Incredible amazing delightful 5 star green star green beans were especially absolutely breathtaking and amazing. This special peanut sprite was amazing too!!

Side salad with Ranch & fingernail

I've always been a big fan of Texas Roadhouse, but my recent visit was an absolute nightmare. I was horrified to find a fingernail in my salad and completely lost my appetite. When I brought this to the manager's attention, their response was incredibly dismissive. They claimed it was unlikely to be a fingernail because the staff wears gloves and suggested it was a piece of lettuce. This lack of concern and the absurd explanation truly ruined my dining experience. The fingernail could not be any of my party's nails as we all have our nails manicured or fingers that are wider set. See the picture below to find the fingernail that the manager claims is lettuce. While I will continue to visit Texas Roadhouse, I will certainly reconsider visiting this location. On top of the nail incident, my steak was lackluster and the sweet tea I requested was weak tea with no sweetener. Would've sweetened it myself, but there was no sweetener to be found in the container on the table.

Went for late lunch. Jacob our server was the BEST! My steak was cooked to perfection, the salad was fresh & crisp. Love their ranch, mash potatoes. Ice tea unsweetened.

Went here with my sisters to celebrate my baby's sisters 42nd birthday! Had a WONDERFUL time. They even sang us a song and danced for her birthday. Wonderful staff, wonderful food. Will be returning.

Steakhouse Filet Salad without croutons

I had a good experience at this location of Texas Roadhouse. It was so packed that there was barely any parking in the lot. It seemed like the place to be on a Saturday night for dinner in this area. Luckily there were several seats open at the bar, and we didn't have to wait too long. Though I appreciate the complimentary peanuts they offer, and it's kind of fun to throw the shells on the floor. The service was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the Steakhouse Filet Salad without croutons. It was very good overall. My only complaint was that the steak was a little over salted and over cooked. I ordered it medium, but it came out between medium-well and well-done. I didn't mind too much. It was still tasty. This is a great go-to spot for the whole family. I look forward to going back sometime soon.

The last time I ate here was a long time ago. I am glad we went back. The place was packed but we called ahead to get on a waitlist so our wait was not long. I recommend the margaritas and the roadkill. Sounds crazy but so delicious. It's like a Salisbury steak with sautéed onions and mushrooms. I ate every bite. The green beans were so well done. I am not always a fan of chains but this didn't disappoint

Slightly disappointed but optimistic the next experience will be better! My family and I are huge fans of Texas Road house and go often for the Fort Worth Ribeye steak; it's still my favorite cut there and usually packed full of great flavor. This experience however we were all a little taken back with how there was little flavor in the food served. The cactus blossom was smaller then what you would usually get and missing that greasy deep fried juiciness when one bites in. I did a prime rib this go around and though the steak was cooked perfectly and was tender, there was no flavor. Even after bathing the steak in aju I was underwhelmed with no real flavor. Just like my steak, my veggies were cooked well but bland. My wife had the Ft Worth Ribeye which is our go to steak and again seemed it was lacking the savory flavor that comes with it. Overall, when Texas Roadhouse is good, it's good. The difficulty is they are not always consistent and that's why I went with 3* here instead of 4*. The place is always busy because they are a great place for good steak and the dinner rolls are always fresh and amazing! Plan ahead if you have a large group and reserve seating early (which you can call ahead and do). I m going to believe my next few experience will be better so I can bring this to a 4* place to eat.

I've visited this establishment many times since this situation and it has been great. Must've just been a bad day in the kitchen.

