Generally never had a problem with Dutch, however the Sisters location is consistently missing the mark in every aspect. The customer service is always very short, dismissive, and at times borderline argumentative when you ask for any sort of customization on your drink- which is like one of the MAIN selling points of the Dutch experience? Ask for a customization that wasn't honored to be fixed? Absolutely not they'll tell you "no we have a line" and it's almost like if they made it how it was ordered that could be avoided and you could get to your line? I'll say I will truly stop giving my business to this stand because the attitude you receive with your INCORRECT order is disgraceful. read more

Went to this Dutch Bros not too long ago on a vacation and the line was very long and took over 20 minutes. Got my order taken and the younger guy with blonde hair (didn't get his name or anything) kicked one of the other people there. Was talking very aggressive to his coworkers and I just didn't like the atmosphere of the place. My girlfriend's drink was also iced instead of hot like requested and tasted awful. read more

I go to this Dutch Bros Coffee all the time and have had no problem UNTIL this morning. I was going to get a Italian soda and we pulled up and immediately got dirty looks and rude gestures. The worker was so ungodly rude and should be terminated from her behavior and lack of accommodation. And to make it better she made my drink and it tasted terrible. She also did not give me a new stamp card. Only dirty looks and rude gestures. If you have this worker please talk to Dutch I know I will be talking to them soon. read more

This is the slowest Dutch I've ever been to. I got in line with 2 cars in front of me, didn't get to the window until 20 minutes later but I thought "okay that's fine, the kid came and texted in my order so it'll be ready! I'm chillin" I got a coldbrew and as a previous employee of DB, I know that drinks takes roughly 30 seconds to make. I get to the window and my drink hasn't even been started. It starts getting made 5 minutes after sitting at the window (with absolutely no interaction from those working) only to be made incorrectly. I had to ask them twice to put breve in it. (So white annihilate coldbrew always comes with breve) I'm really not one to write reviews but I just spent an hour in the car and like $13 to get horrible service and mediocre coldbrew. Don't go here, sisters coffee can be twice as busy and still get your coffee out in 10 minutes read more

There's like half a dozen of Dutch Bros in Bend and this was first time visiting the Sisters one. Founded in Southern Oregon and it is one of the best local coffee shops they have, plus it's drive-thru too! They do have Dutch Bros in Northern Cali, but too far for that lol. Great customer service, the baristas are always friendly. Got some coffee, and also tried their Raspberry Rebel Blended (or iced) (Energy Drink) and Strawberry Passion Fruit Green Tea! Both are good and refreshing! I really liked the Strawberry Passion Fruit Green Tea; the Blended Raspberry Rebel Energy Drink is on the sweeter side. read more

Love this Dutch Bros! It's in a prime location, just behind the "Welcome to Sisters" wood sign when entering town from the east. They are busy but the baristas are efficient so the wait is never long. Dutch Bros baristas are known for their happy, exuberant manner and those at Sisters are no exception. The coffee is always good and I really enjoy the extra shot of local news from the fun baristas. Make this a part of your travel routine. You'll be glad you did! read more

I come through here multiple times a week and have never been dissatisfied! My car broke down in line late last night while chatting with some very sweet broistas, and they did not hesitate to give me a hand! After a quick jump start, my car was working once again. I then ordered my drink, but they refused my debit card. A very kind employee got out his wallet and swiped his card instead! Visited this Dutch Bros. on 10/23/16. Have visited another Dutch Bros. location that was good. But at this location we got one of the worst mochas we have ever had. Not happy to have spent $4.75 on a drink that we ended up having to throw away. Tasted worse than one of those cheap flavored coffees out of a vending machine.
