Man, now this is a hidden gem for lunch! We got here around 1:30 (not too busy), it was our first time visiting and was greeted promptly and sat immediately. Since I'm picky and my friend is vegan, we decided on their Hot & Cold Lunch special for $20 - best decision! Everything was pretty good and their lavender drinks are soooo refreshing!! We agreed we will def be back! Huge shout out to Jackie for taking great care of us and double checking with the kitchen on certain items, we really appreciated it!

Everyone was so helpful and nice. They made sure to check on us during our experience. The only reason that I didnt give a 5/5 is because some of the food wasnt labeled to show meat was included. As I was putting some of the brussel sprout medley on my plate, I noticed bacon in the mix. I haven't eaten meat in almost 13 years. Had it been labeled, I wouldn't have grabbed it. Other than that, everything was great. I'd definitely go back. (I forgot to check in)

Stopped in for a lunch with the family. It was also an early birthday celebration for my son. We certainly enjoyed the meal and different food offerings. I like that you can pick and choose which meats to try as they are brought around. My son got an old fashioned but wasnt impressed and said hes had better. The food however was delicious. I enjoyed quite a few of the cold offerings and the bacon was a hit with a few of us as well. Price is fair considering what all you get. I definitely recommend getting your fill on the meat before samplibgvthe hot and cold offerings otherwise you'll be too full too fast!

This was my 1st time experiencing a Brazilian restaurant! It was so much fun! The entire staff is so accommodating and really made me feel so welcome. The food was all really delicious too. The temperature of the meats that came out were perfect. I was at 1st overwhelmed because there is so much happening but I very much appreciate the abilit to pace the food too! It was busy but the service didnt skil a beat, it was a great experience and I'll def be back and would recommend to give them a try if you're on the fence!

Came for our anniversary and it was fantastic! What a beautiful place to celebrate a special event. Our server's name was Miguel and he explained how the full experience worked and was very attentive to us. There was so much food, and it's good quality food. Let me tell you, the salmon was the best I've ever had. Grilled and seasoned perfectly with a mango sauce! The bathrooms were freezing cold including the water to handwash in the sink. The restaurant is nicely decorated, simple and elegant. The food is quality and plentiful- you can eat as much or as little as you want. I try to take little bites of everything so I can experience as many tastes as possible before getting too full. The full experience is more expensive but includes all the delicious flame grilled meats that your heart desires.. and your stomach can hold. The hot and cold salad bar is less expensive but there are so many options from smoked salmon to soup and salads and fruit and cheese. They had this potatoes and parmesan soup that blew me away! They had rice, beens, and a wide variety of salads like chicken salad and tabouli. If your vegan, there is plenty for you as well. Side note, like this location, I'm glad I did not have to got downtown and struggle and worry about parking!

I have been wanting to try this new north side restaurant and for some friends to go with me. From the minute you walk I. You realize this was totally done and well appointed the decor is great and the staff is wonderful. We sat at the bar first and they have a great bar staff and selection is up there either other high end restaurants. We then mi ed to a table and once again we wanted for nothing and the service was impeccable. The food started as your typical Brazilian steakhouse. OMG , everything was amazing. All the meats were cooked to perfection. The salad bar also is above and beyond. The value here is also IMHO an amazing value @$62 pp for unlimited superlative food. I cannot wait to go back!! BTW I Normally do t eat dessert at a Brazilian since there is so much food but we were cell a birthday so we indulged. Both desserts were awesome and reasonably priced too.

3 out of 4 of our family were Brazilian first timers. We are talking the cuisine not the wax! Har har. Came here as requested for my son's 14th bday. We loved this restaurant, plain and simple. The hot and cold bar was overwhelming in a good way. Choices upon choices: salads, cheeses, fruits, bisque, the most delicious maple bacon, shrimp, cake with chantilly lace banana cream...the list goes on and on. Kids price is half off which was nice. My youngest tried so many new foods. The fried cheese with honey was a hit as was the grilled pineapple. I had salmon, drumsticks and plenty from the hot and cold bar. My other three got all meat. Service was impeccable. Our server Kyle checked on us frequently and asked if there was meat that we had not seen come around yet that we wanted to try. Loved the service. All of the table side food servers were courteous and helpful. It was busy for a Sunday night but not busy where it's overwhelming and overstimulating. Perfect vibe for a Sunday night. The beautiful Christmas tree was a pretty sight upon entering. The restaurant comped our bday dessert: coconut brownie like cake with ice cream. Heaven if you like coconut. 10/10! Will definitely eat here again.

This was a great experience actually we ended up coming here after our original reservation for Valentine's Day was a flop. We found this reservation last minute and they were able to get us in with no problem even though they were jam-packed. Once we arrived we were seated in less than 15 minutes. This is my second time trying a Brazilian style restaurant, but this one is actually good. I didn't care for the first one. All the meat was very fresh and drinks were good. They kept the buffet stocked and they walked around plenty of times so there was no way you could miss something. To have such a huge crown on Valentine's Day can still keep everyone's table in order. I was very impressed and I will be visiting again.

