I wanted to get a t shirt and was happy to see they had a great selection of merchandise. I didn't need another coffee, but succumbed to an oat milk latte while I was checking out. It's been awhile since I've had coffee from here and I had forgotten how delicious and potent it was! Perfection every time and always friendly service. The shop is very aesthetic with natural light, murals and local artwork. If you're opposed to driving all the way to sisters, this location is a great way to get your fix from the comfort of town.

I enjoyed the quirky options, and the unique flair, without it feeling like a complete joke like some coffee, shops back home. I had the north herbal tea, which is probably the best tease. I think I've ever had. Definitely a nice surprise and a good way to start the day. I was sipping on it for a while because I didn't wanna down it all at once and just wanted to enjoy it. There was a reasonable amount of seating space inside, but we chose to sit outside while it was cool. When we're back in the area, we definitely wanna come back here. Thanks for the memories!

It's such a cute little spot, in what seems like an old home. The high ceilings just add to the coziness with greens and local art. They have indoor and outdoor seating as well. The coffee bar was staffed with friendly people. I had a giant jar of black iced cold brew, my favorite on a cool but sunny day. Prices are reasonable. They have a restroom, WiFi, and outlooks and seemed many were enjoying using it as an office.

Cafe des Chutes is a cute, European-style cafe that invites you to slow day and enjoy a pastry and coffee on their patio. During each visit, we ordered coffee and at least two items to try a little bit of everyone. I loved that they were offering samples on both days that we went - one day was the Oregon roll and the other was their specialty bread pudding. I was sold on the Oregon Roll! This is their speciality, rolls up marionberry jam inside a croissant with a hazelnut butter glaze. Other items we ordered included the pistachio croissant, peanut butter brownie, Brie and fig jam baguette, jalepeno cheddar scone, and seasonal bread pudding. Everything was a chef's kiss! You can't go wrong here. Be prepared to drop a bag you won't regret. We spent at least $50 during each visit but we were satisfied with our selection. I still dream of this spot and highly recommend for anyone looking for a good cafe outside of downtown Bend!

It was an unseasonably cool summer day when I dropped by, seeking espresso, it's my personal bar of how to rate coffee shops. Still Vibrato did not disappoint. Any decent shop worth their.. coffee.. will have at least two espresso choices on the bar on a given day, and this was the case here, a house blend and a pink bourbon single origin. I asked for one of each with a sparkling water chaser. Moving to the table, I sampled both after a sip of the sparkling water. Both were perfectly pulled, no bitterness or sourness, and both tasted great for what they sought to do: body and subtle fruit with primarily roast notes for the blend, and crisp acidity and brightness for the blend with a good citrus bite. While I didn't have any food, the vegan and gluten free options were plentiful, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you want some straight up 'spro, this place will make you happy.

I went for the next best thing I could find which was called the banana boat, and came top with espresso whipped cream. This thing was friggin bomb, I walked 45 minutes across Bend to get here and then probably drink that thing in 10 minutes before I ever made it back to my room. You really can't beat the ambience in downtown Bend, very pretty in a very cool place to walk around in. The outside seating area at this coffee shop blew my mind. You're on a grassy hill overlooking the river and on the other side of the river there's deer walking by.... Gonna say I might need to move here.

sparrow bakery in bend is operating at a level that doesn't fully make sense…read more this is S tier. not "good bakery" not "great local spot." this is top of the system everyone talks about the ocean roll and yeah... correct. cardamom, sugar, whatever else is happening in there--it works. you take a bite and immediately understand why people bring it up like it's a shared reference point but the real thing is everything else all the small moves. the way the line flows. the timing. how orders land. how people are acknowledged without slowing anything down. it's a bunch of tiny decisions stacked perfectly and no one even notices because it feels natural morning crowd is serious. you'll see deals happening. laptops open but not in an annoying way. people choosing this place on purpose and it's busy. consistently. like if you're trying to figure out if something is good just look at the door situation. it tells you everything honestly the only concern is the pricing feels too reasonable for what they're doing. like i almost want to step in and say guys you might be underestimating yourselves but maybe that's part of it elite spot. bend is lucky this exists

Adorable little local bakery with a unique variety of eats…read more Inside waiting to order is a bit overwhelming and crowded but the line moves pretty fast. I got a veggie bahn mi since I was going on a hike later I needed to grab n go. It had a very tasty sauce and was on a fresh baguette..but it could've been crispier. I also had a delicious chocolate cookie which happened to be vegan but I wouldn't have guessed it . It was deeelish! We ate outside on the small tables that line the sidewalk. Not much to write home about but was happy to score a table since this place has a constant stream of people.
