They messaged back & said they were stuck in traffic but would be there shortly. Two gentlemen in a Tesla showed up and spent a few minutes on the property & quoted me verbally before leaving. I felt like the time on our property seemed short & I waited a few weeks & checked my inbox as well as spam folders for the quote. I never received the quote & also contacted to reconfirm. Needless to say, months later I went with a company that both gave me a physical copy of their quote as well as a detailed email. I just wanted to share my experience as it missed the mark with communication.

Then when I schedule them, take time off work to wait for them, they say sorry we are moving your schedule to another time, 5 minutes after they should have already been here. They do not value their customers time, they do not care if you leave them for competitors and they do nothing to fix their issues. They do not understand, people have jobs and they can't just be waiting here all day to see if you want to show or not.
