I took a customer here for lunch because we were looking for a healthy, quick option so we can eat and get back to work. For the most part, we got what we were looking for. First off, I will say, they do have a very large menu albeit a bit confusing (they have fun names for their various salads which don't always tell you what you are ordering). The drink choices are your standard soda machine as well as sweetened and unsweetened tea with sliced lemons. I was a bit surprised how long it took to receive our orders as they were pretty simple 2 chicken salads. The grapes are also overly sweet, in my opinion, as they have some kind of sweet drizzle on them as well as brown sugar all over them. It tasted more like candy than grapes. I noticed this place after shopping at the amazing jewelry store across the parking lot. I am SO glad I stopped by. I chose the Olivia's Old South flavor of chicken salad and it was delicious. The fruit tray was fresh and delicious as well. When I raved about my lunch to my daughter, she enthusiastically agreed. It's her favorite spot for lunch. First time visit! I really like a good chicken salad sandwich! The wife and I gave it a go after hearing about the place. We were pleasantly surprised to find the establishment quite full! After reviewing the menu, my wife ordered the Fruity Fran while I ordered the Cranberry Kelli. My better half ordered a pasta salad and iced tea, while my side was a cup of chicken poblano soup and a Coke Zero. We waited for a rather long time, several people received their orders prior to us, though we were ahead of them. Our order was ready but missed, my soup was cold, but was replaced by a hot cup of soup. The food was quite tasty and a bit more than expected! My sandwich was on wheat berry bread and my wife's sandwich was on a croissant. We will certainly be back, I'd have easily given five stars save for the forgotten order and cold soup! read more

Cool new place making fast and delicious healthy meals. Egg salad was kind of bland though. FYI, The one vegetarian option is the egg salad scoop and If you are lactose intolerant the ONLY side you can get is chips, every single soup and side has dairy in it according to the "nutrition and allergens" page on the website. It seems like a huge missed opportunity to not have a vegan/vegetarian/dairy free "Chickpea Salad scoop" since it literally has the name CHICK in it lol. The chicken salad varieties I have had there were amazing. Hubby and I can share sandwich. The bread is fluffy and filled to the brim with the chicken salad. The plate comes with a delicious little cookie!!! I always get the same chicken salad and he always gets another kind but they're both great. Mine is the one with pickles and eggs. They had very good soup and the menu also shows that you can get a bowl or cup with crackers. (You can also get your chicken salad in a bowl with crackers. Earning go early that place fills up during the lunch hour! The staff is nice and accommodating! It's squeaky clean. Love it and a nice addition to the North Big Spring work places! read more

Just in time for lunch one of favorite places to eat in Collin county and we found one in Midland. OooRah! Everything was great; menu, service, funny quotes on bathrooms walls, etc. Interior decor was as same as other locations. And food tasted great of course. Never again will I come here. I waited over an hour for food and it was not even worth it. It did not look like they're low staff but for a sandwich to take over an hour is unacceptable.
