Cute and unique bagel shop in Bend that seems best for a special occasion or a splurge. The priced were pretty steep and they seemed to be hurting for money based on the little blurb on the menu and some of their social media. You can't build your own bagel but they were able to modify the garden bagel for me (no cream cheese, add egg). Honestly, I'm much more of a big o bagels fan but if you want a fancier option you can have it at Bo's. The inside is very cute and I love the decorations. First time at Bo's because of all the great Yelp reviews. We stopped in for a quick breakfast due to a bagel craving! They have a great menu and lots of interesting choices. I ordered a salty honey rosemary bagel based on the reviews and plain cream cheese. It was delicious. Great way to taste the actual bagel. The rest of the family ordered different things: the Seth Rogen,, apple and Brie, and an egg, bacon and cheese bagel. Everyone loved all of their choices. I got to sample their shared bites and each one was so flavorful. The hashbrowns were especially delightful. We loved the different cube shape of it, and it was crunchy on the outside and fluffy and hot on the inside. Wow. The service was friendly at the counter and they were quick to bring out the food items. The place has great ambience because it is filled with light, is well decorated and comfortable. First off, these are not traditional bagels. They are more like a bun with a 'belly button" indentation instead of a hole in the center. These large pieces of dough don't appear to have been boiled before baking either, making them more bread-like in texture. That said, the 'everything' topping was tasty and you can make a filling breakfast or sandwich big enough to share. Following a long hike one morning, a friend found this place through excellent online reviews. It was also near a few breweries on our list for the day, so it was the perfect spot to stop for a hearty lunch. This place went beyond our expectations; as a falafel lover I can say this is the best I've had in years and only wish my go to spots at home lived up to this. It's located in a commercial plaza with other restaurants, shops, and breweries; there's plenty of parking all around. The hours lean earlier for breakfast and bagels, plus lunch. The vibe of the interior was eclectic, almost like a 50s diner with a mix of other decor. You line up on the left and order; I had a falafel pita with various olives and veggies; the falafel itself is that perfect balance of soft and crispy. All the produce was fresh and super delicious, with just the right amount of sauce. It was filling too; worth the price for the portion size and quality. The single cashier took our order and brought food as it was made, she was friendly and efficient with everyone. Setting aside their confusion about food (bagels do not peak in the center because there is a hole in the center) the service was very slow and the food very mediocre. The buns weren't very good and the tots very (very) under seasoned. The hummus was the most disappointing, it was wet and loose with far too much garlic. I noticed the couple next to us brought altoods and had them on the table LMAO. The pickled onions were the best of everything we ordered but my husband said they felt under done. I don't know what brand of vegan cc they're using but I didn't care for it and scraped it off. The interior is quite pretty, however, and there is plenty of parking. Service was slow but they apologized for our long wait. The seating was verrrry comfy. My 2yo nephew spit his "bagel" out on the floor and he really likes bread/bagels. read more

I went to this place two days in a row. The first day plane bagel with cream cheese. Legit bagel, crispy outside light fluffy inside. Reminded me of back east. Second day, I had everything bagel with chive cream cheese. The bagel was very big, not complaining but it was a lot of dough. 2025 Update: as many restaurants in Bend jack up their prices and skimp on quality Bo's has remained a wonderful option for tasty, healthy food with excellent portions for the price. Whenever we get lunch in town we always ask "do we want to try some place new, or just go to Bo's". Bo's wins out most of the time. Bo's offers chill vibes and tasty food at reasonable prices. I'd give this place five stars any day, but wanted to give a special shout-out to them for going the extra mile to accommodate for food allergies on our first visit. My wife is allergic to soy, an allergy that is just uncommon enough for most restaurants to reasonably not warn about it on their menus. We assumed that chicken at a falafel shop would be soy free... but when her bowl came out we were suspicious. She asked the staff and sure enough, it had a soy glaze. Without hesitating they offered to make her a fresh bowl with the (soy free) spicy chicken at no charge. The new meal came out super fast and we were both happy. Next time we are looking for a quick and healthy lunch option in Bend Bo's will be at the top of the list! read more

Went here last night with my daughter. I was not a fan of the Bo's that was on corner of Galveston and 14th but this Bo's is awesome. I'm not sure if it's the same owner. Food was delicious. We were in town for the long weekend and stopped by twice for their breakfast so this review is just for their bagels (Thursday-Sunday 8 to 11 am). There was already a line of people a little after they opened. Very friendly and quick service! We enjoyed our meal in their outdoor covered patio area with our dog. The spicy breakfast sandwich (with the rosemary salty honey bagel) was a winner for me - it had sausage, pickled onion, pepper Jack cheese, garden sauce, and cream cheese. We tried the chocolate chip bagel with plain cream cheese and we had to scrape off all the cream cheese because it was honestly inedible. It's the best bagel in Bend full stop. Might be the best bagel I've had outside the east coast. I remember as a kid growing up outside Philadelphia we'd get bagels on the weekend from our local bakery. They were crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the outside. Bagel day was my favorite. This place nails it. I dont want to hear that you can't get good bagels because of the water crap again. The inside of the restaurant is extremely well appointed and very cute in that influencer sort of way but it's not obnoxious, it also smells amazing in there. Got some sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwiches, a salt honey rosemary lavender bagel with strawberry cream cheese and a few everything bagels for the next morning. They were all delightful. Even the fillings for the sandwiches were awesome on there own. The sausage had flavor with herbs and spices, maybe a little bit salty but when paired with egg and cheddar cheese it made the perfect bite. I recommend getting the onions which are pickled and so tasty. My kids will now get to experience the same bagel day I had as a kid and that makes me happy.
