They got our orders wrong the last couple of times we have been there and had to make additional trips to the store to get our order corrected. The employee who was waiting on me tried his best to comminucate the problem with the order to the woman in the back preparinv tbe food but she could not understand english at all. So obvisouly she could not read the tickets either. He had to go to the kitchen and physically show her what he was trying to tell her in english.
