You order at the counter & all the meals are served in to go containers. There's no waitress service. It is self serve. It's a very clean restaurant. The food has just the right amount of heat to it--very tasty!! I had the sampler plate & it was delicious! The flour tortilla was HUGE!! My husband ordered the Chiliaquiles & he loved it! One of the best Mexican food in Midland. We ordered El Sampler, Chicken enchiladas, Carne Asada quesadilla, and Brisket Torta. The complimentary chips and salsa were delish!! The salsa had a kick and the flavoring was good! I couldn't stop eating it. But if you like it very spicy, ask for the red salsa! The sampler was okay in my opinion. The flavor was there but the meat was not tender. I came here for the Asado, and it didn't meet my expectation. But the flavor was good and the rice was yummy! The Chicken enchiladas were good! The server was very nice and let us try one red and two green enchiladas and I did like the green enchiladas more. Carne asada quesadilla was my favorite dish! It had a lot of flavor and was perfect! I would recommend this dish and will def be back for it. I'm not a brisket fan or Torta fan, but my friend liked this! I tried it and kudos for soft bread! This place is awesome!! The staff is super friendly and the food has been consistent every time I've been here. Reminds of South Texas breakfast. I always get the "Las Chee las Keelas" (I might be spelling that wrong". The sauces are unlike anything I've tasted. They are spicy, creamy and flavorful. The red sauce a little spicier than the green. But, the green is creamier. The tortilla slices are always crunchy so there's a spicy , creamy crunchy contrast going on in your mouth that's AMAZING. Excellent Breakfast! First off, parking can look weird, it's a converted gas station so it can be kind of chaotic, they have painted lines, just follow those . There is a counter with stools where you order, at first I thought this was mostly a take out spot, but then they invited me inside.. it has booths of different variety.. actually really cool. The food was very good! They serve breakfast and lunch and close at 2:00PM, so they are very focused on what they are doing. I had the Huevon Ranchero, this was unexpectedly delicious. The way they lightly fry the tortilla and turn it into a base for the eggs is wholly new and original to me. They toss out conventional thinking (tortilla strips) and bring a new take.. I applaud you. I was a bit surprised there was no salsa provided with the meal, but it comes with a proprietary salsa verde that is chunkier than most, and just the right amount of heat! If you added salsa.. you would ruin the dish... The waitresses were all very welcoming, fast and courteous. Also very pretty. You pay at the counter and don't wait for a check. Best breakfast burrito or taco (whateva you want to call it) I've had in a long time. I went with the supreme burrito and had it stuffed with eggs, carne asada, onions and cilantro. All of this for a little over $6 is a great deal. I'd expect it to cost around $10 at other places. It's a 10" burrito, so one should cut it unless if you're hungry, hungry. The flour tortilla is def homemade and has a nice semi-flaky crust around it. The salsa roja packs a punch and the salsa verde adds really good flavor. 10/10 would recommend read more

This was a recommendation from a client of ours to come and try this place. I had the sampler plate, it was fantastic. The sampler comes with Asado, Brisket, Chile Verde, rice, beans, and HOMEMADE FLOUR TORRTILLAS. The brisket by far was the best thing on the plate. It was juicy and very tender, the flavor was off the charts. The Chile Verde was spicy and very tasty. The Asado was ok, it didn't have a whole lot of flavor. The beans and rice were both really good. I will definitely be back again. I think next time I will probably get the brisket plate. read more

My mother and I had Gloria's plate which came with eggs, potatoes, beans, and a choice of either Carne Guisada, Asado, or Asaderello. I chose the Asado, my mother, the Guisada and I included some breakfast burritos two chorizos and potato with eggs and sausage, potato, and eggs. The burritos tasted as if they had been sitting a little stale but Gloria's plates were on point and for that reason, I look forward to a return visit. My mother loved it! read more

We tried the breakfast plate with chile verde. Oh.My.Gosh.....just enough spicyness to taste wonderful without killing your taste buds. The eggs, beans and potatoes were cooked to perfection. The salsas are so good. The green is tasty, but the red is extra spicy....so be careful if you can't handle the heat. So, run, don't walk to this amazing restaurant!
