It is 88° hot! I'm thirsty. It's 2 PM and a little bit too early for a cold frothy mug of craft beer. This tea shop is delicious. I'm having a cold lemon, ginger and cardamom iced tea (just a bit too sweet, hold back on the simple syrup). Rock and shake these flavors together - so thirst quenching. Got a seat on front porch of an old house made for tea, in complete shade from huge trees out front. Comfy. Looking through the window I can see a lot of tea products inside but I forgot to wear my mask when I went out for a walk. So I can't go inside. Pooh! This place still requires a face covering. 90% of the stores in Sisters do not require a face covering if you're vaccinated. All good! Delicious tea! Love the variety and selection. A few odd business practices that would improve the experience. -They charge you $5 to sit inside at a table??? Crazy! On a cold rainy day all we wanted was a hot cup of tea and a cozy place to sit. This is not the place for that! We had to sit outside on the front porch. -No prices on the tea or products inside, so you have to ask how much everything costs before purchasing. Overall, this place would be amazing if they would drop the charge for sitting inside. read more

It was unseasonably freezing the day my friend and I passed through the quaint little mountain town of Sisters, and we thought a cup of hot tea would hit the spot. This charming tea house was a perfect way to warm up. The rustic atmosphere is fantastic, with mis-matched chairs and a real shabby mountain chic feel. It's the perfect fit for this town. We both had a fancy hot tea, me green and her black, and they were good (but you can't really go wrong with tasty teas). It's a little pricey for what you get, but at least it's open later than most places in town. Clean restrooms and an inviting atmosphere that encourages lingering. A great place to stop! read more

Went in yesterday for the first time, and tried 5 different drinks (so many sounded good)! Pumpkin ginger matcha- this was SOO good! loved the flavors together more than I expected Matcha Bubble tea- delish Cardamom maple matcha- also very good, the matcha flavor isn't as strong as I expected, but thoroughly enjoyed Dirty chai- I enjoy drinks on the sweeter side, so added a bit when I got home, and preferred this drink cold. Red rock cinnamon chai- didn't love this one as much, but with so many others to chose from, I was glad I tried it Will definitely be back! I enjoyed ordering too many drinks in order to find my future faves, and many of the hot ones were even better cold later. Especially enjoyed the different twists on matcha lattes, nice to get some variety. The staff was super welcoming and friendly too, and the ease of online ordering was a plus. read more

I was very excited to visit a true tea shop as we have just returned from London. We made a special stop and began our search. The ambiance of the shop (music playing) was nice yet when I asked for caramel flavored black tea I was told "ahhh no".....??? Having owned a business. Having had customer service training at Disney University. And now in marketing/sales Word to the wise....offer alternatives, suggestions.... FYI I was ready to buy!! We sat down and ordered tea... Again no follow up...how is your tea? where are you from? If you would have asked I drink tea prior to bed usually chamomile. Engage your consumers My wife was looking for a diffuser BTW. My tea was tasty, and it took a long time to get..... Wait.... YES! This means they steeped my tea to order. Steeping takes time for flavor. And a proper cup of tea shouldn't be rushed fast food style. For that, I give them kudos. Overall i feel it's expensive for what they have, but thats up to interpretation. This is BY FAR the best bubble tea I've ever tried. The slight sweetness of their raspberry flavoring in the black tea was absolutely wonderful. The woman at the counter was kind and friendly, and my tea was made in a perfect amount of time. Great tea and a lovely atmosphere. They even have some awesome games and space for young kids stay quiet and happy. I really enjoyed the spicy chai and my son enjoyed the rocking chair. Such a cute little place! This place is a hidden gem. The outside is cute with the porch lights and orange little canoe on top. Once you go inside it is as cute as it's exterior. I was skeptical at first, but my drink was really good! I got the black tea with vanilla and tapioca pearls and it was great!! The staff was very friendly. Very quaint tea shop -- we stopped here on our way back from Sunriver for refueling and a restroom break and it was a great place to stop. Super cute interior with lots of little quirky things that make them unique. I had a cold brew coffee and it was fairly good (very strong) but wished I had gotten a tea instead since it is a tea shop...guess I'll just have to stop in next time I'm heading through the area to give their non-coffee items a taste! read more

