This place deserves the great reviews and here is another one! Awesome service, lovely ambiance, fab coffee and yummy food! The waitress was super attentive, friendly and helpful. The prices are also very good compared to what you get! The chicken fried steak was probably the highlight, would definitely get that again. The dirty chai was also really good. We liked all our food.

Wife and I stop here on a road trip through Redmond , and what's surprise!! The eggs were cooked perfectly and the potatoes were crispy, YUM !! Cute little house with great service!! Would definitely recommend !

Turkey, bacon and avocado on rosemary bread! This is only half of the whole!

I found this place by happy accident. The food was incredible (turkey, bacon, avocado on rosemary bread). Their service was super friendly and warm.

I would like to start with the amazing service we were blessed with; our waitress (the woman with the curly hair) transported us to a galaxy of culinary pleasure. We were delighted by the rancheros and stunned by their Thanksgiving sandwich. The potatoes were as crispy as a stone thrown on a pond in early spring. The rain delicately pitter-pattered outside as we snuggled up in our seats, dining upon delicacies. We took a cinnamon roll to go...best decision of our lives. One Street Down Cafe will definitely be seeing us again soon.

    Avacado toast.

Beautiful outdoor seating. I am not a pastry person and I definitely don't like almond butter flavored pastries / this was fresh hot and perfect. The star of the show for me was the avocado toast/ with pickled onions and greens, with a basalmic drizzle. It was so tasty - highly recommend you stop by.

What can I say? This place is fantastic! What a great place for breakfast or lunch! Has amazing food and excellent service. Loved the ambiance of the place. They have their special spicy gravy that is, mmmm delish! Will be my go-to place when I am in the Redmond area again.

Food is very good, smaller menu than most breakfast/ brunch places. Service is pretty fast and very nice.

We enjoyed the food, and the service was great, too. We decided it was Redmond's version of McKay cottage in Bend.

Service was great, food was good but nothing I couldn't make at home. Decor is simple country. It's a nice place for families and accommodates children's pallets.

I had another place in mind but was met with a boarded up building and Country Nook was across the street, so I checked it out. I was greeted within seconds of walking in and seated promptly with a menu. The booth was clean and the table free from stickiness. Bonus points! Being a certified lover of biscuits and gravy I decided to try the breakfast with that, eggs and hash browns. The food came within five minutes and it was really nice looking. the gravy had a slightly off white thing going on, but the flavor was excellent. Gravy does not have to be stark white to be good. The biscuit was just average, something just a little more special or maybe fresh would have put it over the top. It was not bad at all, just the gravy cries for something above average to be under it. Eggs were cooked the way I asked and the hash browns were very good. The service was really friendly, they checked on me often, but not an annoying amount of times. Prices were very reasonable and the rest room was clean. Could not ask for anything more. I liked it so much I came back the next day for the pancakes, which are exceptional!!! Marking Country Nook on my return to list.

It wasn't busy at all, however, we waited 5 minutes to be seated. After being seated, we waited about 10 minutes for our server to come take our drink order but by that time, we were ready to order our food already. I had a soup and half sandwich combo. The only soup offered was loaded baked potato, which I didn't mind since it's one of my favs. For my half sandwich I went with a BLT on sourdough. My friend had the Eggs Benedict. Luckily our food came out at about average timing after placing our order. My soup was good-- thick and creamy, cheesy, and had a decent amount of bacon. My half BLT had nice crisp bacon and fresh lettuce and tomato and hit the spot. My friend said his eggs bene was average and wished the sauce had more flavor. Even though our service was slow, it was because our server was also the hostess and dishwasher. She apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. I totally understand what she was going through and it was unfortunate the restaurant was understaffed even when there was hardly anyone there for a Sunday afternoon.
