Still one of my favorite locations.... First .. their beers are quite good... second... they offer some of the best selection of Meades in the area.... And third... if you like sours... they've got a good selection of those as well. Parking on site.... Food truck on site. The weather is getting warmer so check out their patio as well.

Wow! This was a really cute place with plenty of fun options for drinks. My favorite by far was the blackberry (itsy bitsy) cider. The bartender was helpful in picking our flight to try and I would love to return and try more! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with plenty of fun (and themed) decorations.

I can't believe I've never posted a review of this place before! They brew some of my all-time favorites - I'm particularly a fan of their barrel aged stouts, sours, and meads, but they always have a nice variety of all types. And I love the ambiance-- fluffy clouds on the ceiling with embedded lights to simulate lights, trees and village facades on the walls - it's like sitting in a fairytale land of make believe. When the weather is nice, I love to sit on their patio -- covered, for shade, and with a variety of seating from picnic tables to couches rocking chairs. Everyone there - staff and customers- is always friendly and welcoming. I only wish it wasn't such a long drive (over the river, if not through the woods) from home.

This has become my favorite place to visit when I'm in town. Especially during the holidays. In love with the Butter Beer and currently enjoying Batman which is a super yummy mead and just downed the Porter (#30). Bringing some back home with me! Can't wait to be back in town for Xmas!

This place is one of the cutest hidden gems in all of Northern Kentucky! The decor and overall ambiance have been curated with careful creativity, giving this brewery a truly unique atmosphere. They offer a great list of beers & meads on tap, and the staff is consistently friendly. There is often a food truck outside as well. Combined, these elements make Fabeled Brew Works a perfect spot for meeting up with friends, hosting a book club, playing a round of D&D, or simply entertaining an out of towner.

Stopped in to Fabled on our way to see the horses in the stables at Turfway before our races. Beautiful building with a nice fairy tale type of vibe. John Ewers, who formerly brewed at Streetside, and Brad Ryles, the mead master, do a wonderful job. When you walk in, you get a forest type of feeling, with trees built into the walls. The beers show the geeky nature of the owners, with beers named after sci-fi and fantasy works. The place is rather small, but does have some outside space, as well. The number of beverages on the wall is astounding and it would take many visits to get through the entire board. Out of everything I tried, the Lembas Lemon Shake was the only one I rated below 4 on Untappd, which is a telling story about how well these two guys brew. Service was great and the beertender was very knowledgable about the beer and mead, able to select the best brews and meads for our pickier members. I did not try the food, but did say hi to Brad, who was out in the food truck slinging Mexican food. It smelled great and I would have nabbed some if I had not already eaten at Wandering Monsters just before swinging over to Fabled.

What a gem located off of Dixie Highway. So many choices to choose from and the bartenders were fantastic. I can't wait to go back and try some of their Meads. They also have a food truck which we didn't try maybe next time

Had a really great time at Fabled! I don't know much about mead, but they had a lot of different flavors and styles, along with an extensive beer list. The bar staff was very friendly and helped us navigate the menu. We did not try the food truck outside, but apparently they have food trucks frequently so there is always a good option. They also had several events advertised like trivia, which I love at a bar. Really enjoyed the theme of the bar and the ambiance. Very cool lighting. The location is kinda in the middle of nowhere, but worth the try.

I like the kind of Hobbit meets Harry Potter vibe of the place. They have some really unique beers. Most were pretty good. Maybe not the best spot if you're looking for your more run of the mill varieties, but the sours, barley wines, meads were all great. Food truck is just ok.

Great stop by the airport! Awesome variety of beers, sours, stouts and meads. Fun themed decor and motif through beer names and details. Food truck usually on site.

Very good IPA. We didn't get to stay long but would definitely go. We are from Kansas and Ohio on a sisters week to visit the Ark Encounter.

If you're leaving the…read morestadium area it's a 20 minute walk with some uphill, but well worth the trek to get ahead of the crowds. The bars near the stadium were mobbed. The seating is family style with long tables. You can order via QR codes (meh) or walk up to the side of the bar for food and drink. The manager came around and introduced himself to everyone and was all over the place. Helping in the kitchen, bar, cleaning up etc.. He's definitely an asset because he didn't disappear as the rush started coming in. The inside is nicely decorated and I was digging their Voodoo/skull theme. We settled in and watched the 4pm NFL game on one of the large TV's while chatting with some disappointed Bengals fans and locals. Beer wise they had a nice selection of classic Voodoo brews (we used to get them a lot in the Philly area several years ago), a balance of styles and some newer brews I'd never heard of. If you enjoy the dark side of beer the Where Our Secrets Go Imperial Stout was delicious and thankfully more along the lines of the traditional style Impy Stout. I had an IPA that I can't remember the name of, but it had a nice Belgian yeast/hop twist to it. My son enjoyed their root beer. Food wise the Jumbo Chicken Wings, roasted in house hit the spot, I highly recommend them. I added their Good Vibes BBQ "Sawce", but you can get them dry rubbed or chose from several other "Sawces". The wings were big with fresh meat and the sauce was great. The Pub pretzel we ordered was huge and the good vibes beer cheese complimented it well. The Mr. Pickles Fried Pickles were also a great choice for an app. They were a big portion. My friend had the Chili Mac and my son ordered the Lil Mashburgers - 2 little smashburgers oozing with cheddar & chippies off the kids menu. We ate, had a couple of beers and enjoyed our dinner at Voodoo before we explored more of downtown Cincy. I'll be honest I wanted to avoid BrewDog and Voodoo and experience home grown Cincinnati breweries, but we were really happy we stopped at Voodoo. Thanks guys you earned a fourth star for great friendly service from the manager and bartenders!!

We ordered extra hot wings, and the sauce was great but to make it "extra hot" they just added a metric ton of hot pepper or some hot seasoning, and it was nearly inedible. They were extremely over sauced. The fries were okay. My dry rub wings were good. It's basically self serve, you order on the website via QR code. They brought our food all at once due to that, to include the appetizer. Service was quick but we only saw our "waiter" once to deliver our food. If we had needed refills, we wouldn't have gotten them. We didn't even get silverware and only got one appetizer plate. The ambiance was nice, it's a great looking facility. I probably won't be back though, unfortunately. Just not great enough to bother going again. We did have one beer off the draft list that was good. The dragons milk.

A representative from both the Listermann and Urban Stead gave us some background on their businesses and then talked a little about each offering. We had hoped for food, but the business that does food in the building is another company and they were out for spring break. So sad. ;-) The brewery has a nice vibe to it. There is a small taproom with a much larger Oktoberfest styled hall (meaning large community tables). There are plugs here if you work remote, although I would NEVER do that. :P The beers are not the best I had in Cincy, but they are above the average in Cincy, so it is definitely above average. It is also a well-known, stable brewery. I understand Listermann recently sold the spot, so it will be interesting to see if there are changes going forward. The board is a bit heavy at this point, with quite a few brews over 10%. My feelings on the beers? The IPAs are decent, but they shine brightly with their stouts and pastry sours. The blackberry cobbler sour (12%) and Forbidden Imperial Stout got my top marks. Would love to return and see how the food is here, but spring break worked against me. If you go through my profile, you will find I have a couple of hidden gems we found on our trek.
