Everyone was incredibly friendly, and even with it packed, they kept things moving and the whole operation felt surprisingly smooth. And the flagship location itself is SO good. It feels like a cozy Oregon log cabin, with tons of wood, art, plenty of seating including upstairs, and clean bathrooms. I chose an unfrosted cinnamon roll, and my husband chose a chocolate glazed donut. The cinnamon roll was soft and with just the right amount of sweetness. I would have liked a small amount of frosting drizzle but they only had the other option of a heavily frosted cream cheese frosting. It still was so good! My husband's donut was very good, he said. I now wish I had bought a scone or something else to try. Alas I will have to come visit Sisters again, as I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

The decor is simple & tasteful with a definite calming aesthetic to it. We ordered a cold London Storm & a cold decaf latte to go. They were both excellent & served in adorable jars that you can take back & get a credit. While most places also fill up their cold coffee drinks with ice, here they shake them with ice in a cocktail shaker then put them in the jars without extra ice. It's so delicious & keeps the coffee flavor so much more! While there are other coffee places in Sisters, we are definitely heading back to The Slow Down State next time we're in town!!
