Nasty, Nasty, Nasty. Gross looking, food, lazy incompetent wait staff. I went to use the bathroom and was informed I would have to use the stinky out house out side. Why is this place even Open ? read more

I visited this location to receive 10 free boneless wings in celebration of Veterans' Day. I was told by the manager on duty that I could not get these wings for take-out, even though a young lady I had spoken to 5 minutes earlier over the phone had expressly revealed to me and my hungry self that I could walk in, order my food, and carry it out. The details on the internet and their website confirm the same information. The manager told me he had to call the district manager and get his permission to allow me to take 10 boneless wings out the door in a take-out container. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. These franchises need to follow the corporate's example when honoring veterans, or I pray every veteran under the sound of my words cease coming to the BWW in Midland, TX. Reinventing the wheel over 10 boneless wings? Please STOP it!!!! read more

Worst BWW ever. Awful food and service. Close this place down. It's god awful and they should be ashamed. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Terrible service. This place needs to be shut down. How corporate allows this exist is beside me. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Midland, Texas

Our service was exceptional, but the physical plant is a dump. I have never eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings in such disrepair. I believe our food came fresh out of old, frying oil based on the flavor. Excluding staff, four customers sat in the dining area, and the music drowned out everyday conversation. Our waiter deserved five stars, but the rest of the experience got zero stars. I cannnot imagine this place remaining open without extensive improvements. The franchise owner should be embarrassed. read more

Worst BWW I have ever been in. Our server was great, but everything else was terrible. Our food came out cold and like it had been sitting there all day. The bartender was on her phone most of the time and the drinks tasted like they had no alcohol in them. We witnessed a server come up to the bar, take a chapstick out of her bra, put the chapstick on, put it back in her bra and then rub it in on her lips with her finger and head back out to a table. Will not be going back here. read more

Biggest hell hole in Midland. Horrible service all the time, filthy dirty place and you will wait forever for the worst wings ever. Definitely not the normal BWW because it's been this way for years. Stay away until they get a new owner. read more

Great service and great food. Had a chance to watch several college football games. Staff was very attentive and got order perfectly. Love Those hamburgers read more

The WORST service I've ever received. Waited for our food for an hour and a half. Didn't get a drink refill the entire time. Trash all over the floor and dozens of tables with uneaten food still sitting on them. Our waitress barely spoke English. Piss all over the floor in the bathrooms and the locks were broken on both stalls. Worst Bdubs in the nation by far. read more

Terrible service lady just throws the to go boxes at you and kept rolling her eyes when we would ask for more ranch terrible attitude

This place has gone down hill. The menus was sticky and dirty, the chair was wobbly and I felt like it was going to break. The trio appetizer was 1/3rd good with the queso but the hot sauce and guacamole was horrible. Tasted frozen and the guacamole was hard and the hot sauce only tasted like tomato's. Only half of the wings had the seasoning requested. It was a red flag only 5 other people were eating there for lunch on a Friday. read more

To spicy dont get the garlic parm it is disgusting. It has the worst food honestly the onlything good is the fries and thats sad.

The food is good!! Order on app basically get free six wings and then the lunch special is like $11 for fries drink and six wings so 12 wings fries and drink for only $11 now that's a deal!! read more

Food is always great. Service from the lady's is great. Too many negative comments, I love them!

Honestly I've never had a bad experience at BWW until tonight. The food was cold, the size of the side Caesar for the price was inconsiderate and had me wondering if they just threw it together, and the chicken strips tasted like rubber or if they weren't cooked thoroughly. It came out so fast it's like it was just sitting back there waiting for the next person to order it because of a mess up or something. The only thing worth eating was the fries. To top it off the male server was extremely dry, told me the grilled tenders were nasty and to not order them and did not come back to check on me at all. Very inattentive and made me feel as if he hated his job due to the lack of everything that a server is supposed to be. The atmosphere was nice because of the music but that's about the only nice thing I have to say. I will not be revisiting this location. read more

Music was so loud the server couldn't hear my order, had to scream it to her. Several employees just standing around. Took too long to get drinks. Then too long to place our order. Dry rub wings came out seasoned on one side . Then had to flag down another server to pay my tab. I guess all the good employees are in the oil field. Won't be back. I almost never leave negative reviews. Should have read the reviews before eating here, but it was close to the hotel and it was late. Just passing thru w/limited choices at 11 pm. read more

I have seen people leave bad reviews for this location. They are wrong. I have recently became a regular. Service is great. Food is quality. The bar tender Angel is on Top of Her Game. They have UFC Fights every month. This place is Great. Glad they are here. Thanks guys! read more

Tatiyana was my husband's server she got his whole order wrong. She charged him 2 sides that he replaced cause she got them wrong, so he technically payed for 4 sides. $37 for just him is crazy. Food took a while to come out. Also he came home and threw it all up. The food was not good, and the service was not good. read more

Lack of cleanliness overall on a Saturday night. Floors looked dirty. Restrooms were filthy. Menus were being reused from party to party without sanitizing first (or so it appeared.) Food was so so. Smaller portion sizes on their sandwiches than what I'm used to from BWWs in other cities. Fries tasted as if reheated from the day before. Could have been an off night, but I probably won't return. Our waitress was okay, nothing bad really. But one could tell that the staff in general seemed tired/unenthusiastic of the place. It was a busy night. read more

