A popular shack style store inside Garage food hall. There are seating area in the common space right in front and around the restaurant. Their menu has lots of exciting Brazilian sandwiches, skewers, and a variety under "Special" section. I ordered the cheese bread and beef pastel. Took them about 5 minutes to have the order ready. The associate at register was very friendly, taking orders and also handing them out to everyone. The cheese bread was puffy, tasted really good. The pastel had a deep fried skin, seemed over cooked. But the filling inside was good, beef had a good mix of spice and flavor.

Stopped by for $5 Savor the Night, and was not disappointed. The Brazilian steak sandwich was flavorful, filling and a good size. Service was good/quick. I feel like the Brazilian steak sandwich was a winner. The lemonade was also tasty. I've had the salad before as well and it's delicious.

Churrasco Mix - grilled chicken breast, Brazilian sausage, steak, chimichurri sauce, grilled onion, French fries Good portions. Fries were crispy and fluffy. BUT. 2/3 meats were dry. Chicken was at least seasoned. Steak was bland, tough, and dry. Sausages were okay. No issues with service.

    Brazilian Steak Sandwich and fries

I was at the Garage for a Yelp grab-and-go event, and figured I'd get some dinner while here. I wanted to try something different and decided to try Gaucho's. I ordered a Brazilian steak sandwich and fries. They make everything fresh so they give you a buzzer that alerts you when your food is ready. It took about 10 minutes and looked great. This was definitely a tasty, filling sandwich. I think next time I'll ask for no or less mayonnaise but that's just my preference and I think would make it not quite as heavy of a meal. I probably would have been plenty full without the fries but they were fresh and tasty. They are the batter coated kind so very filling...on top of the heavy, filling sandwich. You will not leave here hungry and so this is a great option if you're looking for a hearty meal.

Overpriced but delicious ultimate Brazilian sandwich. Sauce should be enough or at no extra cost..

I'm not gonna hold yall I absolutely love their ultimate Brazilian sandwich!! But every time I go customer service absolutely SUCKS. They overcharge for their "secret sauce" like it's Jesus' pee lol! But it's not that deep I hate a place that overcharges for no reason. Food is food, I like places that aren't stingy and still know they worth. The sandwich is already a decent price, sauce should be included at no extra cost. You basically need more sauce for the sandwich it's a setup lol!

I had some beef chimichurri and beef skewers, and the food was delicious and flavorful. The service was quick, and the staff were friendly. I would recommend this place for a quick bite if you're in the area. It's family-friendly, and you'll definitely enjoy your visit.

I had went to the garage today after work and I elected to try something from here. As I looked at the menu I decided on the chicken rice and the Brazilian lemonade. The lemonade was different but wasn't too bad. The food was good. The price of the food was reasonable and they gave a nice amount. Customer service was good. The cashier answered any questions I had. The counter was clean and it was decorated nice. I would go back.

Many options in the garage to choose from and I decided to try out this. Once you order they will buzz you when your food is ready. I got the Brazilian Steak Sandwich and it came out pretty quick. The sandwich came with mayo, cheese, steak, and diced topping. The sandwich was ok. Not exploding with flavor or super tender beef, but just a good sandwhich.

    Chimichurri steak fries

I saw Gauchos in a YouTube travel video and decided while in Indianapolis to give it a try. I got the chimichurri steak fries. The fries were hot and crispy, the steak was very tender, but the thing that lacked was the chimichurri sauce. This was a decent dish, but more chimichurri would've put it over the top. Service was fine and with Gauchos being in the Garage, the dining area was extremely noisy, but fine for being a food court type of dining area. The Garage is worth a visit and if in the area.

Wow. These were great nachos and the meat was flavored so well and tender. My only feedback is I hate when someone dumps the chips in the bottom and all the toppings go on the very top. The boat was full and it's hard to get it stirred so that you have toppings all the way to the bottom of your chips. I like a place where they put down some chips put a little bit of toppings and cheese than layer some more chips that way it's a good experience all the way evenly through and you don't have to swap the nachos everywhere trying to get it stirred. Regardless, the nachos on top with toppings were AMAZING!!! Would definitely choose this again. The garage was a great experience. They had games on lots of TVs and plenty of seating. It was just a fun vibe.

This is my new go to when I need a quick snack. The sauce that it comes with is so good, although I'd prefer for them to give more sauce considering the size of the pastel is rather larger.

Working my way through The Garage and finally stopped at Gaucho's. My mom is a super picky eater and she loved the Brazilian Steak sandwich. She didn't even pick off the tomatoes, which I have never seen her eat in my life. My brother had the sausage sandwich and loved it. They were both kinda iffy about the chicken skewers. I tried the fries and dipped them in gauchos sauce. I couldn't figure out the flavor exactly - mayonnaise and ?? - but it was delicious. There were a couple people who saw our food and came over to ask what we had and where we got it from so it must've looked good.

Gaucho's Fire is located in The Garage/Bottleworks. It is super easy to find on the north side of the building. Lines are typically long but they move quickly. So this visit I had the loaded Guacho Fries with sausage, chicken and steak, provolone and their own special sauce over fries. It was tasty and filling, not quite sure about the mayo-based sauce as it was heavy on the mayo to the point you could taste it. Now I like fries dipped in mayo but I think it threw this moment off for me. Next time I will ask for the sauce on the side and use a good, old faithful hot sauce instead. They have tons of great options so I am sure you will figure it out and love this place like I do. I also grabbed their Brazilian Lemonade (non-alcoholic). It had a great bite and its not super sweet. If you are looking for it to mirror American Lemonade, this beverage is not for you. Will I be back to try other items? Yelp! Will I review? Yelp.