We came here for my birthday dinner and it was so fun! Our server was awesome. So great to talk to, had good reccs, and very knowledgeable on the restaurant and food selections. We were STUFFED by the time we left. The food and meats were incredible and cooked to perfection. A couple of times we were overwhelmed with the selection going around. Definitely recommend for a fun night out, date, or birthday.

Came by for a business meal with a client on a weekday night and wasn't that impressed by the meats. Service was hit or miss as I had to request chimichurri several times before a server brought it. The salad bar was very above average with many choices of salad, cold cuts, cheese, and candied bacon. The meats were either too rare or more on the medium side. But regardless of whether it was rare or medium, none of the meat was that tender and many of the meats were overly salty. I did enjoy the grilled pineapple and the fried cheese with honey which are more unique items not available at all Brazilian bbq restaurants. I saw that there were pictures of beef ribs and pork ribs, but didn't see it served at all in the 2 hours I was at the restaurant. Overall I expected the meats to be cooked better and thought the overall experience was just okay.

My beautiful wife took me tonight for a belated birthday dinner. She made reservations months ago but was nervous as the last experience we had at a Brazilian steakhouse was HORRIBLE ( FdC) a few years ago. She had good things about Terra Gaucho though so we gave it a try. First thing is the place is hopping. Don't even think about getting in on a weekend night without a reservation! Everything was OUTSTANDING! Our server Lindsey although having a busy section was on top of everything. The hot & cold table had a lot of fresh, great options & the meat at the table was uniformly cooked well. Is it a bit pricey yep but you get what you pay for & it's a good value. We highly recommend it for special occasions! Plus due to it being a birthday dinner we got a free dessert to take home! We will be back!

We were seated pretty quickly however it took quite a while to get somebody to come back to us to order. It was a very inviting spot very packed, bright cheerful colors throughout. When we finally got a waiter, he was amazing and took care of us very well. My daughter asked for specifically medium on all of her meats and she could never get one all of the meat she would serve was medium rare which is what I like finally that was taken care of, and she was served . The salad bar was delicious and had a variety of things on it. I was disappointed that there was no cheese bread we were going to order the devour menu, but we're told that if we ordered that we would not get any beef or lamb or pork so we went with the higher priced option. Although the meat was good. I don't believe that I would go here again for the price I spent over $80. I think it's heyday Fogo de Chão is better however, I haven't been there in a while so I'm not sure if it still as good as I remember if you are really hungry I would definitely go here.

Wow!! Ok so I am not a huge fan of the Brazilian steak houses but I was blown away!! I was invited out to try this with a friend and it was phenomenal. We went right about 4:30 on a Saturday and there was no wait. I could see there being a wait in the future as the space is not huge but not small either. The staff is the best I've come accross in a long time. Everyone works well together and all in sync. You can stop anyone walking by and they were all super nice. Customer service is top tier!! The food is phenomenal. The meat quality is superb and well seasoned and full of flavor! I can't find one critique for this place. I would like to see the salad bar with the options labeled. Some of the stuff I had no idea what it was. Nevertheless, it's tasty just would like to know what some dishes that I am unfamiliar with are called. This is a great location and parking is not an issue. I wish this business much success and longevity!! Can't wait to go back!