DON'T DO IT...just don't do it. Just skip this spot and hit wing stop for food. Come here for beers but not for service. Orders get lost in the sauce...waiters vanish. It's almost comically bad. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - The food that never came - Chicken Wings Near Me - Midland, Texas

We had the most awful experience here. Waited 15 to 20 minutes just to be served before we had to ask a manger if we could finally be helped. We were brought the wrong beer multiple times. Then on top of that an employee who was not our waitress brought our beer an argued with us, then proceeded to involve multiple staff members about how we were wrong and tried to argue with us after we already told him it wasn't a big deal. Proceeded to stick his nose in my beer to smell it and tell me I'm absolutely wrong about the drink I only drink. I could tell just by the color it wasn't the beer I asked for. Worst service and experience of my life. We will not be coming back. read more

I totally wish I could give this place zero stars. Bella was our waitress. FINALLY. On e she finally took our order for our drinks and appetizer, she completely disappeared. She randomly reappeared beside the bar in the back side of the corner. Sitting there hopelessly, just staring at us and checking her phone. After about 15 mins, we finally got our drinks. We had to catch the bartender as she walked by our table to ask her to check on our appetizer. It had now been 20 mins. Her answer was she'd let our waitress know. About 30 mins into sitting down, we finally get the cold appetizer. Then she comes over to take our order while my fiance stepped out to smoke. Thank goodness I knew what he wanted to order or we would have been sitting there for another 20 mins. Our food finally got to us 40 mins into sitting there. We ran out of drinks twice. We had to ask the bartender to get these for us. However, she left them at the bar for our waitress to bring to us. Making the wrong drinks for both of us once. The drinks were barely 1/4 of the glass. Poor service, dirty floors and tables. Snappy waitresses all over while we were there (witnessed one raising her voice at a table of six). We have this place three chances to get it right. I don't like giving bad reviews, that's why three chances were given. Each trip was worse than the first. This place is horrible!! Celery looked like it had been left out for days and was brown. Do NOT recommend this place. At all. Everyone was having to get up and find a server to refill drinks. read more

This is the only time I have ever been to a restaurant where the waitress walks up to the table with a mouth full of food. I mean so stuffed that she couldn't even greet us. Sat there for about 30 seconds smacking down her food and then began talking with food still in her mouth. You could really tell she did not give a care in the world about it either. Ordered two items which were completely wrong. No care to correct the problem either. All the tables and restaurant were dirty and floors were trashed. read more

Can you leave less than a 1 star review? Unfortunately we can't. My sister and I were here tonight. Our waitress, Skylar couldn't be bothered to do her job. We asked for refills, lemons and ranch several times. But, that wasn't the worst part of the experience. There were 3 tables next to us, seated for over 25 minutes with NO service. One table stopped a waiter, he spoke to them and walked off, never to return. I called the front and informed them of what was happening, another 10 minutes and nothing. I stopped a waitress and she finally took care of 2 of the tables, the other table left. As I was leaving, there was ANOTHER table with no service, I stopped at the front (in front of a few people) and informed them that there was another table that still hadn't gotten service. I usually enjoy coming here, but I think it will be a while before I return. At least until they can get employees who can take their job seriously and actually do it. read more

Honestly I don't leave reviews often but this place is a carnival of tweakers and drunks. Worst service I've ever had every time I go. I wanna give this place the benefit of the doubt but man it's hard. The waitresses are definitely on pills, zombies that have no idea what they're doing. Waiters reeking of booz and pot. It's one of the only places that has ufc fights so that's good but man do I dread going. One time me and my 6 month pregnant girlfriend were seated outside which was no issue until 2 waiters started smoking right next to us right as we got our food. As we sat there eating, our conversation was drowned out by their chain smoking banter. It was awful. It's always awful. No cap. read more

Ordered 2 (15 count) boneless BBQ wings. They said it would be 10 minutes to be done, it was close to 40 minutes to be done. When we got home and opened our order, it was not honey BBQ, it was probably the Caribbean Jerk... It's the middle of a pandemic, they are not busy. How does it take so long? How did they get the order wrong? We even tipped pretty biggly when we paid on the phone! This is on par for this location. We will be going to Odessa from now on read more

Don't order online and prepay. Apparently, they're always late with orders and the order is always screwed up. It just happened to me. I ordered a small order for one online at 7pm. It said the order would be ready at 7:30pm. It wasn't. I waited until 8pm and the location wasn't even busy. When I finally received my order, it was incorrect. By this time I was really perturbed and just wanted my money back. The manager refused to refund my money so I was forced to take the order that was incorrect and that I no longer wanted. Why? And who will go in there and fix this place? Anyone from corporate? No, I doubt it. Nobody cares. So, I won't go here again. read more

Set for 25 minutes with several waitresses walking right past me! No service. Got up and left. worst BWW I have ever been too!

We came in and it had open seating on the sign. We sat in booth for about 20 minutes without being acknowledged we then moved to the bar area thinking we would get some service. We were left sitting waiting for someone to come to our table for about another 20 minutes. So I then approached the bartender and asked did we have to come to her to place our orders she stated "she's the only one and when they get caught up they will get to us." We then have waitress say she will be with us and never came back to our table. Finally a waitress comes to our table and takes our order. Tables are dirty people are just sitting down and moving it to the next table. We then see our waitress taking shots with the men at the table next to us!! We finally got our food and everything tasted so salty! We will definitely not EVER come back here! read more
