more

The thai tea wasn't bad but the matcha milk tea was not good at all, just straight milk and no matcha. They also didn't even have green milk tea which was disappointing :( the boba was also really hard. It's really the only boba in this city but I'd rather not go. Last three times I've been in they have been out of tapioca pearls. You'd hope a boba place would have the one thing people go there for. Girl taking my order got mad I hadn't decided on a flavor yet and yelled that she couldn't hear me as I was looking at the flavors. Not to mention was super standoffish and rude. My friend ordered a milk tea and was given black tea instead. The girls were just standing around talking and not making our orders and had to get scolded by a supervisor in front of us for not making them. I love boba tea. Their Taro really hit the spot, but some of the boba from the batch I got seemed undercooked/still a little hard. I got half the sweetener and it was exactly the level of sweet I was wanting. Socially distanced and walk-in to go orders only was a fluid set up. When I went (maybe in the afternoon? Go early if you want bubble tea. Our first visit, they were out of tapioca bubbles but were making more so we chose to wait. Our second visit (today) they were again out of tapioca bubbles. The staff said this was because they are made fresh each day, and they take 2 hours to prepare. I don't know their recipe of course, but we regularly buy tapioca bubbles and prepare at home, and ours are like a 15 minute process. Regardless of long they take, it seems sensible to make enough to last until close. Disappointing. I'm not sure we'll try a third time. read more
