This cafe is a hidden gem in Redmond, literally, since it's run out of someone's personal property. It certainly offers an expansive menu that caters to all sorts of different tastes. I personally got the London Fog and Matcha latte, which were flavorful and not too sweet. I wish I had more room for fluids because I also found both the Rosemary and Pistachio lattes very alluring, to the point that I was inspired to attempt making them at home. The staff were accommodating and prices reasonable. There is a fair amount of seating on the grounds with a decent amount of shade from the sun. What a great spot! I didn't realize how big the lot is. There is tons of outdoor patio seating on the grass and gravel area. Staff was friendly and it's dog friendly. I came here from Hawaii while at a festival in Redmond. Holy shit the vanilla cardamom scone is legit the best thing I've ever had. I would fly back to Redmond specifically for that scone. We came here twice and I only regret not finding this place a day earlier. I'm not from around Redmond, but hail from Austin, TX, a city big on coffee. Over time, I've gotten picky with coffee, so I had to scour this place for a coffee spot before my flight. Apparently this place has great biscuits and gravy, and as a Houston native, I was curious so we parked right in front of the coffee truck and tried it out. Long story short, this place does it just as well if not better than most coffee shops AND southern restaurants for their coffee and biscuits and gravy. Excellent selection for customizing coffee with delicious notes and wonderful milk texture. And the biscuits and gravy..... wow. It's been a while since I was this impressed. Having this meal in the snowy outdoors was a great end to my trip. Nice people, warm fire pits outside, and good food. Can't give this place any less than a 5 star rating. read more

10 out of 10 recommend for coffee and a small breakfast treat in the morning or even in the afternoon if you need a pick me up. When we first got there, the whole seating area is just the cutest. You feel like you aren't in the middle of a town or even on a main road. The seating outside is perfect when the weather is nice. Favorite little coffee shop in Redmond! What looks like just a small coffee truck, is actually so much more. There's a house that has indoor seating, AC, plants, books, places to work and a whole outside area on the lawn with tables and chairs. The coffee is amazing! I love their iced coffees and noticed that they have fancy chai tea. Their pastries look so good, especially the pumpkin muffin and the scones, although I have not yet sampled them. I believe they are closed Monday's, so check the hours before you go! read more

The hardest part about visiting Redmond every few months is to see the turnover in businesses and the closure of places I've enjoyed for years (even decades). The best part about visiting Redmond is discovering new places to fill that void. After my two favorite coffee shops closed, I discovered Tite Knot recently and it was everything I was hoping for and more. Redmond is full of drive thru coffee stands, but I really crave a place where you have the option to hang out for awhile. And even though Tite Knot operates out of a cart, it has a large outdoor area with tables on the lawn as well as a cute cottage for indoor seating. And rather than just serve coffee, they also have an on site bakery with cookies and scones and (my personal favorite) buttermilk biscuits and sausage gravy. Since I am such a creature of habit at home, I tried their 'house favorite' Salted Honey Almond Latte. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't too sweet, but just right. Happy to see that downtown Redmond still has a warm and welcoming coffee shop and community gathering spot. read more

I was a professional baker and ran a commercial oven for seven years. At Tite Knot I was disappointed that all the baked goods I saw were overdone. They were brown when they are supposed to be golden. I find this typical of many bakers. They don't know how to use their ovens properly to achieve done in the middle before the goods are brown on the outside. Pro tip: turn the temp down and bake longer. They are done when the are golden on top and light brown on the bottom. Experiment with your oven and stop overbaking. You can do it! The service was pretty good. Didn't try the coffee. read more

I like a good plate of biscuits and gravy and their sign says it's good so I thought I would try it and wished I hadn't. The sausage was delicious and the gravy was so so. It was the biscuits with a heavy cinnamon taste that roughened it for me. I like cinnamon and if I was having biscuits and jam I may not of mind but it was the first time in my 60+ years that I had cinnamon biscuits and gravy in my life and never will again!! We also had the potato and ham strata and the only thing I really liked about it was the cheese on top. The place was busy though so somebody likes it. read more

Best coffee shop in Redmond. You order at a coffee truck but it's right next to indoor and outdoor seating with awesome ambiance. Coffee is very high quality, they made their own syrups and craft the drinks the right way with appropriate sweetness levels. This is not your typical "Starbucks" or "Dutch bros" style coffee. If your looking for that I'd suggest you go elsewhere. This is more on the traditional end with inspiration from Latin America and Europe. Scones have got to be some of the best in the world. I have traveled all over Europe and the US and never had scones this good. They are perfect. Just slightly sweet and crunchy on the outside with just enough berries to add a slight tartness. Pair a blueberry lemon zest scone with a small cinnamon honey cappacino for a good time. Inside there is a really nice relaxing reading or study area. I could spend all day here. As coffee and food snob, this is my go to spot. I almost can't think of any critiques of tite knot! read more