The place itself is actually classy and well-decorated inside with rich wood and leather textures. The unobtrusive Brazilian music sets a nice thematic tone inside. Other reviewer report super fast food times but our experience was much slower as it seemed they made everything to order although it was admittedly pretty empty when we went so I doubt they were churning out large batches of stuff. Food: We got the Beef Chimichurri fries and Ultimate Brazilian Sandwich and enjoyed both. These guys have AMAZING breaded fries that come out blazing hot fresh from the fryer. You could very easily have a unhealthy meal of just these addicting fries alone. The chimichurri beef was very savory with the lightly caramelized onions and tender thin-shaved beef. They did cook the beef in the chimichurri which I was less a fan off as it blunts some of the freshness of the chimichurri and blurs the distinction between the beef and the sauce. I would've preferred the chimichurri as a drizzle or side-sauce but this is just personal preference. The Ultimate Sandwich was definitely the star with perfectly seared beef and flavorful sausage, the tortilla strips were a fun throwback to days of putting potato chips in your sandwiches. Overall Gaucho's Fire is a great dining option, it serves very fresh food with authentic flavors. The portion size is very reasonable and with meat and potatoes being the staples, it will be plenty filling. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Come hungry...seriously…read more I went for the Brazilian Steak Sandwich and my only regret was not bringing a bigger stomach. The steak was incredibly tender, the bread somehow managed to hold everything together without turning into a soggy mess, and the homemade vinaigrette tied everything together perfectly. The fries were hot, crispy, seasoned just right...and yes, obviously dipped in ranch. The Ultimate Brazilian Sandwich is every bit as over-the-top as it sounds, piled high with steak, sausage, chimichurri, grilled onions, fresh tomato, crunchy tortilla strips, and their Gaucho sauce. If you're the type who has trouble deciding, bring a friend and split both. One thing I really enjoyed was the atmosphere. Sitting at the bar gave us a front-row seat to the organized chaos of the food hall. It's one of those places where you can people-watch while your food is being made, then settle in and enjoy lunch without feeling rushed. There was nothing really fun or relaxing, my friend wanted filet and had to ask 4 times before a pretty grumpy guy brought it around. We weren't even sure it was the proper cut because of the amount of fat on it. Maybe something else they were trying to pass off. After the first few carvers came by there was a good 15 minute lull where we saw nobody but the bussers, with empty drinks sitting at our table. And only a half block walk from the Omni Hotel we were staying in! Food (5/5): Well, this place would not have lasted since 1902 if the food wasn't delicious. And it did not disappoint. We have been eating so much lately that we ordered an appetizer and main and the kitchen split everything in half. Bread: Delicious fresh made rolls of onion and pumpernickel. The best thing was the cheese lavosh crackers, which were hiding in the bottom - we almost missed them! They said they purchase the lavosh, then put garlic butter and cheese on them and bake them. Just wonderful! Shrimp cocktail - Of course we had to try this! The large shrimps were hiding under a mound of freshly grated horseradish and tomato paste to make a spicy, eye watering cocktail sauce. Iconic indeed! The main came with "bean soup" which sounded not great, but it was surprisingly good. It had chunks of ham and carrots and tasted more like split pea soup. The main also came with a side - we opted for the loaded baked potato and it was perfectly cooked. Nothing like a great baked potato with sour cream, cheese, and bacon! Filet mignon - We got the 8oz (medium rare) and the kitchen split it in half for us. I also got it Oscar Style, which included lump crab, asparagus, and béarnaise sauce (lovely butter sauce!) Service (5/5): David was an amazing server. Tux laden and professional to the core. The other servers did not let an empty plate sit on the table for more than a few seconds after we finished. I wish that every server was as kind and professional as David. Ambiance (5/5): 1920's crooners singing filled the dark wood intimate spaces. It's a classic steakhouse!

I'm glad I made a reservation bc the bar was packed. The shrimp cocktail was both eye watering and delicious. I got the ribeye rare plus it was ok. I had plastic in my first potato so they replaced it and took the shrimp off my bill no complaints. But then steak was just ok.

My husband and I are major goodies so the indecisiveness was real, but we opted for a quick bite at Sal & Pimenta's. I love loaded fries and the Chicken Alfredo Fries were what pulled me in and I'm so lucky they did ~ delicious. The perfect amount of chicken, Alfredo, Parmesan you name it ~ present in every bite. You typically find loaded meals with unequal portions or lacking the meat to cover whether it's chips or fries, and these truly were delicious. Can't wait to come back and see what tickles our fancy next time!

I love coming here to get the bacon wrapped steak in the bacon wrapped chicken with the flavorful chimichurri sauce. I was super disappointed this weekend when I went to order my bacon wrapped chicken and found that it's no longer on the menu. Not a huge deal I guess, change is an inevitability. So I ordered my bacon wrapped beef and when it came, it was not the same either. What used to be thick crispy chunks of beef beef wrapped in cooked bacon is now a sad cubed piece of beef with no char on it and burnt bacon. The chimichurri sauce was still delicious and flavorful, but not enough to save the bacon wrapped meat. My husband felt the exact same about his with the garlic Parmesan sauce. The food is always hot and made to order so that's nice but so is everything else at the garage. This might change our mind about visiting monthly.

Everyone that worked there was so welcoming and friendly from the lovely hostess to our awesome server Noemi. The managers were present and working alongside the other employees talking to tables and making sure everyone was having a good time. Went out of their way to make sure we had the cuts of meat we said we enjoyed and the pineapple was the perfect ending. Best meal out we've had in awhile. Next time we'll have to try the dessert...lol.

One of my personal opinions is that the mark of quality and attention to detail in any restaurant that moves large volumes of food is cleanliness - and the salad bar was pristine! From the charcuterie to the fresh vegetables, everything looked fresh and delicious. The fact that there was not one speck of food or debris littering the floor or the areas surrounding the bowls was clear indication that someone was monitoring that area with meticulous detail. The meat options brought to our table were diverse, well prepared, and brought to the table slightly faster than we could eat them! We never found ourselves waiting for anything as the service was incredibly attentive. A very nice and much appreciated personal touch was added by a couple of check in visits during dinner from Gabriel, the sales manager and Sebastian, the general manager - both of whom showed genuine interest in how our experience was. Add to this outstanding service from our server, Jessica. We learned that this is a family owned and operated restaurant which explains the pride that was clearly apparent in every aspect of this dining experience. It's not often we eat such large volumes of food - but as soon as we're ready for another truly indulgent dining experience, we will be going back to Ten Cuts - even over some of the more popular and well known Brazilian steakhouses!