I tried Gauchos for my first time and that Brazilian Steak Sandwich was delicious. The meat was tender and juicy and the sandwich was so full of flavor. The place itself is actually classy and well-decorated inside with rich wood and leather textures. The unobtrusive Brazilian music sets a nice thematic tone inside. Other reviewer report super fast food times but our experience was much slower as it seemed they made everything to order although it was admittedly pretty empty when we went so I doubt they were churning out large batches of stuff. Food: We got the Beef Chimichurri fries and Ultimate Brazilian Sandwich and enjoyed both. These guys have AMAZING breaded fries that come out blazing hot fresh from the fryer. You could very easily have a unhealthy meal of just these addicting fries alone. The chimichurri beef was very savory with the lightly caramelized onions and tender thin-shaved beef. They did cook the beef in the chimichurri which I was less a fan off as it blunts some of the freshness of the chimichurri and blurs the distinction between the beef and the sauce. I would've preferred the chimichurri as a drizzle or side-sauce but this is just personal preference. The Ultimate Sandwich was definitely the star with perfectly seared beef and flavorful sausage, the tortilla strips were a fun throwback to days of putting potato chips in your sandwiches. Overall Gaucho's Fire is a great dining option, it serves very fresh food with authentic flavors. The portion size is very reasonable and with meat and potatoes being the staples, it will be plenty filling. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Note that they *just* moved locations last month in Broad Ripple. They did have a small space off of 65th Street, but they moved four blocks south and are now off of 63rd Street (in the previous Lou Malnati's space). They have a big outdoor patio that overlooks the river and much more space inside too. The owners are a married couple - one from Brazil and one from Mexico. Their son's name is Fernando and so it's a total family spot, infused with local ingredients and a lot of passion. Some of their most popular dishes include the feijoada (THE dish of Brazil), as well as the chicken stroganoff (also one of the top Brazilian dishes which I didn't know... apparently Russian immigrants brought it to the country in the 1920s). The chicken azteca is very popular and the pão de queijo is as well. I get the feijoada every time because it's the only place to find it in Indy and it's delicious. It's a hearty pulled pork, sausage, and black bean stew that comes with sides of white rice, orange slices, collard greens, chopped tomato salsa, and farofa (cassava flour that looks like sand but makes your dish have a great texture). All of the ingredients mix together so well. It's a hearty dish, a new experience, and will leave you coming back for more.

There was nothing really fun or relaxing, my friend wanted filet and had to ask 4 times before a pretty grumpy guy brought it around. We weren't even sure it was the proper cut because of the amount of fat on it. Maybe something else they were trying to pass off. After the first few carvers came by there was a good 15 minute lull where we saw nobody but the bussers, with empty drinks sitting at our table. Took forever to have our waitress come back to cash us out, after we had basically just given up on trying to eat anymore. We just wanted to leave. I might go to another Fogo de Chao in like, another location. All of my complaints here seem to stem from incompetent manager and deficient training. In my opinion this place is only open because it's a stone's throw from several hotels. You can spend your time and money better at any of the nearby steakhouses.

Just wonderful! Shrimp cocktail - Of course we had to try this! The large shrimps were hiding under a mound of freshly grated horseradish and tomato paste to make a spicy, eye watering cocktail sauce. Iconic indeed! The main came with "bean soup" which sounded not great, but it was surprisingly good. It had chunks of ham and carrots and tasted more like split pea soup. One of my personal opinions is that the mark of quality and attention to detail in any restaurant that moves large volumes of food is cleanliness - and the salad bar was pristine! From the charcuterie to the fresh vegetables, everything looked fresh and delicious. The fact that there was not one speck of food or debris littering the floor or the areas surrounding the bowls was clear indication that someone was monitoring that area with meticulous detail. The meat options brought to our table were diverse, well prepared, and brought to the table slightly faster than we could eat them! We never found ourselves waiting for anything as the service was incredibly attentive. A very nice and much appreciated personal touch was added by a couple of check in visits during dinner from Gabriel, the sales manager and Sebastian, the general manager - both of whom showed genuine interest in how our experience was. Add to this outstanding service from our server, Jessica. It's not often we eat such large volumes of food - but as soon as we're ready for another truly indulgent dining experience, we will be going back to Ten Cuts - even over some of the more popular and well known Brazilian steakhouses!

My 5 Takeaways (in under 60 seconds)…read more Location: Conveniently located in a strip mall off 135 in Greenwood, IN. Plenty of parking all around.   Vibe: Cozy atmosphere with a nice ambiance. Smaller than expected, but it didn't take away from the overall experience.   Service: Excellent customer service. From the hostess to the servers, everyone was gracious and welcoming.   Food: DELICIOUS! Meats were all prepared and seasoned perfectly! Anytime our card was on green, our plates were never empty. All of the sides we tried were amazing - great quality, good selection, and fresh ingredients.   Quick Tip: Make a reservation. And if available, try the deviled eggs!
