They provided more movers for the hourly cost than the other two companies and were available. Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) They are amazing. Bruno, Carlos and Triston arrived early and were so efficient with their time. They handled our belongings with care and made sure to wrap furniture that needed to be wrapped. They made sure that the each TV was transported in a tote and made sure that the TVs were all on their stands and in working order before they left. They even went above and beyond and fixed the legs on a couple of dressers that have been damaged for years. We have used a couple other moving companies in the past few years and Movers Best is by far the best one. They are very professional, friendly and extremely efficient. This move and this team redeemed every other move and experience I've ever had (with other companies) with moving. We moved from a 2b2ba condo and the team was communicative and helpful during booking and even flexible with my last minute changes the day before when we decided to add a 3rd mover to our reservation. Carlos x2 and Bruno called me when they were about 20 minutes out from arrival, they worked efficiently and were extremely respectful of property and all items we were moving. They took direction well, were beyond professional and courtesy and truly made the experience an enjoyable one. The cost of moving can be high, but the cash-price to move was definitely competitive for the area. And their reviews truly matched the positive experience we had. Cost and value 15/10. Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience! I was actually considering using SOS Moving for my own move to Las Vegas in a few months, but after this experience, there is absolutely no way I would hire them. The movers handled items carelessly and did not seem to take fragile belongings seriously. Fragile dishes were packed with little to no protection, placed at the bottom of a box, and heavier items were placed on top. Unsurprisingly, many of the dishes shattered. I also witnessed furniture being dropped and slammed down during the move, which was incredibly frustrating to watch. What made the experience even worse was the poor communication afterward. Instead of taking accountability or handling the issue in a timely manner, the company, especially Karina, dragged out the process and made it feel like nothing was actually being done. Having to follow up multiple times just to get an update is unacceptable, especially when expensive and sentimental items were damaged due to careless packing. I am very disappointed by the lack of professionalism, care, and communication from this company. Moving is already stressful enough, and SOS Moving made the experience even worse. I will not be using them for my upcoming move, and I would not recommend them to my friends, family, or anyone else. Future customers should be very cautious, take photos of everything, and closely supervise how their belongings are packed and handled.

We had these nasty looking heavy glass cabinets that would've exploded immediately had me and my dad attempted to move them ourselves (sarcasm). The crew showed up right on time with a 4-man team, and they were very professional the entire day. I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The price was also very fair for the distance, especially compared to other quotes I got. Scheduling was seamless from the moment I reached out for a quote. On the day of the move, they actually arrived earlier than expected, which immediately set the tone. They originally estimated around 2-3 hours for loading, but they were so efficient they only took 1.25 hours! I was wildly impressed. With the extra time, they offered to help load the items I had set aside for my car, taking extra trips to carry the remainder of items from my apartment out to my car. When I got to my new home, they had already arrived and were immediately ready to unload, which to my shock, again, only took only 45 minutes despite it being 100 degrees. Everything was placed in the correct rooms as labeled. They made sure to stack boxes against the walls in a strategically organized fashion, leaving plenty of walkway room, which has not always been the case for me in the past. They also took the time to ask where smaller, unlabeled items, like lamps, mirrors, and wall art, should be placed instead of placing them randomly (which is what I had expected and would have been perfectly happy with!). At no point did I feel like I needed to watch over them or worry about things being handled carelessly. Everything arrived exactly as expected, undamaged, and accounted for. There was not a single item damaged or broken. I want to give a special shout out to Rob who went the extra mile (literally and figuratively!) to ensure the entire process was smooth, organized, and well run from start to finish. As someone who is self-employed in client-facing work, it was easy to tell that Rob cares about the customer service aspect of his job just as much as the duties. What I thought would be a simple 5-hour move ended up taking over 9 hours. While the duration was unexpected, I attribute it to the long walks from my four storage closets to the elevator. Even though the day grew long and the physical toll was evident, the guys stayed honest and worked the entire time. The Good: Only one minor damaged item out of an entire household. Zero damage to the walls/floors of either apartment. The team was incredibly kind, making it impossible to stay frustrated. They offer flexible payment options (Credit Card, Zelle, Cash). This company grossly underestimated the size of truck needed for our move, despite having detailed information about the contents of my home ahead of time. Because of their incompetence and lack of preparation, they left behind more than $30,000 worth of belongings. They even came 2 days before move days and assured me everything would fit. Among the items left behind were the ashes of my recently deceased husband -- something completely irreplaceable and deeply personal. The emotional distress this has caused is impossible to describe. No amount of excuses can justify treating a family's possessions, memories, and grief with such carelessness and disregard. Their credibility is a joke. At one point they said they recommended a 2nd truck and I responded that I'd have to check with my husband. Of course my response was "you mean the dead one"! Instead of taking accountability, communication was poor, solutions were inadequate, and I was left scrambling during an already emotional and stressful life transition. This was not just bad customer service -- it was shocking negligence. I would never recommend this company to anyone, especially where trust and professionalism matter most.
