It tasted so amazing at 10K ft. This was the cookies and cream one but I also tried a mini lemon one and that was also so mouthwatering. I dropped in on a fairly busy Saturday morning, and awaited my turn in line. Upon getting to the counter, I was pleased to see there were two offering, their Ridgeline blend, and a single origin. As I always do, I selected a doppio of each with a sparkling water chaser The cups were both very good. The blend was smooth, with more of an expected chocolate and nutty overtone, and the single origin (Ethiopia, I believe) was definitely more of a lighter, fruitier offering with higher acidity and a little less body, but making up for it with that fruity punch. The cafe itself was definitely kind of loud, being of the industrial, open design and a lot of customers, but it's a big enough space to be airy and didn't feel closed in. The roastery is in an adjacent room, and I got to watch them bagging some coffee as I drank mine. It was a good visit, definitely worth it if you're into espresso.
