    Hot, tasty teas.
    Louisa M.

It was unseasonably freezing the day my friend and I passed through the quaint little mountain town of Sisters, and we thought a cup of hot tea would hit the spot. This charming tea house was a perfect way to warm up. The rustic atmosphere is fantastic, with mis-matched chairs and a real shabby mountain chic feel. It's the perfect fit for this town. We both had a fancy hot tea, me green and her black, and they were good (but you can't really go wrong with tasty teas). It's a little pricey for what you get, but at least it's open later than most places in town. Clean restrooms and an inviting atmosphere that encourages lingering. A great place to stop!

My tea was tasty, and it took a long time to get..... Wait.... YES! This means they steeped my tea to order. Steeping takes time for flavor. And a proper cup of tea shouldn't be rushed fast food style. For that, I give them kudos. Overall i feel it's expensive for what they have, but thats up to interpretation. They have less of a selection than I'm use to.

Awesome tea shop! I've had four maple butter pecan lattes in 2 days. Love this little tea shop. The guy working there was also very nice. I'll be back!

Great tea and a lovely atmosphere. They even have some awesome games and space for young kids stay quiet and happy. I really enjoyed the spicy chai and my son enjoyed the rocking chair. This is a great place post wintertime activities or just a nice quiet space to be in when you're in Sisters.

All is true, authentic, restorative, refreshing

A terrific place to get some good energy from the chai to the GF toast with butter and jam and a few berries. Is is indeed, restorative, refreshing, organic and authentic at Suttle Tea. Love the Adirondack chairs on the lawn to relax and look at the beautiful hanging basket of flowers. The owner is very kind and attentive.

Such a cute little place! This place is a hidden gem. The outside is cute with the porch lights and orange little canoe on top. Once you go inside it is as cute as it's exterior. I was skeptical at first, but my drink was really good! I got the black tea with vanilla and tapioca pearls and it was great!! The staff was very friendly. This place also is great to bring in your laptop and do work! Definitely recommend!

A bastion of quality! Tea, bubble tea, iced tea, chai, alternative to coffee! Fantastic environment, out side seating, wifi! What more could you ask for?

The lavender peach real fruit infused (cold brew) tea on the left and the sweet bee tea latte. Both delicious and recommended!

Incredible locally made tea, coffee and crepes. Try the lemon and powdered sugar crepe or any of the teas. The shop is locally owned and has a friendly and knowledgeable staff to help you with your menu selection. We come by every time we are in Sisters and it's a treat each time.

When it moved to Silver…read moreMoon Brewing, my husband picked up our large order of har gow (shrimp dumpling), shu mai, bbq pork bun and pork/veg dumplings. If you've never had dim sum before, you may enjoy it more than I did here. I grew up eating dim sum and have missed it dearly since we moved. Gar gow: 2/5* skin wasnt chewy enough, small amount of shrimp inside Shu mai: 1/5* I believe this has been through worst shu mai I've ever had. It was smaller and the meat appeared to be over mixed and dense, with some odd chunks of pork and lacked the plump, fatty pork im used to. Bbq pork bun: prob one of the best things we had. The dough was soft but little denser than I'm used to. The filling was decent. 4/5 Pork dumplings: surprisingly good. Meat and veggie seasoned well. I just didn't understand the sweet chili dipping sauce that came with it.. it masked the flavor of the dumplings. I prefer soy vinegar sauce. 4/5 Honestly, I felt some of the dim sum felt frozen store bought like. But perhaps they make it and freeze it before steaming? I hope they make it but I just didn't care for it.

Upon entering there is a counter filled with savory scones, croissants, cookies, and cinnamon rolls to name a few. I don't know everything they had because nothing was marked, but they had a nice variety. A small area had bread for sale including sourdough. There was a small area with seating on the side. I chose an unfrosted cinnamon roll, and my husband chose a chocolate glazed donut. The cinnamon roll was soft and with just the right amount of sweetness. I would have liked a small amount of frosting drizzle but they only had the other option of a heavily frosted cream cheese frosting. It still was so good! My husband's donut was very good, he said. I now wish I had bought a scone or something else to try. Alas I will have to come visit Sisters again, as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

We really enjoyed everything, and we would've liked to try more things too! Of note: it's kinda small and we had a little trouble navigating a stroller inside at the counter, but there were a couple open tables once we got our pastries.

They even serve their own food Thursday thru Sunday, burgers and fries. My husband and I opted for a berry cider and a drink called sunset reverie the first night. Yes we stayed in Sisters 2 nights and ended up coming here both nights. The sunset reverie was a great balance between sweet and sour with the lemon in it. My husband enjoyed his cider. We ordered a pizza from Boone Dog Pizza, and it was decent. The second night we had already eaten and just stopped by for drinks, but I wish I had tried their burger. I saw one go by, and it looked really good! I tried Hot Girl Summer drink the second night which had elderflower in it and gin, but I still preferred the Sunset Reverie. We enjoyed sitting outside with all the neat metal art in the yard, and service was good. You are expected to bus your own table, but the bartender was very knowledgeable about the house made syrups in the drinks, etc., and happily answered questions.
