If you're complaining about the credit card fee this place is cash positive. Not everyone in the world has a credit card and if you don't want to pay it go get some cash. If Bob's Better Burger ever caught on fire it would burn for hundreds of thousands of years like Centralia PA because of the deliciousness that is trapped in the walls there.

As for the food amazing I would place this barbecue restaurant in my top 10 if not top five that I've tried. The pork was amazing without any sauce. The sausage was good, but the star of the plate was the hatch macaroni just the right amount of spice just the right amount of seasoning so good. The menu consisted of the regular you would expect from any BBQ place (a variety of meats, sandwiches, etc) but what makes them stand out are the more interesting dishes like Korean fusion dishes and stuff like that. I went with the basic half pound of brisket and slightly more adventurous brisket fried rice. The brisket was really good and juicy and paired well with the Pachuco's BBQ sauce, raw onions, and roasted chiles. The fried rice was really dry but still tasty. I will definitely visit again next time I find myself in Midland.
