Great experience and fast service! Opted for the bacon and egg breakfast burrito and it was more than hearty. Huge portion actually. Came super fast and those salsas that you can add to it cannot be beat. Also that flour tortilla? Definitely weren't the typical store bought brands we are all used to. First and last time here. Perhaps because of how Mexican breakfast is defined in Midland. Ordered a Chorizo egg and potato burrito. They tout their flour tortillas as homemade. That may be , but they're not good. No authenticity to them. The Chorizo in the egg was also lacking any info the flavorful characteristics that is true Mexican chorizo. Burritos are big, you get a lot of meat. My kids couldn't even eat half of one. Burritos are just meat and tortilla, she said you could add other things but no transparency in prices- even the menu has no prices. The wife and I came for breakfast while in Midland. We walked in and the line was to the door. They have menus in line while you wait. The service was fast and the atmosphere is excellent. Our order was taken pretty quick considering the number of people in front of us. The lady taking our order was patient and help since it was my first time here. Amy had the chicharron plate with eggs beans and potatoes I had the Chile verde con carne with eggs beans and potatoes con chorizo and we each had a tortilla. Our food came out fast and hot and exactly as we ordered. The surrounds are great and the people are really nice and helpful. Food was delicious and we will have to come back for lunch and give that a try but we will definitely eat breakfast here when we come to Midland. read more

The food is fresh and have zero complaints about it. Everything is made from scratch to order. I understand why the prices are what they are because of the size of the burritos. Outstanding breakfast burrito of egg, sausage and cheese. Our chips and queso (which is the best I've ever had) was outstanding! We were visiting from out of town and it was a recommended breakfast place from out host. The bean and cheese burrito was delightful and we will be back tomorrow for this deliciousness. I've read reviews about this place having the best queso and chili verde con carne. I was craving chile con queso, salsa and tortillas today. It's a meatless day so I tried a bean and cheese burrito and added pico de gallo. The delivery service didn't offer the full menu so I couldn't order flour tortillas. I asked but driver ignored. Ha!
