They give you a time window of when the food will be ready then another update when it is almost done. I got the pork Pad Thai at spice level 3, which was flavorful and manageable lol. Definitely a normal heat compared to some other Thai places. The crab rangoon appetizer was fantastic!!! perfectly crispy and packed with filling (see picture). My partner ordered the Pad See Ew with vegetables, and it was just as delicious, noodles, fresh veggies, and a rich sauce. Nothing leaked from the takeout packaging and everything stayed warm during the loooooong drive home (5mins). The portions are generous. My partner always saves half for a second meal, which makes it an excellent value. We've been coming here for a while, and I feel like the food quality has always improved especially recently!
