This place needs to be studied at Harvard. For WORST customer service ever. I mean it was terrible, I'm talking HORRIBLE!! Let me start by saying.... If you truly hate your job, just leave, stop being rude to people, stop being mean and spiteful to PAYING customers because you hate your job. So I go and get the 3 piece mix and as I pull up the lady taking my order looked like she had seen the person she hated most in the world. I say "how are you" and she responds "What do you want?" Off rip I'm about respect so to keep myself grounded I just took a deep breath and said "I hope your good" and proceeded to order then she says " what do you want to drink" in the most rude and angry tone. And I say "sweet tea" didn't ask me about a side but luckily for them I'm okay with fries and I grew up with nothing so I'll eat what's put in front of me, I get home and the fries tasted like they had been cooked last Monday and they gave me one big thigh and two malnourished wings. I just paid $13 for this ?!?? I ate it but when I went to take a sip of the sweet tea it tasted like freaking mint!! It was so weird! When the lady handed me my food she put the bag in my truck window and dropped it. At this point it was taking everything in me not to just blow my lid for the blatant disrespect. Bush's chicken is by far my favorite chicken place in town but here recently I have been disappointed to find that even arriving 30 mins before close they have shut down for the night. This has happened several times now. If you don't close for 30 more mins then you stay open. read more

Bush's Chicken, before Golden Chick and Chicken Express, was the only place to get chicken tenders in Midland and considered a classic. This particular location has a really good drive through set up. Multi-lane with runners. A weird thing happened. While ordering I asked for 2 drinks easy ice. The runner confirmed "on both drinks" and I said yes. I was surprised when he brought 3. Not that big of deal ended up giving the extra to my niece. I get home which is down the street fries are cold. Alright fine I wish they were hot but maybe my box was sitting awhile before it got to me. When it came time to have a Bush's tasty and famous buttered roll. There was none. You can charge me extra for a drink and give me cold fries, but you don't mess with a persons rolls. The tenders were good and the gravy was about average. But hey, maybe another time would be better. read more

Best sweet tea ever! Fast and friendly service! The only thing I did not like was that I ordered coleslaw and they put okra in my box. I didn't find out until I reached home. Other then that I liked my food and would go back because of the sweet tea. This southerner must have her sweet tea...lol! read more

I normally LOVE Bush's and the ones in Odessa are great but this one and only one in Midland is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! Chicken was undercooked, zero flavor, service was extremely slow and the worker was rude. Won't be going back. Would rather drive to Odessa. read more

Good chicken strips and fries. Nothing exceptional. Just comfort food. Everything was hot and fresh.

I love the bushs in my old town but not sure if I'm gonna stop by here again. I guess the super mercado next door is releasing a nasty fishy smell in the drive thru. Plus the "shift leader" I got made me drive closer cause it's too sunny and she has an eye problem...like seriously it's texas. Find someone else to run the dive thru then. The food was ok. The tea though was nasty and tasted like it hadn't been made with RO water. The guy who waited on us seemed like he'd rather be somewhere else and was very short and snippy with us. This place has gone downhill HARD. It used to be the only good chicken place in Midland and now it is absolutely terrible. The service is awful, the staff is always yelling at each other and it takes them forever to acknowledge customers. The food is just as bad - cold, rubbery chicken with little flavor. This location recently had a remodel that was desperately needed. I have been going here for years because it's one of the only fried chicken places in Midland. I've been to many Bush's around Texas, and this location is sad compared to the others. This doesn't stop me from going here every chance I get. They have the best sweet tea ever. Serendipity seasoning is a must. The mashed potatoes are a little dry, but the chicken is always fresh and crispy. Corn nuggets are seriously underrated. This location used to have really bad service, but they have definitely upgraded their service. read more

The chicken strips here are better than Church's and Kentucky fried chicken. The service is better than those palces any day. You want to experince bad service go to any of Church's chiken especially the one off Big Spring. read more

I placed an order through the drive thru for chicken tenders with 3 extra tenders and a gizzard/liver mix plate. When I got home I discovered my 3 extra tenders missing and my gizzard/liver plate completely burnt. It was inedible. Very disappointed. read more
