Today was horrible.... I come to this location a lot because it is close to my job and my kiddos ball park.... I will be making the drive to another location here on out. I was told to go to the inside lane so I did where they had 2 people only taking orders as the out side had about 4 about 15 cars got taken care of before I got to place my order on the other side of me. Then not only to top that off had a rude guy helping me. I was already mad that my lunch break time was ticking as is so i start saying my order with out hearing him he rudely gets loud and says NAME doesn't say sorry may I get you name please.... I've never had a bad experience with Chick-fil-A until today. First off, the person taking my order somehow didn't take my order with any accuracy at all. Getting to the drive thru window was a hassle. Other customers drove erratically and the employees at the window acted in such an unprofessional manner. When I was approaching the window with caution they gestured for me to hurry up with frustrated looks. It's not my fault that other staff were delivering the food in such a disorganized way. Each employee was in such a rush to deliver the food that they seemingly disregarded oncoming vehicles. I wasn't going to accidentally hit someone because of their own negligence. After this short and chaotic drive, I'm met with an incomplete and inaccurate order. The person that took my order somehow forgot a drink and disregarded any changes I wanted made to each meal. When I asked about the missing drink I was told to "renter the line if you want the drink." There was no way I was going to wait behind an even longer line than before to get a drink. We don't usually have issues here, up until about two months ago. New management perhaps, but every single trip we make, we get back home and there is an item missing. Literally every time. And every time my husband goes back up there to fix it, they never apologize. Today, they forgot soup. They were snarky at the front counter (he said it was the actual manager) and interrogated him like it was his fault. Was literally the best customer service experience up until a few months ago. I don't think I've ever written a review of a fast food restaurant before. But I was incredibly impressed! Coming at Noon on a Friday, you expect the drive-through line to be long. When it wraps around the building twice and out to the road, it can look intimidating. I would normally just go somewhere else, but I really wanted Chick-Fil-A. So I got in the line. And was blown away. They've thrown a lot of manpower and technology at the "problem", and it is a finely tuned machine. I quickly moved up in the line from the entrance to the point where the people exiting the drive-through and the people circling the building to get into the drive-through line meet. There was an employee there directing traffic, alternating between those entering the two drive-through lanes and those exiting. After rounding the corner, you're met by a team of employees (4, if I counted right!) with hand-held registers, taking people's orders. The line was steadily moving, so they would walk along-side the cars. If you're paying with a credit card, they run it right there. They tell you which other vehicle to follow when the lines merge. You quickly move past the regular drive-through menu boards and merge. Around another corner are the next employees. If you pay with cash, this is where you pay. Another employee is passing out everyone's printed receipts. Now you proceed around the last corner and there are employees passing out everyone's food. I counted three, plus I think some were being served through the drive-through window. After you get your food, you're back to the first employee, who quickly lets you through the outer line to the exit. Despite the huge drive-through line, I was back on the road with a bag full of incredible Chick-Fil-A food about 5 minutes after I pulled into the parking lot! I don't think I sat in any one spot for more than 10-15 seconds. It was almost continual motion. This was an incredibly streamlined, organized process that was very impressive to see and experience. This Chick-Fil-A has lightning-fast service. This is real "fast food" and the chicken and fries are great...fresh and hot. Your order is usually ready in less than 30 seconds after you pay. This review is for the Chick-Fil-A at the corner of Wall St and Andrews Hwy. near the hospital. The only negative about this location is that except at breakfast, every time I have gone to eat in it has been mad-house crowded. Getting a parking space, getting out of parking lot back to the main road and even finding a place to sit down and eat is often a challenge; this location is extremely popular. Sometimes I have seen kid's parties with clowns and such at supper time taking over the whole location. I don't like crowded atmospheres so unfortunately I think I will just go at breakfast time when I am in the area as it is a lot less crowded then. read more

I stopped here on my way home to grab lunch. I ordered the # 7 (grilled chicken club) with drink and fries. Im not a frequenter here because of the horrible lines, today there wasn't one so I stopped, I should have kept going. It was HORRIBLE!! The buns on my sandwich were rock hard, top & bottom! I vaguely remember eating it as I visited with my family at the lunch table and when lunch was over, I realized that the sandwich totally lacked in any kind of flavor what so ever!!! We all had the same thing to eat, but what a disappointment for me. I eat a fairly bland diet the rest of the week in order to watch salt, fat, carb, calorie, i.e. intake so when eating this sandwhich, it should have been a great tasting reward and it wasn't. The service stunk based upon the disregard for my time and order (Wall St / B-20) My prepaid app (mobile) order wasn't prepared and that was after I walked in and sat down. The order was also missing a sandwich that whoever was finalizing orders missed. The staff was highly disorganized. The drive-through service during the daytime is the best in Midland because it can take more orders than the kitchen can produce which is how it beats Rosa's Cafe. That efficiency and order accuracy is what I expect from the evening staff. The only disclaimer I can think of to correct this deteriorating service is changing the app to prompt the store to prepare the food once the payment is made. Currently, the app is designed to protect the establishment from waste. The food 'is' only paid for when you tap "I'm here". The only thing the company is 'losing' is time (spent preparing food that customers 'might' eat) and warmth. Again, the conflict in all of this is the order processing time. Which in my case is the (evening) store manager(s) fault for not turning over my 40 minutes until closing (mobile) order as fast as the 4-6 cars that passed through the drive-through before my order was ready for pick-up. Asking the customer what was on their order is the equivalent of dining-in or using the drive-through. This has happened multiple times with the same manager and I dismissed it out of grace but it keeps happening thus spawning this honest (review?). Side-note, what is the fast food industry's training for preparing E-Z (lite) ice? When you're overfilled it is impossible to empty out the ice without losing your drink. Also, how long are they expecting your non-water drink to last dormant? read more

I have never ever had a bad experience at a Chick Fil A, that is tough to accomplish. First off the food is one of a kind. Stay away from the wrap and the chicken sandwich on bread and you're good. Salads and regular sandwiches (#1-#4) are excellent. Fries are always hot. Tea and lemonade are some of the best. The biggest part of this place is the service. I'm not sure what they put in the water but every employee is friendly and eager to help you. The place is always clean even during the lunch rush.
