I've eaten in a lot of different cites around the US, and I was not sure what I was getting into when adventuring to a Thai restaurant nested in the Oregon mountains. Let me tell you, blown away. I was completely shocked and everything I tried was fantastic... If you are gonna choose between the ribs and the chicken wings, ribs all day, those were wild work.. Ambiance was nice and cozy, seems like a great date night spot, and service was great, they made sure to keep the drinks flowing! Check out their cocktails, super fun and interesting.

We love this restaurant in downtown Bend. Everything we've ever tried has been great. Today we enjoyed the seafood fried rice and Wagyu beef in soy and oyster sauces, along with the papaya salad. Service is always excellent and they have a full bar. Lunch can be busy and dinner can have a line out the door. Street parking is plentiful.

We made a reservation which is highly recommended... still had to wait a little bit, but worth it!!! The food was delicious!!! Every bite was great and we had some for later. Busy restaurant with great service.

A really cool restaurant in the downtown Bend area. This place lived up to the expectations and then some. It was quite busy when we arrived at around 8:15pm on a Monday evening. The kitchen was closing soon, so we ordered quickly. I loved the colorful decor and the space was beautiful. The service was very good and the food came out pretty quickly. The Kow Soi with stewed beef brisket was amazing. Super tender beef the flavors, textures and spice level were perfect. It was creamy and spicy with that ridiculously delicious beef brisket. This was one of the best dishes I've ever had at a Thai restaurant. We also shared the street noodles, which was a much lighter dish with rice noodles. The flavor and textures here were still delicious, but it was nowhere near as impressive as the Kow Soi. I hope this sells you on trying the Kow Soi with the stewed beef. It's absolutely worth it.

Loved this place from start to finish. We grabbed a reservation and the host was super helpful and efficient. The concept here is that the food comes out when it's ready which we thought was fun. The food is out of this world incredible. One of the best Tom Kha I've ever had. Really loved all the delicious dishes we got to eat. The interior gets chaotic but you know it's great food when that happens.

Visiting bend during our road trip. Ca Came upon this restaurant that has dried roses hanging from the ceiling. We were quickly seated. The menu had a variety of options from the Chiangmai region. We ordered a papaya salad, green curry, mussels with lemon grass and seafood telaya. Each dish came with rice. Food was flavorful but slightly salty. Appreciate the quickness of the staff.

I'm indifferent to this restaurant, there is some good and some not the best. Although I think the dishes are very unique and authentic, I feel like the flavors were more mellow than I was expecting. The ingredients were very fresh which was very noticeable. I think the menu could have some photos on it as well, just to show off some of the dishes. For the service it was a bit lack luster, our server couldn't really give me a good recommendation and was just listing what the differences were between the dishes. She also never checked up on us. We saw her twice... once to order and the last time to pay. Made it impersonable. Something that also threw me was we ordered an appetizer, once that arrived almost immediately our dishes came out. I typically like a restaurant that is a bit more intuitive with the spacing of food. I think on my next trip to Bend I will be skipping, but worth the try for some Thai!

Wild Rose Northern Thai is such a standout restaurant. They offer lots of vegan options, which is a huge win, and everything I've tried has been packed with flavor. The food tastes fresh, vibrant and thoughtfully prepared. It's the kind of place where you finish your meal already thinking about what you want to try next time. The decor is lovely and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It feels special without being over the top. The service is also consistently great, with staff who are friendly and attentive.

It looked packed but we got a table right away. Super fast service. The waiter had lots of helpful info. My friend got the khao soi curry and he really loved it. I got the gluten free pad woon sen and it was pretty good- I'd get it without the onions because they're huge chunks that aren't cooked enough to have removed that biting raw flavor. The noodles and sauce were really good though.

You know that first meal you eat after you've been camping for days and you emerge from the woods into civilization and wander into an actual restaurant? That meal is usually delicious amiright? Wild Rose was OFF THE HOOK!!! Like I'm so excited to return to Bend just to go here! It was lively and hopping when we came in for lunch, but we were seated and served in no time! I loved the roses, and was so interested in the mural that explained the geographical differences that made the flavors and dishes so incredible! Highly highly highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!

I'm dying to find a place in Bend with quality ingredients for Thai. I'm strictly no CAFO meat, but love Thai occasionally. Does anybody know or can somebody ask where they source their meat and veg?

You must make a reservation at Langbaan PDX. It's very difficult to get a table but the ingredients are far superior to any Thai restaurant in Oregon. Wild Rose uses very unique spices and herbs that are in fact gathered In A tiny village outside…

Just enough spicy without being too much. Ordering at the counter seemed interesting to me due to the layout of the dining room, but the staff knew exactly what they were doing and were able to direct us to a seat easily! Our food and drinks also came in a timing manner. I really appreciated that we could see all the way back into the kitchen and there was transparency between the kitchen and the consumers. The bar looked gorgeous and I would definetly like to sit there next time for the vibes. I also loved that they provided self-serve boxes, napkins, and utensils but still had a sign asking patrons to be concious of how much they're using. The overall flow between ordering, self serve, and dining was super efficient and nice! Can't wait to come here again!

You counter order/pay and then are assigned a table (very helpful when you are a party of 6). Later on, we even saw people getting delivered their drinks while waiting in line). This Asian inspired fast causal place did not disappoint in flavors or food (and with very reasonable prices to boot). We loved the esquites (traditionally Mexican style street corn) with fish sauce - so so good. The strawberry & crispy rice salad and Thai beef salads were both bright, fresh, and tasty. The dan dan noodles, lomo saltado, and curries were all great as well. As an extra icing on top - the drinks (especially the $3 nonalcoholic shrub and homemade sodas) were great as well. We loved this place.
