They both were exactly as I remembered them. The people behind the counter were great and hooked us up, there is no real ambiance since it's a drive up. If you're complaining about the credit card fee this place is cash positive. Not everyone in the world has a credit card and if you don't want to pay it go get some cash. If Bob's Better Burger ever caught on fire it would burn for hundreds of thousands of years like Centralia PA because of the deliciousness that is trapped in the walls there.

Great Fast Food. One of the only places that stayed open through COVID. Kept their employees and let you dine in lobby, spread out if course. Great Burger, shrimp basket is yummy. Chili cheese fries, foot long chili cheese dog. Good stuff. read more

The restaurant refused to accept it because of their policy regarding vertical IDs. We were told this is store policy, and although I may disagree with that policy, I understand a restaurant can choose to have stricter ID requirements. What I do not understand is what happened next. I ordered a draft beer for myself and they refused to bring it to me because they said there was a woman sitting at our table with a vertical license. I was not purchasing a drink for her. The beer was ordered for me. Yet I was denied alcohol simply because another adult at my table had an ID that Bubba's chose not to accept. This woman is 30 years old -- not 18, 19, or 20. Her Louisiana driver's license is a government-issued license showing her date of birth. We were not attempting to circumvent an age restriction or purchase alcohol for a minor. I completely support restaurants checking IDs and taking responsible alcohol service seriously. What I don't support is treating an entire table of adults as though they're doing something wrong simply because the restaurant doesn't like the format of one adult customer's valid driver's license. A policy may be a policy, but the way it is applied matters. This turned what should have been an enjoyable meal into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I hope Bubba's 33 corporate management reviews both this policy and how it is being enforced at this location. I will not come to this restaurant again or any other location
