Been a while since I've been here. I forgot the service is great and so are the sandwiches. I normally go to Jersey mikes but upon placing a good catering order I was just hung up on. So I called Jimmy John's. They took my order with patience and gave me even better recommendations for the amount of food I was going to feed a group of hungry guys. I picked up the food shortly after and the packaging was awesome. Very durable for the mini road trip I had ahead to deliver the goods. Worst customer service I have EVER seen!! While on my lunch break, a group of teenagers walked in. I assume one of the kids grabbed the wrong order and I watched as he returned the sandwich and apologize, however the employee raised her voice at him and accused him of stealing. He continued to apologize and offered to pay for the order but the employee told him he " is not welcome here" and kicked the young man out. Following the incident, many customers and I left the location in complete shock. This should absolutely not go unnoticed. read more

We went in to get two sandwiches and once in they informed us they have enough bread for 2, if we any wheat but Italian was baking and it would be 10 minutes so we decided to wait, we ordered $40 for two sandwiches with chips and a drink. Once the 10 was up they got bread out and said it would be another 20 because thy can't use warm bread to make sandwiches because we would sue them for burning ourselves. We asked if we could go ahead and have slight warm bread after waiting 10 minutes which they responded "we can try and get to it" they didn't. We asked for a refund after they took 5 minutes to open a jar which took 3 of them to do so. They were mad I asked for a refund and was really rude but after 30 minutes of waiting on them I was just ready to go home. I also asked for a card for a manager which she rolled her eyes and said call tomorrow to tell Kelly. I highly suggest McAlisters in the same parking lot, they rocked it and were so kind to us and cost less! Chico got our order and was so sweet! read more

Sooooooo glad this Jimmy John's had a drive thru! Didn't want to un-load and then re-load 3 kids in/out of the car! I have only had Jimmy John's once before so I'm not used to their menu/ordering style/etc etc. Ordered a GIANT sandwich (to feed myself and 3 kids). Started by saying "On half..." and she cut me off saying they don't do 1/2 and 1/2. Alright. (I was going to say just Ham & Cheese... nothing else on 1/2.) So I planned to just order the whole thing with veggies and then scrape them off at home. But then after a long pause, she said they would allow me to do 1/2 and 1/2 but mentioned that they usually don't do it. Regardless, the sandwich was tasty. Food was delivered in a timely manner however, after marking online that i would be paying with cash, the driver did not bring much change. He only managed to bring 20 dollar bills for change on a 100 dollar bill, forcing me to leave a very large tip. Having been in delivery myself, I find that unacceptable. I will not order again unless I am in position of exact change or paying with a credit card. I will not be tipping any driver for the time being to cover the cost. read more

Mmm!! I LOVE the beach club on 9 grain bread... used to be 7 grain... but now 9! Not only was the sandwich made freaky fast, but it was also freaky delicious too!!! Comparable to wal.mart subs. This is an extremely generic shop. Nothing suggests quality meats, the bread is cold and averarge, and the variations are negligible. I went to wal mart a few days later, and those.sll sandwiches ook to be of the same quality. read more

Today was my 2nd visit to this location. Both times service was not very friendly. I ordered no onions on my sandwich. There weren't onions but also no tomatoes? What the heck? That's the best part of the sandwich! The guy making the sandwiches was grumpy and acted cocky so I guess he wasn't listening to what I actually ordered. I also purchased a gift card but did not get an activation receipt for it. I asked about it and was told it's on my regular receipt. I'm not giving my receipt for my sandwich to the recipient!!! There are so many other sandwich options, guess I'll go elsewhere. read more

This is probably my favorite fast food spot in Midland as long as you go in and not thru drive thru. Going in garantees basically that you will have your sandwich in hand and out the door in 5 minutes and that can be even 2-3 sandwiches an order and they get you out the door quickly! In an oil field based town where lunch is frantic somedays and housewives are lucky to be taken to lunch if not ask to pick up lunch they are so consistient I picked them on his birthday and they got it perfect no veg lite mayo and lite peppers and would get 5 stars if drive thru ran as fast as in door service and parking lot is not made for a parking trucks at lunch which is what your clientel anywhere in Midland drives, or housewives in highend large SUVs. I hate parking there which is why I have no clue if the nail salon next door is any good, but have always thought if nail salon and lunch could be merged into a lunch hour this place would be amazing so a better parking lot and drive thru would make this an easy 5 star pick. But as far as clean, quick, quality customer service in a franchise this is one of the best! Love them, parking makes them 4 star, not their quality! read more

Sii have been eating there allot lately but today was absolutely grossed out. First while my sandwich was being maid the guy putting mayonnaise on the bread pitcher a tantrum because there was mayo on the handle. He stomped away and when returned never put the salt/vinegar on the sandwich (crybaby) then while waiting for the sandwich to be finished the GROSS part happened. The lady working the window 2 feet from the sandwich maker was yawning not covering her mouth, then coughed on the back of the sandwich maker with no attempt nor concern to cover her mouth. I advised him of what gad happened behind him. If her parents never taught her to cover her mouth then the management should teach the eticate and manners. We are in a time where a coronavirus is spreading which should alert the owner to teach employees caution and manners. I will still buy sandwiches there but hope the manners and food safety improves read more
