Cooked perfectly and was so good I had to have another today. Staff is always super friendly from the host, Eva, to our server Brian, to the manager that served us our food. Coffee does seem to be their specialty but I'm glad they have other options for people like me. I took my matcha to go and sipped it as I walked around the rest of the Sunriver shopping center. Unfortunately, my drink was barely warm, tepid at best. When I politely mentioned it to the staff, the staff member was surly and asked me what she wanted me to do, microwave it? I feel like most places would at least take responsibility and try to address the issue, rather than respond so curtly. Her tone came across as rude and was really off-putting. It's been more than six months since this visit, as I finally finish the review I left sitting in my drafts. My memory of the baked goods has long since faded, but boy, do I still remember that surly teenager and her eye roll. I suppose I'd come again as it was convenient for the area, and the food was good, but I sure do hope management made some changes to their staff and trained them better to both address what to do when issues come up, and how to talk to customers.
