The burger was cold and dry and flavorless. The bun was dry and fell apart. The brisket they gave me was some huge 2in hunk of meat that tasted like pot roast and came with lots of inedible gristle. Ribs were pretty good. Jalapeno Cheese Sausage was fantastic. Potato Salad pretty basic. Cheesy Corn was pretty good. Very good BBQ for Midland, pretty mid for Texas.

You have to use the sauce to add flavor and I normally don't eat barbecue sauce. I'm glad I did order the spicy barbecue sauce because it was the best thing that they sent. The pinto beans did not have any flavor and they were cold. The coleslaw was. I can't even explain the taste but not like normal. Outside of the barbecue sauce being the best was the packaging.