The owner was fun to talk to & helpful in assisting me make selections to take home & try. They sell the tea bulk so you can order any amount. Lovely. After an amazing first sisters-only trip to Bend, we drove through Sisters on the way home, sat through traffic and decided to pull over here. We were ready to get home and not standout from the (friendly) crowd for being Asian "twins." Whether true or not, knowing we look different was enough to feel out of place after a while. We were over it. The first moment I stepped into the shop, the gentleman behind the counter greeted us. His kind eyes and smile made me feel seen and welcomed. My defenses slowly melted and I felt comfortable. -something that I longed for. So thank you! We picked up some tea for home and a gift for mom. They had cute tea gifts in nice glass jars for about $10. The teas are incredibly aromatic yet light and smooth. My fav was cardamom rose and black rose tea. My "twin," got a Nutella crepe. The crepe was overcooked so it was more cracker-like but I was enjoying the cute converted house space with the big front yard and porch so much that I really didn't mind chewing a little extra. - especially since it was smothered in Nutella. I got chocolate all over my hands. I guess that's what happens when you think hands are as good as a fork. Delightful space inside and out. Plenty of nooks to hide away in for a day. Plenty of sunshine throughout the house. A great place to chill on the front lawn in the summer and on a cozy chair by the window in the winter. Big fan! I go here regularly and enjoy trying out their different teas and chatting with friends in the welcoming environment. My favorite teas are their (spicy or cinnamon) Golden Milk Lattes. I love the comfortable, easy-going vibe there. I'd be grateful to see more variety in the food offerings - I'd probably go even more often. I've been here several times. Nice vibe, pleasant music... Yes, there were a couple of times that our orders took way too long to arrive but I attributed that to being new and working out the kinks. Love the lemon cream latte. Unfortunately, it cost .50 more than the last one I had. And while financially this is not an issue, somehow it crosses the line for me. $4.50 for a tea latte is too much. Perhaps that is not unreasonable--just doesn't cut it for me. The regular tea is still the same price. read more

This is such a cute family run tea shop, I make sure to come here every time I'm in the area. Their tea is delicious - I usually get bubble tea and particularly love the iced Suttle tea peach flavor with lavender syrup. I'm from the Bay Area, and this place has a lot more unique herbal tea flavors than you might expect from a boba place in CA, but it tastes much more natural here and I personally enjoy it a lot more. My only complaint is that the boba never seems super fresh (I assume because it's not their specialty), but the tea more than makes up for it. They also serve teas a lot of different ways. I've been going here since they opened. The owners are amazing people who are so kind hearted and friendly to everyone who comes in. I have probably had every tea latte on their menu and I have never had one I don't like (but my favorite is cardamom rose). Our family buys tons of their loose leaf teas because they are so tasty to have at home; my mom even ships them down to me when I'm at college cause I love the teas so much. Their boba is super tasty too in the summer when you need a cold drink. You can pick your tea and your syrup flavor which is super cool. When it's not all the COVID craziness, this is one of the best places in town too meet up with people and chat, do work, read, etc. HIGHLY recommend stopping here even just to get drinks to-go. Expect it to take 15ish minutes because steeping the tea and making the lattes is a longer process than making coffee is. Probably one of the fastest things to order is cold brew teas or boba, but my favorite drinks are the hot ones. read more

Hello. Unfortunately, my husband and I cannot say that we had a positive experience at this establishment. The tea was poor at best, and the service the same. Their employee whom was working one afternoon was incredibly rude, disrespectful and very slow at getting the tea to us. Anyways, along with the poor service and the tea, I had ordered a crepe for about 10 dollars that was tiny and lacking any filling at all, which was honestly a disappointment especially the fact that it had cost me about ten dollars. I hate to be so negative, but my experience was so awful that I must share to yelp to inform people of the issues I had there. I'm not saying this place was god-awful, but it was pretty bad. I hope that they have gotten their problems worked out since, but my family and I will not be returning anytime soon.
