I was really excited to finally try this place since everyone raves about it but it didn't live up to the hype for me. We got "The Homer Simpson" and El Jefe with an upgraded buffalo fries on one of them. The Homer Simpson didn't have a lot of flavor. We barely got any barbecue sauce. The burger had no seasoning to it. It just tasted like hamburger meat. The El Jefe had no jalapeño on it. It tasted just like cream cheese which would have been fine if it was seasoned. Again, the burger tasted like hamburger meat. No flavor to it. The buffalo fries are just frozen fries with cut up chicken tenders with sauce on top. My husband and I both agreed it was fine but there are other places with better burgers in town. read more

We stopped into this cute little diner while passing through Midland on a road trip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The interior has a whimsical, but edgy feel with chandeliers and picnic tables, but also graffiti art.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The food was very affordable and portions were more than ample. The burgers (dubbed sliders, but closer to a small child's burger in size) were tender and flavorful. The fries were fresh cut. I really enjoyed the spicy ketchup, and if ranch is for you, you can get fries "all the way" with cilantro ranch and spicy ketchup, a combination my husband enjoyed. Though this place is not exactly curbside (being off the beaten path a bit), it was definitely worth the trip! read more

Go to Midland often for Soccer and wanted to try a new place. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We got there and loved the chill atmosphere and menu looked great.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordered drinks and food and was good drinks. We sat and had drinks with friends and had a $200 tab with food and drinks (drinks are pricey) and an hour before close we went to get one last drink and were told by Delaney (manager) that they were slow and they were closing early so she could give us anything in the bottle but was not going to make mixed drinks anymore. The food was good and we were having a nice time to be told because they were slow we couldn't get anymore drinks was crazy especially since we spent $150 on 3 drinks and one round of shots for our friends. But yet they were still letting people come in and order food and sit down. We were not loud, drunk, rude nothing- and now I have another charge on my card from them for a different amount for $152! read more

My family went to Curb Side Bistro for lunch. It was a total disappointment! First, the menu is confusing. Descriptions are not clear. Second, food was substandard. Fries were soggy and unsalted. The "special" fries were nothing special. The spicey ketchup had no spice. Sliders were just OK. My grandson's chicken sliders were inedible, rubbery and poor flavor. Also, tea was very strange. Third, service was substandard. When I asked for a to-go box, even though the food was lacking, the waitress told me where to find them. She did not get the to go box for me. ( I took home the fries to try and revive them in my air frier.) Finally, the bill with tip was over $65.00. Not worth it. I cannot recommend Curb Side Bistro. Hot chick is delicious. Can't go wrong with Buffalo fries or swine Devine fries depending on your particular taste. Always quick, only downside is they make you pay over the phone for call in pick up orders. Lovely atmosphere with great lighting and beautiful art. Only downside is a bit pricey but it's worth it! I might be a little prejudiced. We've eaten the Chef's cooking since he started in a food truck. We live in Midland and try to get over to Odessa as often as we can to eat at his location there. When we heard he was going to open a shop here, we were ecstatic! This was our first and definitely not our last. We came in between lunch and dinner to be able to get a feel for the establishment. Again, we were not disappointed! We were greeted with a warm smile and suggestions. We sat near the bar, and the batista was just as friendly, offering suggestions on what would pair well with our meals. My wife ordered the cob salad. It was a full meal, and surprisingly, a unique flavor that will please anyone looking for a low calorie option. I did a 1/2 order of Swine Devine Fries. I'm so glad I didn't get the full order. The 1/2 was HUGE. Had I received the full order, I wouldn't have been able to walk back to my car! We are very pleased with having the Curb Side Bistro in Midland. The flavor is exceptional. I've tried almost every slider and every time I have a new favorite. The presentation is beautiful. Staff is always friendly. The first time I went I was telling my friends that the ingredients don't sound like they go together, but everything meshed perfectly. The creativity is off the charts. Then, my friend informed me the owner is a professional chef that won a cooking show. It all made perfect sense and the food totally reflects that.
