I truly think this is my favorite place for coffee in Bend! And if you know how many coffee shops there are, you know how bold of a statement that is. Its always delicious, I love trying their seasonal lattes (but the cold brew is also on point), and they have such a great atmosphere! The missing stars go out to all those who can't do dairy. I am one of them, so I ordered a latte with their almond cashew milk (the only alternative milk they have). It was crafted with the most beautiful froth I've ever seen...I wanted to like it but the flavor of that milk was absolutely awful. I couldn't finish it. We saw their great reviews, so we stopped by in the morning for some coffee. We decided on their seasonal latte which was an orgeat latte with their home-made almond cashew milk. The latte was amazing, S-tier for sure. The latte was smooth, complex, and was very enjoyable to drink. They had free sample pie crust cookies from Farmhouse Pies which were amazing! If we had more time we would have tried to make a stop at Farmhouse Pies to try some of their offerings. The service was good here. There was a decent amount of seating, with mild noise level. I really enjoyed the coffee here and would be back the next time I'm in town. read more

The seasonal hazelnut latte might've been my most favorite latte ever, with ground up hazelnuts giving it a fun texture and surprise. My husband said, hands down, it was the best chai he's ever had. Spicy, aromatic, just the right amount of sweet heat. So good we stopped here twice on our trip. Such a comfortable place with cozy seating, bright natural light, and beautiful plants, I can tell people love to sit here all day. Bonus, the wallpaper in the bathroom is perfection! read more

Great coffee and pastries that are absolutely insanely good! These might be some of the best pastries I've ever had. The waffle is almost like a lightly crispy glazed donut in waffle for and is delicious! Their almond croissant is one of the largest I've ever had and fantasticly tasty! Coffee is also delicious, staff are super friendly, service is fast and the inside is a super cozy. Would be a great spot downtown to grab a bite and coffee with friends or get a bit of work done! Really cute cafe with an incredible ambiance! Perfect for doing work or studying! The service was friendly and the food came out fast. Ordered a matcha, cappuccino, chocolate chip cookie, avocado toast, and ham/cheese quiche. The only food item that I enjoyed was the cookie. The avocado toast was soggy and flavorless. *My experience and opinion only* my partner and I were eager to try this spot out from the raving reviews but unfortunately, this place was a huge disappointment. To begin, the inside reeked of something (burnt food?) but that was a huge turn off. The inside of the place was pretty clean and aesthetically appealing. The service was mediocre at best, she didn't seem that welcoming or helpful. To my surprise, there was not an oatmilk option so I opt'ed in for their homemade almond cashew milk. She was quick to correct me of there not being oatmilk, which is fair since it's not on the menu, but I think it's also fair to assume *most* places have it. The latte itself came out quick, which I appreciated. However, the latte was one of the worst I've ever tried. The milk was pretty thin and I could not get behind whatever their blend of espresso was. My partner enjoyed his drink even less. We ended up tossing our drinks, wasn't even worth trying to finish. Must've just not been our lucky day. Would I go again? No. read more

Explanation below Vibes are great, service is awesome. Coffee - so I love a good coffee or house made alternative milk-. Lone pines House Made Almond- Cashew Milk is AWFUL. They baristas tell you it's so good. FALSE. It's water, it's not a latte, the "milk" doesn't froth at all, the coffee separates from it and it settles weird at the bottom of your cup. It's water that doesn't even taste right. I'd rather have an Americano. It's a waste of their employees time to make their alternative milk instead of purchasing a brand name soy/oat/almond milk. Thanks for the response Scott but I've given Lone Pine a chance 5 times with the same experience. There's plenty of alternative milk brands that offer clean options. :) read more

First time and last time as ordered 12oz latte with light ice and they charge $0.75 on receipt stating more milk less ice. Really? For starters it still had a lot of ice & secondly it's the principle of this petty charge that they are hard up for this fee. never again will I set foot in this place. read more

We went here because McKay Cottage was packed and we needed a coffee and a bite. I got the fudge /chocolate brownie- it was huge and yummy, and the DH got the waffle pastry. I wish there would have been more pastry items. We each got a cafe mocha- for dine in- should have got it in a cup as the coffee gets cold fast in an open cup, but it was good and not too sweet. This is not a place you want to go if you want a quiet experience, though. There were a couple of moms with 5 toddlers between them that were screaming and running around at the front of the store. Didn't bother me as we were in the rear- they were kinds cute. This place has a lot of shared sitting paces that are pretty small, so again, if you want to retreat into a comfy spot you'll likely be close and personal with others. I knew what I was getting into and set my expectations appropriately. The counter people were nice. I'd return for a cup of Joe anytime. read more

I immediately enjoyed the giant plant at the door, a big sage colored palm. I noticed how packed it was yet the volume of the music and the people, was very lovely for my early morning mood. I had a chewy and perfectly toasted sea salt bagel. I was told to get a waffle too, I am so happy I did, it's warmed up and has a nice sweet crunch and wonderful texture. I tried the house made almond cashew milk and I loved the viscosity, not too thick or grainy. Perfectly thin, nice moth feel of the mylk and my latte was the perfect temperature. Great indoor and outdoor space to enjoy some coffee. Buy a bag of beans and get a 10oz drip coffee on the house! I also tried the belgian waffle, which was good. Wished I would heat it up a bit, but the waffle was overall a good snack to munch with my coffee. I really enjoyed the outdoor seating spaces underneath the trees. Parking on the street is also really easy (no meters). read more
