The service here has steadily gotten worse. We ordered 2 breakfast items this morning while the store was quite slow and it still took 17 minutes to get our food after ordering. My husband ordered extra chicken in his burrito and when he asked if it was in the burrito because it wasn't listed the woman in drive thru said "I'm not sure". We went to this chick fil a today and had horrible customer service in the drive through. The young man who took our order in line did not make any eye contact when talking, did not repeat back what we ordered, and was talking to other coworkers while we were ordering. He proceeded to ring up eat item separately, instead of a meal, which ended up charging us more. When we moved up to the drive through window another man handed us our order and when we told him we were missing a drink he told us to "check our receipt". We let the man know that we had ordered it with the young man taking orders in line and that the drink was supposed to be part of a meal (he rung up all of the items separately and missed the drink). Instead of correcting their mistake he responded with "ok...." And stared at us. I ended up paying AGAIN for a large drink. Very sad about this experience. The food was nice and hot though so 2 stars for that. Very poor service. read more

Every time I go and get tortillas soup , YOGURT OR SALAD OR COMBO! The food is never a miss but if you're in the drive thru line and have been waiting. They will come out and start taking orders for the other line instead of just getting to you after you've been waiting longer than some other people. In my opinion this could be managed better bc I know I'm not the only one that can be waiting over 10 minutes to order just to watch them walk past me and get the person who just pulled up. The service at this location is pathetic. They have forgotten to place sauce in our bags on more than one occasion. When asked if they could please add sauce to our bags for two kids meals and for two salads, the two female employees at the window seemed to get upset and hold up the very long line even more to check their system to see if I was lying about whether or not they placed the sauce in my bags. One lady was giving me dirty looks. The other employee, (possibly the manager) then proceeded to hand me one dressing for two salads and three chick fil a sauces for two kids meals. As I asked them for a 2nd dressing, they proceeded to check their system again. After much debating and dirty looks given to me, the employee (possibly manager) finally gave me the 2nd dressing and said to just go. After arriving home with my takeout order, we realized they gave me a Sun Joy tea after I asked for a half and half tea. (To their defense, I might not have been specific enough, however, I have always asked for half and half tea and gotten half sweet, half unsweet. My daughter's sprite was completely watered down. I understand mistakes happen and especially at this drive thru, but the dirty looks and attitude are uncalled for and very unprofessional. This is not my favorite location by a long shot! Corporates need to take note and train these employees on better customer service. No "My Pleasure" at this location. read more

I'm not sure what has been going on but the last few months it seems this particular chick fil a is going down hill. They have gotten our order wrong, have gotten the cars out of order causing issues when at the drive thru window. It's taking way longer than before. Just two weeks ago we got sun joys and they tasted disgusting I threw it away. Fries soggy not crispy. Mind you this is around dinner rush time when food is flying out the door and in the past extremely fresh. It just seems like something has changed and not for good. Holy Chick-fil-A cow Batman this restaurant is busy. The double drive-thru was jammed around the front of the building but it was dinner time. We went inside to get through the restaurant quicker and definitely did. The unsweetened tea was wrong initially but they did correct it quickly upon me tasting it. Chick-fil-A turns out great tea. The 12-piece nuggets were consistently sized and honestly some of the smallest nuggets I've ever seen (and I used to work for this chain.) I wish they were hotter but still good tasting. Worst chick-fil-a ever! I usually love chick-fil-a restaurants because of the great service but this one is not like all the others I've been to. It's more like a typical fast food drive through. They always get something in the order wrong or forget something. Also the food is not made to par like other chick-fil-a restaurants. I usually get a wrap and at other places it's full and made well but at this place it hardly has anything in it. The French fries taste like a whole tub of salt was dumped on them. Called the store asked to speak to the manager and she acted like she could care less. Told me I could drive back during 5 o'clock traffic to get a new meal. Didn't ask for my order # or what it was. Got home with my new meal and it once again it was AGAIN. It's closer to our house so went back today and again wrong. This spot always has huge hang ups in the line. The people that send you on to merge always say to follow the wrong car, and the people giving food always try and give me the wrong food. The staff is friendly and polite, but the lack of training and efficiency in the drive through is horrible. I'm not one to complain, especially about Chick-fil-A, but this one is the worst in town. We went for dinner tonight and the place was a mess (almost every table was dirty), they had one person on the register (who was also filling drinks), and they had people coming in left and right from the drive thru with incorrect orders. The tip of the iceberg was, I watched an employee put a sandwich that was brought back by a customer back on the food line to be bagged, gross. It's a very nice place but they seem extremely understaffed and undertrained. Oh, and the manager getting on to her crew with a packed house was a bit tacky, as well. This location is not up to par. I went through the drive through today. Staff seems like they don't know what they're doing. Check your bag before leaving... they always leave something out. Today, it was my salad dressing and 2 nuggets... I also asked for crispy chicken on my salad but got grilled. The fries were not hot. How can fries not be hot at lunch time (12:15)? Let me start off by saying we love Chick-fil-A and the food here does not disappoint however, the service definitely does. We went through drive thru with a big order and expected to wait for order to be filled and correct. We headed home without checking our order because Chick-fil-A never disappoints, right? Wrong!! After getting home we found that all of our large fries were less than half filled, our gallon of lemon aid was diet when it shouldn't have been, and we had no Chick-fil-A sauce (which was the only one we asked for). You would think a large order of $150 would have been checked by a manger or at least they would answer the phone when I called to bring this to their attention. However they didn't so I was forced to leave a yelp review so they could get the message. Next time I will drive across town to a different Chick-fil-A, where my order will be appreciated and treated with respect. read more

Worst customer service I've had at a CFA, maybe even Midland! My husband and I ordered dine-in with the app and it took over 20 mins to receive our food. Then my husband had to go back up to the counter for sauce, not 1 person asked if he needed something, he eventually went around the counter to get it himself. Then before leaving we had to place a to-go order to take home to a family member, they had an attitude about the entire thing and swore we didn't send it to that store, then eventually figured out that it was in fact sent to that store.
