They disconnected the bed and were not able to assemble it back. The owner wanted to charge me for coming and assembling it, though it was their job to do it, their responsibility to assemble it after moving. Besides he wanted me to pay them for the time when they spent trying to assemble the bed and failed. At around 9 p.m. the owner Andy came mostly to pick up his employee ID. He didn't know how to assemble the bed either until I showed him YouTube video and found written instructions how to do it. They present themselves as professionals, but they are not. I spent the whole day with them. I had neither lunch nor dinner. They didn't give me even a chance to buy a sandwich. 3. After receiving money they start shouting at you and hanged up the phone. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will stay away from them in the future.

In the chaos of my move, I somehow scheduled them for the wrong day (Sunday), when I had meant to book them for Saturday. As I was giving Andy updates on my arrival timing, he realized what was going on, and confirmed the move was for "tomorrow". I called in a panic, on the verge of tears, and within minutes, Andy and his team were able to move things around to accommodate was essentially was a last minute request! Less than an hour later, Andy was at the desired location, and in UNDER an hour, unloaded a PACKED 15 ft truck, and moved everything up to the 3rd floor, NO ELEVATOR. Andy was truly my hero yesterday. he and his team were kind, careful, and incredibly respectful. I was moving into a unit with brand new carpet, and they were mindful to make sure they stayed on the paper I had laid out. I have never seen such hustle and dedication, all with a genuine smile the whole time! If you are looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and hard working, you have found them! What they charge is more than fair!! While I did not ask them for any assembly (this would need to be discussed and planned out in advance to account for adequate timing), I trust they would have handled it beautifully and with care. They expertly and very quickly loaded the truck. They even took a minute to help a person who bought our fridge. The buyer brought two small guys and a small truck - and they were struggling. Carlos and Omar went over and basically loaded it for them. When we got to our new place, the guys quickly unloaded and were very careful of everything (I was the only one who dropped a bunch of boxes). During our most recent move (a 1,000 sq. ft. condo and full garage), the movers argued with each other throughout the day, and one mover spoke nonstop about his personal life, which made an already stressful day feel chaotic and unprofessional. They repeatedly complained about the amount of items to be moved, despite the size of the condo being modest. The move took significantly longer than expected. More concerning, they failed to remove numerous items from the garage -- including multiple boxes and other belongings -- which we did not discover until after a very long day when we returned to the property to turn in the keys. We then had to spend over four additional hours making repeated trips in a small sedan to retrieve everything that had been left behind. They also left a marble dresser top (which is not easily moveable due to weight, which is probably why it was left behind) and a 16" x 4" cylindrical item. The owner initially stated he would arrange to pick them up. However, when I followed up, I was told I would be charged a three-hour minimum for them to retrieve items that their crew failed to load in the first place. This experience reflects a serious decline in professionalism, accountability, and customer service. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this company. Oh, and the owner closed his convo with "God bless", lol.
