Horrible service, disorganized, waited 15 minutes to get a tea menu, got menu, placed an order for 1 to go tea and 2 bags of tea, took 25 minutes to measure out 3 oz. of tea and make a chai to go so 35 minutes just for a cup of tea, it wasn't busy when I ordered either, so I can't imagine how bad it is when it's busy. While waiting, they ran out of tea mugs for customers drinking tea, no one was washing the mugs. When they gave me the teas, they have them to me unlabeled, then it took another 10 minutes for them to be labeled. It was disorganized and staff was unapologetic, it must be like this normally in this tea house. They seemed to have an over abundance of workers, so not sure why it was so chaotic. read more

I have come to this tea shop a few times as I drive through Sisters on my way to fly fish on the Metolius River. What was once a smooth and easy experience has decayed into chaos. The older gentleman working the counter seemed over his head and confused (gave me another customers tea). I thought about ordering one of the savory crepes but He seemed to be the only employee working and had several orders waiting to be made. During my prior visits the baristas would help find a tea suited for me, but my last visit it seemed like he was not entirely knowledgeable about the teas when I asked for recommendations. I hope this place can return to it's smooth operations, as it is a lovely escape in such a beautiful quaint town. read more

What a sweet find on our recent vacation in Oregon. We visited this tea cafe several times during our time in Sisters and everyone was friendly and informational. I got hooked on tea! We came home with some Metolius Rooibos and I have been trying to duplicate the chai I had, but I am still learning. If you go, make sure you smell the teas behind the counter - they are so fragrant! I also had a delicious crepe with spinach, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives and some kind of yummy herb topping. Highly recommend. read more

Tried the bubble tea it was very bitter needed a lot more sweetener. Also tried an herbal hot tea several times and each time it is scolding hot it burned my mouth and after 3 hours of it sitting in the ice cold car it was just then warm and able to drink. Not a fan of waiting so long for a cup of tea, I love teas and have tried various teas from all over the world and never have waited that long for one cup, but have high hopes for this place and its improvements in the future. read more

My wife and I love to stop by here when we come to Sisters. Relaxed atmosphere, family owned and operated, cool art, plenty of tables and games, and DELICIOUS teas and crepes. My wife likes the straight-up teas but the mate chai latte is my go-to and I'm pretty skilled at devouring a peanut butter and Nutella crepe...or two. And there's finally, a place open past 6 pm in Sisters!!! But people need to know this is not a 30 second, run-in-grab-a-cuppa-and-run-out place. Once you order, you can sit down, hang out, and they'll bring your tea out to you. read more

Was hoping for a better experience, but felt the service was inflexible. They ran out of a classic, black iced tea on a hot day, with no indication to brew more (no, it wasn't close to closing time. Besides, can't they use it again the next day). Huh? Was discouraged from selecting any tea on the menu to have it prepared iced. So, if they won't ice a customer's preferred tea, they should ensure that their iced menu includes basics like a traditional black and green version without flowers and other aromatic ingredients, and that they are available. Did not have nonfat milk, so was steered to alternative milks, but not informed of a charge. Crepes good, but would like more food options. All in all, pricey. Not impressed. read more
