I always get fantastic service at this Chick-fil-A location. The workers are in the drive thru, rain or shine, hot or cold, and are always so hard-working and polite. This location has never messed up my order (at least not in an egregious, memorial mistake). Besides, Chick-fil-A knows what's best for me. Also, their new mac-n-cheese is phenomenal! My order was wrong, no ketchup for my fries (who doesn't like ketchup in America?!), my wife's Cobb salad was not very well put together. The ice tea was good with a great mix ratio to ice. I never used to be a huge fan of Chick-fil-A... never got what all the "hype" was about. But after going to other fast food joints, you do realize how nice they treat you at CFA. The customer service at this establishment is the best. They bring you your order, they ask you if you care for refills. They've helped me with high chairs... etc. This place is always crowded. I think because others appreciate that higher level of customer service as well. My kiddos enjoy the playground. Tho- there's usually a crazy kid wrecking havoc in there which results in them staying with me at the table. #ineverhavealonetime Anyways, the food is good but I guess that's why I never was so popular. (I have friends in NY and NC that are CRAZY for Chick-fil-A food.) I usually get their Spicy Southwest salad with their creamy salsa dressing! Kids usually get nuggets with their iconic waffle fries. I JUST heard this about the kids meals... if you turn in your unopened kids meal toy, YOU GET A FREE ICE CREAM. Crazy right? this is a nice place to eat, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the food is well it's fast food but it's good... here's my problem, I'm sitting here on a Friday evening around 6:30 and every parent with their unruly out of control kids are here... ugh ... this ain't a playground people, keep your kids under control. There's food everywhere and parents should be cleaning up after their spawn, but are they? Nope. And before any karens report me... I love the food here but the drive thru is horrible. They have a thing you just have to know about circling the building. The problem is some people know this and some people dont which makes some people cut in line without knowing it and pissing a lot of people off or you have people unknowingly get into the drive thru line and get stuck there. I have seen people get out of their car and yell at people to go on numerous occasions because they were not aware they were in a drive thru line. I just got back from the drive thru. I dont have food because after 10 minutes, I couldn't take it anymore and got out of line. I had not even placed my order yet. It is way to slow. As fast food goes the food is usually middle of the road even in a good fast food joint. I like Chic-fil-a because if I have to eat in a chain, they tend to have the healthiest selections. This particular location seems to be relatively new. It has a nice design and was nicely decorated and designed for a fast food joint. The staff (Micah) was very fast, thorough, professional and efficient at taking and "assembling" my order. This guy was textbook!! And he told me he had only been working there like two weeks. He may be the Asst. Mgr. by the next time I get up there. The wrap I got was fresh but not all that flavorful. The lettuce was really crispy, but like anything, when you dip it in ranch it really becomes about... the ranch. I usually get the fruit cup instead of fries, and every C-f-a I go to the fruit cup is always marginal. It's like they made it a while ago and then sprinkle some magic dust on it to keep it from wilting and turning brown. Am I the only person that ever orders these things??? The place was clean! Always a plus! As for fast food spots C-f-a ranks up there and this location is one of the best I have been to. They deserve a visit - except on Sunday of course :) read more

This place has really gone downhill. Chick-Fil-A used to be one of my favorite places to get lunch during high school. The quality has has slipped though in the past few years. Here are some of the problems: 1. A drive-thru that splits into two lanes but then merges back into one. Does this really save that much time? If there is really enough demand (and there is) for two lanes, why not just open another restaurant somewhere? I feel like this set-up only leads to confusion and errors with the orders. I ordered four combo meals and when I got home, I realized that they only gave me three sandwiches. I used to go about once a week several years ago, and I can't recall a single time that they screwed up my order. 2. The chicken breasts used for the sandwiches keep getting smaller. It just seems like there is more breading and less actual chicken than there used to be. 3. I guess all of the top workers in Midland work for oil companies now. The girl who took my order seemed to be only halfway paying attention (maybe another reason why they messed up the order). She started giggling while I was in the middle of my order. I want to start this off by saying that I am a big supporter of Chick Fil A and what they stand for. I also love their spicy chicken sandwich and their nuggets. I believe that ALMOST every Chick Fil A Restaurant I've been to has the friendliest staff and clean facilities. This one is no exception. The only thing I would suggest is that there needs to be some sort of noise control in the playroom. That has to be the loudest play room EVER! I live chick fill a, but I feel like there's a quality control issue. The chicken sometimes taste old or overly cooked compared to other chick fill a restaurants. It doesn't taste fresh. Quick service and the lines move quickly inside. Parking can be limited and I absolutely hate the parking lot because of the ridiculous drive thru that loops around. This place has failed two times in getting an order correct and this last time the manager I got when I got home and found out they left something out said ,"excellent, sorry". No one in the background said that it was someone posing as a manager. They did nothing to fix the order because I was already home. The order before this one was so badly burned, couldn't eat it and had to wait 20 25 minutes for them to place a new order but they did. I would recommend checking your orders before you leave and getting your receipts. Also corporate is run by inexperienced as well and it's very hard to get through to the franchise owner so I don't know if they even know what's going on in their own store. He literally just smirked at my husband when he told him that we were sick and tired of making trips back to get our missing food. Went during lunch hour and thought the line would make me late for returning to work since it was wrapped around the building, but I was in and out of that line in FOUR minutes! I love Chick-fil-A in general and this is a great location. I normally go at least once a day (except Sunday). I know several of the workers by name since I am in this CFA so often. I will admit that at lunch I just park and go inside because the drive thru wraps around the building. However they are very quick and so the long line at CFA goes much quicker then the short line at Wendy's next door. I agree with some of the other reviewers that the circling the building aspect of the drive thru line can be confusing if you are not familar with the line or enter from the wrong side of the parking lot. I too have seen people sit there and honk at the person in front of them for not moving. The person in front of them could not move because they were in the drive thru line! read more