Every visit feels like a treat, but lately they've taken things up a notch with a lineup of signature cocktails. I tried the espresso martini, and it was outstanding--smooth, balanced, and the perfect complement to the bold, smoky flavors coming out of the kitchen. As for the food, it's consistently excellent. The dry rub wings are my go-to: perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of heat and flavor, and even better when paired with their bama white sauce. If you're leaning sandwich, you can't go wrong with a pulled pork or pulled chicken sammy topped with their Carolina gold sauce--it's tangy, slightly sweet, and completely addictive. And the fries? Thick-cut, crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside--exactly what great fries should be. Beyond the food and drinks, Lucius Q really shines as a place to gather. They have a fantastic event space that comfortably holds around 50 people--perfect for parties or private events. It's also one of the rare downtown spots with plenty of TVs, making it a great place to catch a game. Add in live music most Fridays and a great outdoor patio for those perfect Cincinnati weather days, and it's easy to see why this place is always buzzing. Lucius Q is one of those spots I simply can't walk past without slowing down and breathing it in. Whether you're a Pendleton regular or just passing through downtown Cincinnati, it's a must-visit that delivers every single time.

Smoke Justis - Smoked chicken nachos

Visiting from Chicago, so I am not a local, but this place made me wish I was. It didn't go off…read morewithout a hitch, but they made up for what had been missed. Read on for more. I ordered online for pickup. I chose the federal burger (with onions, tomatoes, and provolone cheese - no grand slam sauce, which is a thousand island type of sauce, but I asked for it on the side when I got there) and a tray of smoked nachos with no jalapeños and no sour cream. I also opted to do cheese sauce on the side so that way when I got to my hotel, the nachos wouldn't be all soggy and soft. When I picked it up, I was completely impressed with the look, feel, and general ambience of the restaurant/bar. It just had a general feeling that made me wish I had been able to go with some friends. I was impressed. Unfortunately, after I walked with the food, back to my hotel, I ended up finding out that they had neglected to include the cheese sauce on the side. When I called and was directed to the manager, Rebecca, she was extremely apologetic and offered to either credit me or refire my the nachos. I said that I would love to come get them, but my burger would be cold by the time I got back she offered to re-fire the burger as well. I really wanted to have the full experience for my first time eating from Smoke Justis. Rebecca was absolutely amazing and made sure that I was taken care of well despite the issue that I had. I agreed and said that I would give the original meal to the front desk attendant at the hotel. He ended up being very excited to get a free meal, especially one from Smoke Justis. (Hint: Remember to make sure they put your cheese sauce in the bag!) Now for the food: The tray of smoked nachos were amazing and I definitely I'm glad that I got the cheese sauce. It completely pulled the dish together and it was absolutely amazing. The only problem is that they were so good that I had a harder time getting to the fries and burger. By the time I got to the fries and burger I was almost completely full. The fries were really good and they were seeming to be homemade sliced fries, but either way were great. Then I tasted the burger... wow, just wow. The flavor from the burger, was one of the best I have ever had. No sauce or anything else. Whatever they used to season the meat was incredible. Bottom line, I definitely will be back. Their commitment to excellence, both with the food and with the service, is apparent. Be good to you. Eat here.

The food wasn't bad, it just didn't leave a lasting impression. The meat was dry. I'm not sure what I expected to taste, but I was under impressed. Mac & Cheese was bland. So either it's just not popular for lunch or it was just an off day. Our group ordered and we were relieved as 4 more patrons walked in... But even during our stay, no more people came in. Well... Our group ate our words and stuffed our faces with some really good barbecue. We all mostly got sandwiches but these sandwiches were huge honking sandwiches. I think our waitress said it was half a pound. I ordered the brisket sandwich and macaroni and cheese. The mac and cheese was creamy and warm. I was hoping for a sharper bite of cheese flavor but it was still good nonetheless. The brisket sandwich was really really good. It wasn't sliced brisket but was more "pulled" consistency, like pulled pork. It was moist and tender (not dry at all). The sauce was perfectly sweet and complimented the smoky, rich brisket. My colleagues couldn't finish theirs but one ordered the chicken sandwich and another a pork. All of them were pulled consistency and had excellent flavor of their respective meat (chicken and pork) but I preferred the brisket. Do yourself a favor if your craving barbecue and come to Smokin' This and That!

Overall atmosphere is a bit over the top. Pros: The ribs were meaty, the pork sandwich was piled high. Cons: The coleslaw was mushy and tasteless, the Mac and cheese was inedible, 2 different beers we tried were flat, we did not like the BBQ sauce.
