I was pleasantly surprised as I talked to the front counter ladies to get my drink figured out, as I was trying something new to me, and my first time here. They warmed right up, and made me THE MOST AMAZING!! Strawberry Banana Smoothie. I can't do dairy, so we skipped the yogurt? and the mix base powder. I had it made, at my request and their cordial obligement, with just oat milk, fruit and they added the ice I think. It had the most beautiful flavor, sweet and fruity. It tasted like it had dairy in it.. even though it didn't. It was THAT good!! It had the most delightful little crystals in it that weren't like ice, they crunched like protein powder. It was the most beautiful feeling. Best smoothie I have ever had!! My barista's name was Ellery, she was very polite, warm and personable. We all had a good chat, and a good laugh. I love the small town vibe here. And the cute little inside, warmed up to me as I milled around and looked at things while they made my drink. They have, to the right of the front counter, a self service area with a pay station. So if the line's busy, and backed up, you can just get your own stuff, that is, if you don't need an espresso. Super cool!! It works on the honor system. Such trust!! Love it; the old school way of doing things in a business. They also have the most beautiful gluten free cardamom muffins they make in-house, and they're HUGE!! I didn't have one, as they do have dairy in them. Unfortunately they don't have any vegan options other than a gluten free, vegan bar, and something else I don't recall. The outside seating has birds that visit in the bushes, and it's quite quiet from traffic, on a busy midday weekday, I was pleasantly surprised. I enjoyed my time here. And I believe you will too.

A quality oat milk and matcha powder is used here. If you don't like your matcha's sweet, then maybe get a little shy on the scoop, or do a half scoop. Mine didn't have a strong matcha flavor, but it was strongly green. It had plenty of foam to sip while the beverage cooled, and it tasted like birthday cake. But not anywhere near that sweet. So it wasn't overload, don't worry... You'll love it! It clearly had a rich, complex, light vanilla flavoring to it, with that prominent (loved it) birthday cake flavor to it. Come here, you'll love it!! Prices here are a good bit less than Bend. So drink up pardners! This is such a cute place too. I love the old wagon cloth, it's all nice and pretty and well maintained. It was an unseasonably cool summer day when I dropped by, seeking espresso, it's my personal bar of how to rate coffee shops. Still Vibrato did not disappoint. Any decent shop worth their.. coffee.. will have at least two espresso choices on the bar on a given day, and this was the case here, a house blend and a pink bourbon single origin. I asked for one of each with a sparkling water chaser. Moving to the table, I sampled both after a sip of the sparkling water. Both were perfectly pulled, no bitterness or sourness, and both tasted great for what they sought to do: body and subtle fruit with primarily roast notes for the blend, and crisp acidity and brightness for the blend with a good citrus bite. While I didn't have any food, the vegan and gluten free options were plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you want some straight up 'spro, this place will make you happy.
