I loved this place! I was trying to place what was different about the bagels and after reading some of the reviews, I think it might be that they don't boil the bagels before baking, or they at least don't boil as long. This does give them a different texture (not as soft), but I wasn't mad at it! We came back 2 days in a row (visiting from out of town) because I was sad to leave them behind. The first day, I got the garlic and herb bagel with the garlic and herb cream cheese. The girl helping us was really nice and gave her opinions on what she likes as I was debating on cream cheese for my bagel. The second day, I got the bacon and cheddar bagel with the garlic and herb cream cheese. Both days, I was blown away! The flavors are great, and the cream cheese was soooo good. I had the nantucket OJ to drink the first day, which was bleh, so I got apple the next day, and that was a win. We went in on a Saturday morning and a Sunday morning and didn't have a line really or have to wait. Staff was attentive and quick, as well as being friendly! Sad that these aren't out here in Vegas, but if I'm ever back, this will be my first stop!

It's an okay bagel; nothing great. I don't believe they boil then bake. If they do, they're not doing one of those steps long enough, as the bagel seem completely baked. The cream cheese was good, though!

Tiny egg, dry bagel, BAD EXPERIENCE.

I've never seen such an unhelpful, unfriendly staff at a breakfast shop. And to make it worse the bagel sandwich is dry with little egg and broken bacon bits. I'd avoid this place if I were you.

The bagels are great! I tried the everything and my partner got the herb and cheese. They were not too thick or too dense. Chewy and very tasty. The service was great, the women working were very friendly. They make and toast the bagels in front of you. I think there was a decent amount of toppings for sure. However.... The coffee was incredibly disappointing. It was on the colder side of lukewarm. I got a quad shot in a 12 oz mocha and it tasted basically like a hot chocolate, I'm not entirely convinced there was coffee in it, honestly. I'm only knocking off one star though because 1. It's primarily a bagel shop and 2. They just got the machine back so the woman did say she was looking forward to practicing more. We walked out with a bag of day olds (4.75) and 6 chocolate chip bagels. Everything is super reasonably priced!

Tried this place for the first time it's so good. I ate it so fast I didn't even get a picture. I got the tomato eye-opener with cream cheese and ham . 10/10 would recommend. I'm a huge bagel person. I eat them a lot at home. Im definitely be going back

I arrived around 11am on a Thursday to find the place absolutely packed with people! As a lone diner, they were able to fit me right in at the counter seating. I'm not a big eater for breakfast, so I was very relieved when they said they could do a half order of biscuits and gravy. Thank goodness! When they brought out the "half order", the singular biscuit was HUGE. And the bowl of gravy was generous. The biscuit was like a giant version of my Southern born grandmother's biscuits, and the gravy was very traditional and tasty. I looked around at my fellow diners' plates, and the portions all seemed incredible, especially for the prices I saw on the menu. The guy waiting the counter was super friendly and fun to chat with, as was another local to my right. This is 100% that local favorite breakfast place, as evidenced by the packed restaurant at 11am on a Thursday. It's down home and real. Nothing fancy, but the food is honest.

I know on a Sunday at 10am, there were lots of indoor and outdoor tables available. I know this because I saw them, and then they tried to put me, a solo diner, at a table in the corner of the main "hallway" between the dining areas where two seats face a wall. There would constantly be the entire restaurant at my back, every new diner walking behind me, everyone leaving would be behind me. Every wait person walking back and forth, completely while I stared at the wall. I'm really unsure of why anyone would ever want to sit in this seat. And that's where they wanted me. With LOTS of tables available. I didn't sit there. I was "upgraded" to the same setup, only this time I got to be with my back to a family of 10, reunioning, with lots of screaming kids. That's cool. They need to eat too. But I love that I get selected to be the intimate companion in this tiny room with lots of other tables available. Like the two 2-tops in the front room. Wait staff largely ignored me after someone dumped off water, got drinks for the big table, left, came back, took their order. And that took a while because all that time they had to look at the menu meant they had to ask about six items and then consult the 3 year old for their opinion. Which seemed to take a lot of interpretation. Then the wait staff left. She did touch my shoulder (since my back was to this table, I couldn't see. Which did not make me feel good, frankly) and said she'd be back. She did eventually after taking care of the table behind. I ordered the chicken fried steak with gravy on the side, eggs over hard, and a biscuit upgrade. The screaming child provided ambient noise. That was lovely, especially with the little room I was in reverberating the concert since the parents felt this was a valuable addition to the breakfast. So my food did come pretty fast, I'll say that. The eggs were underseasoned but okay. The biscuit was pretty good and the potatoes were definitely fried potatoes. I saw four slivers of onion in them but they were unseasoned fried potatoes. The chicken fries steak...well, if it didn't come from frozen, I'd be surprised. It was food. It wasn't horrible. The wait staff did refill my soda without asking, and gave me a to go cup, which was really nice. Overall, the experience wasn't great and the food wasn't good enough for me to come back. That said, I'm an out of town visitor and opted for this place on my one time to choose where to eat in Redmond. I wish it had been better.

I had another place in mind but was met with a boarded up building and Country Nook was across the street, so I checked it out. I was greeted within seconds of walking in and seated promptly with a menu. The booth was clean and the table free from stickiness. Bonus points! Being a certified lover of biscuits and gravy I decided to try the breakfast with that, eggs and hash browns. The food came within five minutes and it was really nice looking. the gravy had a slightly off white thing going on, but the flavor was excellent. Gravy does not have to be stark white to be good. The biscuit was just average, something just a little more special or maybe fresh would have put it over the top. It was not bad at all, just the gravy cries for something above average to be under it. Eggs were cooked the way I asked and the hash browns were very good. The service was really friendly, they checked on me often, but not an annoying amount of times. Prices were very reasonable and the rest room was clean. Could not ask for anything more.
