I have been to many lash bars/businesses since moving here to Houston four years ago, and I have really struggled to find someone who cares enough to assure my lashes are on point & natural looking. I'm half Chinese so I have very thin & straight lashes, so in the past I have had lashes turn and simply fall off in clumps. Not Linh's lashes...She uses enough glue to have them last, but not too much where you can visibly see or feel the glue when washing. She communicates through text, which I find convenient. She stays quite busy, but if I need to reschedule, I will suggest date & time, and she will either confirm or give suggestion of next available day and time. She follows up with a confirmation text and reminder texts. She truly is gifted and I'm in love with her work, as anybody would if you book with her. I'm grateful to have found her and will be loyal to her because of how amazing my lashes look and how they last.

She is such a professional and her suite is so comfy and smells amazing, when we aren't talking and catching up I am taking the most amazing naps lol . I appreciate how she is always willing to work with me and honestly if she can't reschedule me immediately due to how busy she is I am willing to wait a week or so because I couldn't dare let anyone else touch my lashes. I 100% recommend and if you don't believe me, check it out yourself.

I've been to this lash technician a handful of times now and she has NOT disappointed me :)…read more I've had plenty of bad experiences at other salons/ with other eyelash technicians and it's always so frustrating to waste so much time and money only to receive something you literally want to rip off your face. Nhi (Mia) gives me the exact look I ask for which is so important bc many techs go overboard since they're used to a certain look. I personally like a more natural look with the classic set and she does it so beautifully! You can see from other pictures though that she's also great at more dramatic looks too! I was also shocked the first time I got a fill, It's pretty standard for technicians to stick to a certain time-frame when doing your lashes so if they don't get to them all you just don't have a complete/full set. She took her fine time and did EVERY SINGLE eyelash regardless of the time. I was soooooooo impressed and thankful. She really cares. She's very friendly and professional (which you also may not always get w other people). AND AFFORDABLE. If you've been getting your lashes done for awhile, you know some people charge SO MUCH and then still don't deliver a good look I'm so thankful to have found LuvItLashes! **Bottom line** I would highly recommend LuvItLashes for avid eyelash goers seeing as she will work to give you your desired look, and is experienced and delivers great service! For Newbies to the extension world I would HIGHLY recommend since she is able and willing to give you such a natural look (which a lot of first timers appreciate) and is affordable in comparison to most salons :) Thankyou!

I saw amazing and excellent work that I immediately inquired Mia. She responded via text message and got me scheduled with no problem. When arrived, she greeted me nicely and asked for me to sit down. She put a throw blanket on me since it was a little chilly coming from outside. I have never had my lashes done on a recliner chair before! This was the first, and I was very comfortable! All the lash places I have ever been to have clients lay on the foldable beds with a pillow to prop up your legs. It causes my lower back to hurt. But here, Mia has definitely put her clients first and giving them the most comfortable experience ever! She was very quiet, but sweet and pleasant. Delicate hands that create such beautiful work! I'm so happy with my lashes and for the price I paid! I will continue to come to Mia as well as highly recommend her to my family and friends!

I have thin, blonde lashes and I really didn't think that I would find someone that could transform them like my former stylist did. I was wrong. Linh did the most outstanding job with my lashes! They look lush and beautiful! When you talk to her, it becomes obvious that she is a dedicated professional who really knows her craft. She worked very late into a Saturday night to get my lashes just right. They. Are. Perfect. Don't be fooled by "chain" lash places offering initial deep discounts. This is a luxury service and it is not something that you want to take chances with. For this kind of service, you need a professional lash stylist who knows your unique lash situation and will monitor the condition of your lashes for each fill. In addition, Linh's place is spotlessly clean and she doesn't use a one-size-lash-fits-all approach. She examines your lashes to find the best "fit" and then matches that up with the look you want to achieve. If you're looking for an outstanding, professional lash stylist, look no further than Gia's Lashes!

Unfortunately, this visit was a completely different experience. When I was about five minutes away from my appointment, I received a text asking to push my appointment back by about an hour and a half. Since Mary was no longer available, I was scheduled with Lucy instead. This was, by far, the worst and most painful lash appointment I've ever experienced. Throughout the appointment, it felt like my natural lashes were being pulled out. She also placed several extensions directly on my skin, which caused irritation, dryness, and discomfort afterward. To make matters worse, I get a hybrid set specifically because my natural lashes are very fine, and I always request a combination of fans and individual lashes. Lucy only worked on my fill for about 30 minutes, and the final result did not reflect what I requested or what I normally receive. When I politely expressed my concerns, she was dismissive and rude instead of addressing the issues. Thankfully, Mary was able to fix the lashes afterward, and I truly appreciate her for making things right. I would absolutely recommend Mary, but I cannot recommend Lucy based on my experience. She is the sole reason I'm leaving a one-star review. If I could leave zero stars for her service, I would.
