    Chicken Fries

We loved Gaucho's Fire when we lived downtown and would visit the garage food hall. We were excited to see them on the north side of Indy near Castleton. I really love the chicken fries, lots of flavor! We ordered online to go and everything was fresh and delicious.

I was looking for something healthy to eat for lunch and the Grilled Chicken Salad was perfect! It was romaine lettuce, tri-color tortilla strips, grilled onions, carrots + green sauce on the side. I asked for Grilled chicken on top for some lean protein and it really delivered! Quite a large portion size, and overall a very healthy meal. Chicken didn't seem too oily, and there was a good amount of the onions and carrots in as well. I didn't even add much sauce - it was overall a nice salad on its own (I usually avoid dressings either way, haha)

I've been eyeing Gauchos Fire for a little while, so one Friday my husband and I decided to visit. The restaurant is a fast casual style. Our server was really nice and attentive. The food was ok...we ordered the sharable platter. On the platter was grilled chicken pieces, steak and sausage and in store fresh chimichurri sauce. The sausage tastes like hilshire farms store bought sausage, The chimichurri was ok..didn't bring as much flavor burst as I had hopes. Overall it was ok.

Quick and delicious Brazilian food in the garage. I needed a fast bite to eat at the Garage the other day, and the good people at Gaucho's were happy to make some fantastic chicken fries for me. Super tasted with quick service and, of course, the general fun ambiance of the Garage.

Our server was great. This was my first experience here and eating this kind of food. They had a few vegetarian options.

I visited Gaucho's on a Monday afternoon with some work colleagues. We were quickly greeted by a welcoming server. He was very attentive during the meal. We ordered and had our food in about 5 minutes, making it a great lunch break stop. I ordered the Steak Kabob meal, which came with a salad, rice, fries, and choice of sauce. Salad was good. The dressing was a honey mustard. The rice was good. The fries were delicious and crisp. The steak was cooked to order and had a good flavor. I chose the garlic aioli and it was very good. Overall, I really liked this place and ate literally all my food. Lots of food for the price! Very quick, clean, and welcoming! I'm excited to have this place on our work lunch rotation now!

The food was so good! Don't overthink it when you walk in, just sit down. The waitress was so nice and the food came out quick. It's pretty laid back. Perfect for dinner in between shopping or a night out with the husband. Some great Brazilian. We both got steak - I got bacon wrapped and my husband got picanha. The highlight was the Brazilian lemonade! It's a must

Great little food gem of This Southern Brazilian inspired themed restaurant In the Carmel-Indianapolis Area. Restaurant Staff were friendly, calm ambience with Brazilian tunes playing & food was served with both authenticity & flavorful. Southern Brazilian Gaucho food culture was definitely delivered here and would strongly recommend for anyone who wishes to try this gem as to both reminisce & newly try out cuisine!

Although the place was empty on a Thursday evening, it won't be for long- once the word gets out. My Brazilian lemonade was perfect and the stroganoff was unique and tasty. The fries were outstanding but when you add the garlic sauce, it was a definite winner. The garlic steak was tender, cooked perfectly and quality meat. The atmosphere is a bit cold and they have those awful, uncomfortable metal chairs but we will excuse it all for the food. Definitely returning.

My family (2 adults 3 kids) decided to try out Gaucho's Fire last night and it was phenomenal! The restaurant was so clean & well decorated! They already had up a Christmas tree for the holiday season (I think that was the kids favorite part!). We tried the chicken skewers, bacon wrapped chicken skewers, kids chicken tenders, Brazilian steak sandwich, & the Churrasco Plate! Everything was delicious. Our waiter was also amazing. He was very attentive, kept our drinks full & was so kind to us & our kids!

I've visited Gauchos when they were located in the Garage. I love their Alfredo fries. I decided to stop by and ordered the ultimate Brazilian fries. Loaded with chimichurri, steak, sausage, chicken, cheese and onions. The fries looked really good but they were so greasy and not edible. I think if they would've drained them it would've been okay. It seemed they just fried everything in a basket and served it. There isn't much to the restaurant in terms of ambiance I think I'd rather order take out on the future than dine in. The service was fine nothing amazing but nothing to complain about.

I've tried Gaucho's at the Garage in downtown Indy and I'm so glad they opened up a new location up north! Their food is amazing, especially the gaucho fries. The sauce savory sauce complements the smokey sausage so well. The service is quick and the owner is super nice. He came to our table to personally ask how we were doing and even started a conversation with us after we finished our food. I will definitely be back!

