I visited this location to receive 10 free boneless wings in celebration of Veterans' Day. I was told by the manager on duty that I could not get these wings for take-out, even though a young lady I had spoken to 5 minutes earlier over the phone had expressly revealed to me and my hungry self that I could walk in, order my food, and carry it out. The details on the internet and their website confirm the same information. The manager told me he had to call the district manager and get his permission to allow me to take 10 boneless wings out the door in a take-out container. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Our service was exceptional, but the physical plant is a dump. I have never eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings in such disrepair. I believe our food came fresh out of old, frying oil based on the flavor. Excluding staff, four customers sat in the dining area, and the music drowned out everyday conversation. Our waiter deserved five stars, but the rest of the experience got zero stars. The bartender was on her phone most of the time and the drinks tasted like they had no alcohol in them. We witnessed a server come up to the bar, take a chapstick out of her bra, put the chapstick on, put it back in her bra and then rub it in on her lips with her finger and head back out to a table. Honestly I've never had a bad experience at BWW until tonight. The food was cold, the size of the side Caesar for the price was inconsiderate and had me wondering if they just threw it together, and the chicken strips tasted like rubber or if they weren't cooked thoroughly. It came out so fast it's like it was just sitting back there waiting for the next person to order it because of a mess up or something. The only thing worth eating was the fries. To top it off the male server was extremely dry, told me the grilled tenders were nasty and to not order them and did not come back to check on me at all. Very inattentive and made me feel as if he hated his job due to the lack of everything that a server is supposed to be. We had the most awful experience here. Waited 15 to 20 minutes just to be served before we had to ask a manger if we could finally be helped. We were brought the wrong beer multiple times. Then on top of that an employee who was not our waitress brought our beer an argued with us, then proceeded to involve multiple staff members about how we were wrong and tried to argue with us after we already told him it wasn't a big deal. I totally wish I could give this place zero stars. Bella was our waitress. FINALLY. On e she finally took our order for our drinks and appetizer, she completely disappeared. She randomly reappeared beside the bar in the back side of the corner. Sitting there hopelessly, just staring at us and checking her phone. After about 15 mins, we finally got our drinks. We had to catch the bartender as she walked by our table to ask her to check on our appetizer. It had now been 20 mins. Her answer was she'd let our waitress know. About 30 mins into sitting down, we finally get the cold appetizer. Then she comes over to take our order while my fiance stepped out to smoke. Thank goodness I knew what he wanted to order or we would have been sitting there for another 20 mins. Our food finally got to us 40 mins into sitting there. We ran out of drinks twice. We had to ask the bartender to get these for us. However, she left them at the bar for our waitress to bring to us. Making the wrong drinks for both of us once. The drinks were barely 1/4 of the glass. Poor service, dirty floors and tables. Snappy waitresses all over while we were there (witnessed one raising her voice at a table of six). We have this place three chances to get it right. I don't like giving bad reviews, that's why three chances were given. Each trip was worse than the first. This place is horrible!! We asked for refills, lemons and ranch several times. But, that wasn't the worst part of the experience. There were 3 tables next to us, seated for over 25 minutes with NO service. One table stopped a waiter, he spoke to them and walked off, never to return. I called the front and informed them of what was happening, another 10 minutes and nothing. I stopped a waitress and she finally took care of 2 of the tables, the other table left. As I was leaving, there was ANOTHER table with no service, I stopped at the front (in front of a few people) and informed them that there was another table that still hadn't gotten service.
