Ordered wings (5), okra, and a soda. Wings were horrible rubbery texture. One. If a negative star was available would definitely give it -1. Very disappointedly especially after looking for a bbq spot while visiting from out of town on a business trip. .

Definitely the best BBQ spot in the area. Love the potato salad here. All of the meats I've tried have been good. Mac and cheese is tasty and good sweet tea (a must at BBQ). The service is very hit or miss. Every time I've been here they rush you through ordering and sometimes seem annoyed that you are even there. Our most recent visit the worker was very attentive to us but we've also had the worker roll her eyes at us when we asked for things and made us feel uncomfortable enough it made me not want to come back in.

Smoked wings, undercooked (yes I understand smoked chicken is pink), the picture can't express the slimy feel it had.

We were in town from Florida for a bengals game and decided to make the drive down to try this place because the reviews were decent. What a mistake. Positives first: the server was nice. Negatives second: the smoked wings were undercooked, the skin was leathery and chewy, my son who eats anything refused to eat them. The brisket doesn't come sliced only pulled and tasted more like pot roast from Cracker Barrel than a smoked brisket from a BBQ spot, I ended up just throwing it away. the wife ordered the brisket sandwich which was so wet that the bottom bun was inedible defeating the purpose of ordering a sandwich and she also threw hers away. Overall extremely disappointing and I can't understand how or why the reviews are so good. There's definitely a disconnect happening somewhere or the reviews are payed for.

Food was outstanding!! Priced so well I got 1/2 rack of ribs and Mac for only $18 and change. The ribs were cut and fell off the bone. Came out quick as well. 10/10 recommend!! Great first experience

Stopped here as we were on the road and were quite disappointed. We ordered the sandwiches -- one pork and one brisket. While the portion sizes were more than adequate, the flavor was incredibly bland. There are no spices or rub added to it at all-- just the smoke flavor. The pork was moist, but the brisket was a bit dry. We tried both the signature sauce and the "little spice" sauce and neither was anything to write home about. But then we got to the cole slaw and baked beans. I have no idea how they did it, but then cole slaw had absolutely no flavor at all. We tried adding salt and pepper, but it still was bland. And the baked beans tasted straight from a can with nothing added to enhance the flavor. Gave it two stars only because the pork was moist and the young lady who served us was nice.

The Food, service and ambiance is great ! Family run business the ladies who helped us out really took their time in explaining the menu and pointed us in the right direction! We got the brisket tacos, the wings with the purple I am assuming homemade BBQ sauce! 10/10 would fly out and try their baby back ribs, we didn't get to try them out this time around. They had just run out.

Fell in love with this place when they were just a small shop in the farmers market. Unlike many local stops, Smokin This and That has continued to offer the same service and high, quality delicious food. If you're anywhere in the area for any reason, make sure to stop in. First responders, military friendly. Great for larger gatherings so grab your friends and come hang out!

The atmosphere is exactly what you'd want from a neighborhood taproom: casual, lively, and family-friendly. The bar is huge, with an impressive selection of draft beers (especially if you're an IPA fan), and they also have bourbon bottles available for purchase. We ordered burgers, and they were all really good. One bun seemed a little stale, but it didn't take away from the overall meal. The cheese curds were a standout: piping hot, crispy, and definitely worth ordering. The beef nachos, on the other hand, were a bit disappointing. They arrived cold and just didn't have the same wow factor as the rest of the food. My sweet potato fries were a little soggy, but I took the leftovers home and popped them in the air fryer the next day, and they turned out fantastic. Overall, I'd definitely go back. If you're looking for a laid-back spot with great burgers, a huge beer selection, and a menu that has something for just about everyone in the family, dog and kid friendly, 859 Taproom is a solid choice.

It's fantastic. If you are concerned about the viurs, know that they have an open patio for seating, and signs that suggest you must remain seated during your stay. Not a lot of crowding or mixing is going on, in other words (inside at the bar is another story). Our trivia host was awesome. Our server, Jordan, was too. They have a pretty good bourbon selection and my SO is a bourbon fan. I had the peach smash, which was refreshing, tasty, and perfect for a warm summer night. Our pizza, from next door, hit the spot. I'd love to go back and try the pizza fries, the antipasta salad, and the wings. So, yeah, I'm a fan. I'm not sure how the bar is on a regular night. YMMV.