The sandwich had a hefty amount of meat, there was a good amount of sauce, and toppings tasted fresh. Minus one star as I thought the steak was lacking seasoning- but the toppings and dressing made up for it. I looked forward to the Brazilian twist. Our food came out within a few minutes. They provide table buzzers so you can sit down while you wait. I got the chimichurri steak fries with a side of Brazilian cheese bread and Brazilian limonade. The limonade was probably my favorite of the three. It's more lime based, and has some cream in it as well so it is very refreshing with a little more indulgence. The chimichurri steak fries were pretty good too. They add a good amount of the sauce to the steak and they use the battered fries which are delicious! The Brazilian cheese bread was okay, it wasn't very cheesy as far as I could taste and was slight greasy. I'll admit here that I could be wrong though and this is how it's supposed to be. At least for my preference, I want a cheesy bread to be really cheesy. Overall it was a good experience. With all the choices in The Garage, I don't know yet if I'd be rushing back to this spot as a new favorite, but I'd certainly come again to try something different!

From the start, the servers were friendly and super attentive, constantly coming around with different cuts of meat for us to try. Our favorites were the ribeye and the picanha both were cooked perfectly. I loved that they made sure to give us the best pieces too, like the perfectly charred, flavorful edges with that crispy salt crust. The Brazilian cheese bread was so good, and we also tried the warm grilled cheese with honey (not sure what it's called, but it was amazing). Everything tasted fresh and came out hot - maybe because we went for lunch on a weekday and it wasn't too busy. We grabbed a few things from the Market Table, which were all good, but we mostly stuck with the meats. The sides were great too and nice to have when we needed a little break from all the meats. Since we mentioned on our reservation that we were celebrating our anniversary, our waitress told us we could get a complimentary dessert. We chose the tres leches cake and it was delicious. They even brought it out with a little "Happy Anniversary" plate, which was such a nice touch. The restaurant itself felt upscale but still comfortable, and everything especially the Market Table was kept really clean. For the price, especially at lunch, it felt like a great value. At other nicer restaurants you'd easily spend $50+ on just one steak, but here you get to try multiple cuts. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend, especially for a special occasion.

The only reason I did not give this a higher rating was we all ordered coffee with our desserts and every cup came out cold! I was a bit shocked after everything before was on point. I informed the server of the situation, she rolled her eyes ( again a little shocked) and said she would bring out hot coffee, that finally came and it was better. I rarely order a drink but we are in the heat of wedding season and it felt like a necessity. I tried the carriage house margarita, which is a signature drink for the Livery and wasn't disappointed by the flavor. To kick off the first course of food, we had mushroom empanadas (for my vegetarian fiancé) and steak empanadas. Both were a pleasant combination of crunch and fresh flavor. Main course: Fiancé tore into a Devour week- exclusive: pickled pepper quesadilla. Packed with flavor and vegetables in every bite, his entree got rave reviews. He only wishes this was part of the regular menu. I enjoyed the skirt steak with a server recommended sauce which was similar to an aioli. It's always a good sign when not only the main leaves you wanting more, but also the polenta and shockingly flavorful broccolini. We wrapped up with what fiancé has deemed the best churros he's ever had with a delicious caramel sauce and the seasonal sugar cookie flan. Both were texturally perfect and absolutely beyond tasty. Lastly but certainly not least, our server Hannah went above and beyond to ensure not only our water binging habits were quenched (she must've filled our glasses like six times, but also made masterful menu recommendations. One of my personal opinions is that the mark of quality and attention to detail in any restaurant that moves large volumes of food is cleanliness - and the salad bar was pristine! From the charcuterie to the fresh vegetables, everything looked fresh and delicious. The meat options brought to our table were diverse, well prepared, and brought to the table slightly faster than we could eat them! We never found ourselves waiting for anything as the service was incredibly attentive. A very nice and much appreciated personal touch was added by a couple of check in visits during dinner from Gabriel, the sales manager and Sebastian, the general manager - both of whom showed genuine interest in how our experience was. One time, I had the food brought out to my car, while the other time I had to drive back around to pick up my order. Both times, I got the empanada combo and that was well worth it! For $17 you get three empanadas, some churros and Dulce de leche, and house made kettle chips. I'll rank my favorite empanadas in order: Oreo cheesecake (oh yeah, you read that right!) Birria Argentine chorizo Creamy chicken S'mores Cheesy pineapple bacon These are all great. This was a hard list to make. I would definitely recommend all of them if you have the chance to order more. I also want to try all the empanadas on their menu eventually. The kettle chips are on the less salty side, which I prefer. I think they have a hint of sweetness to them. The churros... on their own they're pretty decent but the Dulce included? Next level. I always save my leftover Dulce to find something else to dip in it. How I have leftover is beyond me but I won't complain! Overall, I think Che Chori has a pretty expansive menu, considering that empanadas, burgers, and pizza are very different things.
