Beware.the lady messed up on my french nail and when i asked her to fix it she would give me an attitude and refuse to fix it because she another costumer waiting for her. When I got home i looked at the nails and they were so bad i wanted to cry so i came back and asked her to do them again. It then took her two hours to do a basic french tip nail and she had to keep redoing it because she would mess up over and over again. she also starting insulting me and blaming it on the product even though i've seen other people french nails and they've never been that bad. it was super sloppy, and she just needed practice!! she would just find new and new things to blame it on. anyways i was so done with her at that point i wanted to start crying because she also wouldn't give me a refund. after 4 hours of being there in total my nails came out better but it did take a lot of arguing to get her to make them look better also i think some of these reviews are fake read more

Today is my birthday so I decided to get my nails and toes done before I go out to night. I think this is brand new salon. However, the customer service is amazing. They are not busy so when I came in I had my nails and my pedicure done at the same time. They took time to massage my feet and it was enjoyable with a glass of wine. They need more nail techs working here. We wait an hour just to be taken back. The lady who did my nails didn't even ask what shape I wanted or how short I wanted my nails so I had her re-file them. I asked for the paraffin wax treatment but she must have forgotten because my nail service was over and I didn't even get the wax treatment. I barely got a massage. They kept turning people away because the wait would've been too long. I only came in because of the 20% special but I won't be returning. I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty empty which was great. The two ladies that worked on me and my boyfriend's pedicure was amazing. I believe one of their names are Lucy and the other lady was younger. They took their time massaging and ensuring that the amenities aren't too hot. They were detailed in removing the cuticles and cleaning the nails. Their pedicures are fairly priced. The classic pedi was $27 but we got deluxe which was $37 but there was a discount. read more

I randomly stopped in after eating Ramen at the place next door. They were having a special for colored powder and have decent reviews so I went in. The lady walked up to me putting her mask on, so I asked her to wash her hands and offered to as well. She said she just did (ummmmm ok?) but would sanitize and offered it to me, so I obliged. She then thrust colors at me and I informed her I'd like the special. She said dip powder, right? I said is that the special? She says no. So I said are these still the correct colors? She nods. She starts working and brings out the powder. It looks a little different, but that's normal. It was a nice color so whatever. After I left (which happens often) I noticed my nails weren't filed evenly. Worst, instead of the dark brown I picked they were a dark purplish color. Oh well... I'm never going to return and lesson learned to pay attention. read more

Went in with my 12 year old daughter for a pedicure & during her pedicure, my daughter was knicked & began to bleed. The 3 ladies in there kept saying the technician pulled her hang nail & that's why it was bleeding. Whether a hang nail or not, no one should bleed during a pedicure. First time in. The place was clean and bright with nice soothing acoustic music. The color selection was plentiful, which is very important to me and my girlfriends. Also important, they have real deal drinks..Hennessey ciroc and grey goose to name a few! I didn't partake this time but to know it's available is good enough for me. I always ask for an American shellac manicure which for whatever reason everyone can't do! They did a fine job! They got busy as I was receiving my treatments but didn't appear the wait was long for those waiting. Beware of Poor Hygeine! Management is okay with nail technicians NOT washing their hands and providing services to customers. My nail tech wiped her nose, so I insisted she wash her hands before resuming work with me. She went to the bathroom, came back with dry hands. I went right after her: NO handsoap and NO paper towels in the bathroom. Disgusting! Horrified, I complained to management and got attitude. I will never, ever return here. Also the entire place reeked of sewage, not sure if the air air quality is toxic. read more

I was so happy with today's services. Nancy did a fabulous job on my hair color and cut. I'd been going to the same hair stylist for 15 years and he closed down and went back to his home country. So to say I was hesitant is a real true statement. Nancy listened and did a wonderful job. While my color was processing, Tina did a deluxe pedi on me. It was luxurious! The owner is the one that did my nails because her staff did not want to return to work after COVID, all though they are super friendly people the sanitation of their salon is not there. I received a manicure and when I took off the nail polish I had the shock of finding they had given me a fungus on two of my nails. I got pink dip powder nails for $35 with an almond shape for the first time and it exceeded my expectations! I get plenty of compliments from the beautiful color and shape. There's also a 20% off discount going on for their grand opening so be sure to take advantage of that! They also have complementary services of drinks!
